This Brakes Plus location is hands down the absolute best! Their customer service is by far a cut above their competitors. The patience and thoroughness they have with their customers is so appreciated. Whether you are in need of new brakes, an alignment, an oil change, a state inspection, or even repairs, they will assist you in any way possible. Also, here's a little secret there are even coupons on their website you should take advantage of for any services. Their pricing is budget friendly and it won't break the bank. I can't say enough great things about my experience!!!

My husband and I have been customers of this particular location for over a year now. The customer service and professionalism has yet, to waver. I ve come to this location about 3 times for my oil change & state inspection and the staff is very welcoming and genuine! I just had to make a quick stop today because I noticed my skid plate was unscrewed and half of it was just hanging off! They were so nice and were able to screw that back in, free of charge highly recommend this location!

My first encounter, I had trouble with my starter. I was charged for having a key reprogrammed, which did NOT need to be done because I have an older model car that does not require that. Besides, there was nothing wrong with the key (and they even returned the car to me with the key I came in with)! They charged me hundreds of dollars for a service that should have been less than $100.The second time I went there, was just to get an Inspection. They told me I needed to leave it overnight and that it needed a part that they needed to order. I asked what the part was and looked it up online. The part was listed between $38.50-$62.80 over several car part stores and Amazon. They charged me $650 for the part! I told them NOT to do the service, but they said that they had already removed the damaged part and had to do the service. They wanted over $1000 and it still didn't pass inspection! When I complained, they knocked off $150 and told me to drive it around and come back for the inspection. I had to have surgery and couldn't drive for a month, but when I took it back, they told me I had to leave it overnight again, that there was something wrong with the electrical system and they needed several hours to take it apart to find the problem. I told them to give me the car back. I took it someplace else and it passed inspection with no problems.These guys are crooks! I don't trust them at all! I have wasted over $1000 on things that didn't need fixing. They take advantage of women. Bad, bad, bad!

Hand my Engine Coolant Temp fixed with a speedy quote and repair. Very professional and concise work. Stephen, Brock and Jared did a very good job with my vehicle. Sadly my guy Marteaz was not there for the day.Update: Went back to get coolant lines replaced after rupturing and Jared fixed it.

I ve had these guys work on my Ram 1500 multiple times. They are quick, honest and helpful. Thought I needed a brake job - brought it in and they were up front and told me I didn t need one yet! Just got my inspection done in about 15 minutes. Highly recommend!!! Management here is running a great operation.

My FAVORITE spot to bring my car. Been coming to this location since they opened, they always give the best deals, work around my schedule, the staff is super friendly, and the inside is clean (so easy for me to work from my laptop). I always get quality service without feeling ripped off. Will always use this location!

The team at Breaks Plus provided excellent service. I called ahead to inquire about inspection & filter changes. Don provided exceptional customer service at the front desk. The waiting area was clean and quiet. I would highly recommend using them for your automotive services.

My husband and I left the Toyota dealership and came to brake plus and we are extremely glad we did! We had a coupon in the mail and it worked out perfectly. We got a Cam replacement and four-wheel alignment. They were fast courteous and professional and as long as we are in Dallas Texas we will be here for business going forward. Also the price was reasonable unlike the Toyota service center of Richardson.

Came in for a car inspection and they were friendly and quick! The lobby is clean and spacious. I also needed a battery and they gave me a discount for doing both the same day. I appreciated that since I planned on replacing my car soon, so extra expenses were not in the budget!

The team here was very fair and informative. Every technician I spoke with was kind and was looking out for their customers and the longevity of their vehicles. I also didn t feel like I was taken advantage of as a woman that doesn t know much about cars.

Came in needing a front brake job pads and rotors on my Mercedes CLA250. The guys here were friendly, professional and did excellent work at a fair price! Discussed with me everything upfront and had me in and out in a timely fashion! Would definitely recommend!

My Wife and I have used this location since they first opened. We ve had Brake work, engine, work, and other services performed several times and have been treated. Very professionally, all coupons have been easily applied for discounts and we are treated like we are part of their family. A five star location.

Came to get my vehicle serviced for a variety of reasons (oil change, brakes, etc). Teaz greeted me @ desk, where Jared was also present. As a woman, I sometimes feel misled on car issues, but both gentlemen were patient & took their time answering my questions & explaining everything to me. Will definitely be back for future car needs & recommend this place to anyone in the area needing auto services!

I had issues with my brake job from another location. After multiple times visiting that location I brought it into this location. Stephen, the manager, was very knowledgeable about what the issue probably was after asking me a few questions. He drove my car to verify and the issue with my brakes was resolved. Stephen was very professional and timely with his communication.

I worked with the guys for a break inspection. They provided estimates and great help in educating me over the conditions of my breaks. They didn t get to work on them, but I did get them fixed based on what they inspected. Great customer service! Establishment was very clean which is a double plus.

Don was great to work with! He walked me through the repairs and came up with a plan that worked me for me and my schedule. He even completed the repair early. I would definitely recommend working with Don in the future!

Well most of my recent experience here was really good, but they blew it at the end. They seemed to know their stuff, were helpful in explaining what they recommended be done, had reasonable prices and provided good service. I d give them an unqualified thumbs up except that after servicing my car, including a tire rotation, they filled all four tires to the wrong pressure (27 instead of 33). When I drove off my pressure sensor was on, so I drove back in, and they told me they had filled all the tires, the sensor light just hadn t reset yet. Well the sensor light never went off because all 4 tires were filled to the same wrong pressure. Not sure how you make that kind of mistake, but it makes me worry about other mistakes they might make.Also note that they offer discounts if you promise to post - which is a great marketing strategy, but does tend to lead to lots of positive reviews. To their credit, they don t ask to see your post or pressure you to be positive before providing a discount.

Brakes Plus here on Preston Rd and Campbell has treated me very well. They provided great service and go beyond my expectations every time. Just recently had the protective skirt under my car come loose, started dragging. They stepped in to help remove it and provided advice for next steps. I came to this location on Saturday, 11-4-23, to get a wheel alignment. Don greeted me as I walked into the store. His customer service was awesome!! I ended up getting new brake pads , brake flush, and a wheel alignment!! I asked Don if they had any coupons, and he was nice enough to tell me there was some online. His manager heard me asking and he gave an extra discount!! This was my 1st visit to this location!! I definitely recommend this location. Every service advisor I came in contact with was welcoming and accommodating!! I give this location a 10 plus!!

Came in on a Friday afternoon for a State Inspection. The team was friendly and prompt, performing the inspection in no time. Waiting area is clean and modern and offer coffee and waters while you wait. Recommended for auto service as well.
