Ashton was great. He took the time to explain the issues and they fixed my car so fast within 2 days. There were some big repairs, but great quality so far and fair prices. They were recommended to me by a friend, and would recommend them to everyone! So hard to find a kind and honest mechanic, but they are it!!! Thanks again!

Terrible quality work. Not sure why the reviews are so good.I took in my Lexus GX 470 to this shop to get my oil pan gasket replaced and resealed. Shortly after, I did a full inspection at Toyota of Richardson and they told me the oil pan was still leaking, and you can see the quality of the reseal Auto Clinique did from the attached photo.I ended up paying twice to get the work redone at Toyota of Richardson. When I spoke to the manager he said I should have brought it in so they could've done a warranty claim. Take a look at the photo. This isn't a warranty issue, it's just sloppy work.Don't waste your time or money here, just pay a little extra to get it done right the first time at a different shop.

I've been a loyal customer of this business for several years (and three different cars). I have always been happy with the repair work performed, their more than fair service fees, and their friendly customer service. Every person I have ever worked with has been very knowledgeable and helpful. Most recently, both Jackson and Robert have gone above and beyond to get me taken care of. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Auto Clinique is the go-to place for car repairs and maintenance. The technicians are skilled and knowledgeable, and the service is top-notch. Sought out a quote to replace a part I had already ordered in the cooling system. Clearly upcharge at an unreasonable rate and attempted to sell unnecessary additional work. Poor customer service. Would not recommend. Better shops around.

Tune-up on 2017 Chevy impala the check engine light was on after they were done but it wasn t on before I got there. They said it s bc the sensor wasn t plugged in all the way. 2 days later the hose from my coolant to the engine is leaking. Again it was not hooked up correctly. I would not recommend

I had to take care of my Toyota Sienna front fender liner and driver side tire mud guard. I googled and picked auto Clinique based on their reviews and feedbacks posted. And, I should say that I am not disappointed at all. Ashton and his team are so courteous and honest to every little details. They did an excellent job at a reasonable cost. I will recommend them for any trustworthy service for your vehicle need. Appreciate all the good work! Ashton and team.

Professional and fast. I had an under carriage that was out of place a simple thing, but also something that those shady places would try to tack on a bunch of needles repairs The guys were awesome, friendly, and fast. 100% recommendation.

I took my car here on Oct 26th to have it looked at after a small crash, the next day they called to say it would be a $1600 repair. I called another mechanic and decided to have it towed from this location. I get a call back asking for me to Zelle one of their technicians because they do not take card over the phone. I ve had diagnostics done at several places, some charge, some don t, but I think transparency was lacking when I dropped off my car yesterday. Simply saying it will be $120 to look at it would ve sufficed. They did no work and that charge is a bit outrageous, but now my car is held hostage until I Zelle someone who works there. Shady business practice. With the reviews I had high hopes .RESPONSE- There was NO MENTION of a $120 fee at drop off. No fee was mentioned AT ALL, so way to lie in your response. And yes when I asked if I could pay over the phone, the guy said I could Zelle him. Pull up the security footage and see where payment was discussed on Oct 26th because it 100% wasn t.

I found this place based purely on several great Google/Yelp reviews and can confirm they are true. Great experience overall. The owner Ray and the team really took care of me to make sure they provided quality service. This included:1) demonstrating knowledge of what repairs needed to be done to not only fix some scratches, but also other necessary steps to make it look right.2) helping me with voiding my insurance check and calling for a new one to cover the full cost of the hail dent repairs3) completing the repairs half a week ahead of the expected completion time given to me by insurance4) taking the time to fix the things that I found later that weren't working quite rightI really appreciate how the owner Ray was a hands-on owner. He wasn't just sitting in an office behind a desk. He was always there talking with me and even diagnosing and helping making some repairs himself!And of course the team was very kind and respectful too they answered all the questions I had about the whole process and diagnosed issues quickly while keeping me informed.Will definitely be returning in the future as needed!

Auto Clinique has always taken care of my cars (and yes plural, because Dallas takes its toll), quickly getting parts and getting the work done right the first time.Anything comes up, they'll let you know first instead of "fixing" it and billing you before you ever know what's wrong.

My experience at Auto Clinique has been amazing. The staff and owners are so accommodating and sweet. I was offered a ride home whilst I was waiting for my car. I got picked up shortly after as well at home. I highly recommend Auto Clinique.

Wonderful experience .Ray did an amazing job!I took my car to his shop and I was so surprised how quickly he got the dents out. Thank you so much Ray . It looks like I never had a dent at all.excellent customer service, Great response time and very professional team.absolutely would recommend Ray to everyone that needs dent repair, rims repair, and body work on their car.

Went above and beyond to help me with my miata! I got my interior lighting fixed and a new ignition. My car is back to normal again. The head mechanic Jackson even helped me with a seat removal! Will definitely bring my cars back here again

I had some auto body work done. At first there was an issue with not being done right. However, Ray got involved and accepted their mixup and remedied it. My only disappointment is I had to pay for a rental for 2 days more and felt I should've been somewhat compensated. However the work was excellent

My family has used this shop since time immemorial. Very trustworthy establishment where rates are predictable and service is always top notch. We recommend this shop to all our family and friends because their motto at the shop is honesty, first and foremost. This shop provides the same service as a big dealership but with much reduced rates to make all services affordable. Robert P has worked on my classic car for years and I only trust him with any of my antique cars.

This is a one of a kind gem in Dallas!Nicest people that do their best!I took my 2018 Kia Stinger there with an engine light on and left an hour later with the car completely fixed!
