Came in for an oil change and inspection and got it knocked out pretty quickly. The front desk woman Jules was great and helpful throughout the whole process. Filled me in on a couple things I'd may want to take care of on the spot, and we got the extra work done within 10 mins

Got an inspection done real quick here, they let me know couple other things my car needed as well, and fixed my battery free of charge. All within a more than reasonable amount of time! Great service

I am so happy with the customer service and the service provided from brakes plus. I was recommended to come here and glad I did. I came because discount tire was unable to take off a socket that was stuck on my lug nut. I guess someone tired to take my tire and failed. Well discount tire said that they tired and tired and were in able to it off and were unable to service my tire. I called Jordan was nice over the phone and said to come in to get a quote. Chris checked me in and was so personable. Both Chris and Ryan went out to check out what was wrong and said they could get it done. We went back inside to finish checking in, when Ryan went and took off the socket in like 20 secs. No joke took him longer to walk to then car then taking it off. lol. Was so surprised at the techs that couldn t take it off at discount tire and how fast Ryan managed to take it off. Thank you

Went in to get my brakes changed. When they said they could fix the rest of my truck issue in one day I was surprised. Jules was amazing. She walked me through everything. I ve been to a few other shops to get a quote on the repairs. The other shops made me feel uneasy and also weren t reliable. I felt at ease with them. Thank you

Had a great experience with friendly staff and reasonable pricing. I feel like I got a fair deal and wasn t being pushed on things I didn t need. Definitely will be coming back for future car issues. Thanks to Jules for helping me out and being patient with me throughout the whole process.

State inspector here refused to pass my vehicle because it had window film on the windshield. This is perfectly legal 100% light transmission UV-blocking ceramic film installed by a highly reputable shop that will not install illegal tint. I suggest Brakes Plus train their inspectors better.

I went to this garage with an appointment for a simple state inspection and oil change. I was told it would take an hour, and an hour and 45 minutes later, after checking in with the staff, my car was finished. And after all that waiting, they tried to upsell me in a brake flush, when I just got my brake system completely done by another Brakes Plus less than a year before--something they should have seen in their system. When this was a City Garage, it was great. I'll be finding a new garage.

Jules is the SWEETEST! She greeted me with a genuine smile and very professionally explained the steps for what I needed to do for my son's car. I was here from out of state and clueless! She was wonderfully patient and kind... very knowledgeable about their services too!

Visited for an oil change and state inspection, and the service was excellent. Euphrates at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. Will definitely consider returning for future car needs!

I have been going to this garage since they were City Garage. I have been happy to drive 30+ minutes to get here because I am confident I will receive excellent service and straightforward answers. This experience was no different.Brett, Jules, and Jordyn were so patient with all of my questions and incessant calling. They worked with me to fix my A/C and my rear wheel bearings and to do these repairs in a cost effective and timely manner. They communicated clearly and kept me up-to-date on all schedule changes and findings as they continued to dig into what was causing my A/C problems.I recommend this garage to everyone I know. The long drive is a small price to pay for the confidence that Brakes Plus provides.

Jules has helped me multiple times and is always such a amazing help. I started coming during the summer 2023 when I came in on a day that I was especially distressed about my car and she was so kind and able to get me all sorted out and helped me with what i was unsure about such as parts for my ac. It was not working and this was a sweltering hot day so I was more irritable than I would have liked but Jules being so understanding really helped me. Her and Julio are both amazing workers and very knowledgeable as well. Happy to be a part of the Brakes plus family :))

My go-to store to get the state inspection done. I can tell how advisable, kindly and helpful was Jules at front desk. Even on Saturday mornings when there s a peak everywhere of this type of service, I just was waiting an hour top to get ready to go..

Update: I came back in for an oil change, and they did a sloppy job. They left the engine idling while I was checking out. The oil life didn't get reset, and the undercover wasn't secured properly. I had a bad feeling when I saw new workers. Good things don't last.Old: Jules and Julio are awesome! The great service here keeps me a regular customer.Jules and Julio are awesome! I have no idea why Take Five told me to come over here when they couldn't do my inspection. This is your basic mechanic shop, their corporate veneer makes for a terrible customer interaction and the service is slow. I watched them take someone else's vehicle back for the same service and they quoted them a third of the time it took me to get it done.Would never go back.Edit: Nice corporate response, copy/paste b.s. I'm surprised there isn't a non working help line number available. I don't need the hollow apology.

Did a great job replacing my front and rear breaks on 11/28/23. Went back 11/29 for rear shocks. Very convenient - they offer free Lyft service to take you home while they work and then pick you up later and bring you back to check out. Excellent service and great prices.

I went to another shop to have my transmission fluid changed and was told they couldn t do it because of a leak. So I took it to Brakes Plus to have it check out and it turned out to be no leaks so I let them change my fluid. They are very professional and kept me updated on everything they were doing and Julio is the person to go to. I will definitely be back for all my future car needs.
