If you have no other way to get to any other AutoZone visit this one at your own risk. I originally needed to purchase a single socket wrench adapter. I noticed they only had a set of 4 on the shelf. I asked the young lady up front if they possibly have the single in the back. Without even looking at the item she said we don t carry that confused I went back and the 1/4 to 3/8th had a slot but just no product. In dire need I purchased it and put it on my socket wrench to make sure it fit when I got in the car. I had my brother help me on the car and he had his own tools so I used his and tossed the original set in the bag to return later.I let them know that I needed to return this and asked if they had the single pack because I wanted to purchase that one. Again without looking up anything or going to the back he said no. He grabbed the 4 pack and inspected it like I was returning something that wasn t even purchased in his store. He said l I can t take this because of this imperfection on this one I explained to him all I did was put it on the socket to make sure it fit. The other side of the adapter was unused he said sorry and placed it down.I went to the AutoZone I usually shopped at on Ross before moving to this side of Dallas and they returned it without question. Look I understand the policy is if used they have the right to deny a refund but having to inspect it at angles trying to find the slightest imperfection is absurd! This isn t like I rarely shop at this store either. I ve shopped here over 5 times in the past 60 days and this was the first I needed to return anything. Some of the employees are great and very helpful but those last 2 visits rubbed me the wrong way. I will drive past this location to travel to my home store on Ross 15 minutes away or even the one on Jim Miller 5 minutes away before I ever take a step in this one again.Hopefully you all that have had or will have a great experiences will never need to return anything here because they will treat you like a vagrant not a paying customer.Does these REALLY look like you couldn t be returned???

The store is good and has good customer service. I bought a water wiper refill and was assisted in filling it up with the store attendant giving me good suggestions on what to do subsequently

spent 150 dollars on a part while my car was broken down in the parking lot late at night, went inside to let the employee know my car was going to be parked overnight and he said it was totally fine as they don t tow cars on private property called back next morning to make sure my car was still there and was shocked when they told me they have someone they hired come and take cars parked in the parking lot.. thanks a lot. i usually go to oreilys but thought i d give autozone a shot, now i know to never go back.

I would like to thank Jason for taking out his time to help me with my car. He went above and beyond with his customer service and he even printed out information for me just in case the issue I was having didn t go away. I love coming here everyone is so friendly. Leon S. Is the Best..Great communication and so helpful. Most workers at Auto Zone can be rude or don't want to work but not Leon..Give him a raise.Took my car to the shop because evertime I shut off my car it wouldn't start the shop charged me $100 for one battery post..And car still wouldn't start went to Autozone Leon showed me what I needed for $6 and came out and put it on for me and wouldn't take any money..It's hard to find people like this..Ps the shop told me I need a battery

Have been standing in line for over 10 minutes. Cashier on phone discussing personal stuff with friend , the next cashier walks around store looking at products on shelves, doesn t ask me anything, just looks at me. Finally ..

I was greeted when I entered the store. When checking out I was asked if I wanted him to check to make sure I had the correct items I needed. No one had tried to help me while I was looking for the part. No one asked if I needed help changing my wipers. I have always been asked if I needed help. I might try another AutoZone.

This one has at least three people on the cash register which is great to me it bugs me to be in line and watch employees walking around that could open a register and help check out people in line or answer the phone and give priority to the cashier over people standing in line. They saw me wondering around and asked to help me, then took me to the item I was looking for. Friendly.

I to come to this location for the first time and a guy named Kevin helped me and did a great job I knew what I had to get done and asked him if he can help me, which he gladly accepted. He come out to my car and changed my terminals for my battery and because the battery was not that old but look nasty/dirty he was like let me get a new battery for you as well and so he did and I left with new terminals and a battery for a great price also loved the experience.

I went there because my check engine light was on. Leon was very helpful in explaining the issue with my car and he also checked my battery. That was my 1st visit in to say it won't be the last, the customer service was awesome.

It took me less than 3 minutes to get the oil I needed for my truck. After waiting in line 30-45 minutes, I asked if I could get some help because I broke my left shoulder & right elbow. I was told they were too busy. But as I was leaving, I saw that he was helping 4 perfectly capable men with their purchases in the parking lot. It won't happen again because I will not shop there anymore

Bradley (Assistant Store Manager) definatly deserves a pay increase for superb represention on behalf of your organization !!!! Originally, I ordered a part for my car at another location and was informed thatthe part would arrive the next day,but that did not happen. I called this location, and spoke with Bradley who was professional, integral,and overall made sure I was a satisfied customer! Because of employees like Bradley, I will continue to do services with Autozone! Thanks again Bradley!!!!

I was there with commercial for using warranty on battery. She was quite professional and nice gave my replacement in a minute. Other associate refuse to help on finding blown fuse day's before. I'm not sure that they usually help on checking fuses in passenger comportment.

I took a part that I needed to replace, since they did not have it they ordered it for the next day, which would arrive at 12:00 pm. when I went to pick it up they told me that it did not arrive. The next day I went again and there they had the box, when I saw the part I was wrong. They made me waste my time for nothing. they are very unprofessional.

Guy accidentally gave me the wrong coolant. Realized it later came back other employees told me my coolant system needed to be flushed immediately or risk bigger repairs. Employees did a good job helping me out. I was told I would be helped out cause it was their mistake. Store manager laughed at me and said their was no mistake to begin with, refused to do anything about it, was rude and avoided questions.
