Without a doubt the best manufactured home community in the entire Permian Basin. Super quiet and a very safe place to raise a family! Cindy goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is to the highest standards within the community. We are blessed to call Gardendale Meadows our home and we would undoubtedly recommend anyone in the market to do the same!

This is a nice, quiet area to live. Yes, there are rules to follow, but they keep the neighborhood clean, safe, and looking good! We've really enjoyed staying here.

Wen we moved in it was nice and quite the manger lady was nice and everything but then once me and my family had to leave out of town for two weeks because my bother died we were preparing his funeral. She texts me sayin that we had to cut our weeds ASAP . I explained to her that we were out of town an couldn t do it . I got no replie back the day I got back I cut the weeds . Then she tex me a pic of a letter she wrote saying that she will not renew my lease and I have move my trailer no reason for why she is doing this . I was never late on my rent or anything . Don t go there if u planning on moving again within the next month

READ ALL THE REVIEWS ABOUT THE PROPERTY MANAGER WOMAN!!!WHOEVER THE PROPERTY MANAGER IS, SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED! SHE HARASSES CERTAIN PEOPLE, AND IGNORES OTHER PEOPLE THAT ARE ALL VIOLATING RULES!!!!! SHE IS RUDE, WILL CALL PAST 10PM, AND WILL COMPLAIN ABOUT THINGS SHE EVEN DOES!!HIRE SOMEONE COMPETENT!!!!!!!!PROPERTY MANAGER IS A NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!!DONT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!

After living in the park for almost 5 years, management decided that our lease would not be renewed. We paid on time every month. All we got was an eviction notice.Roads through park are horrible. Management is extremely rude and hard to deal with.

I have lived here for over three years now. In the beginning this was a nice place to live. With the over taking of new management about a year ago the management has really gone down hill. It seems there is nothing that you can do that is right and the management does have its favorites. Unless this is your only option I would advise to look somewhere else.

Not a good place picky people u can only have small dogs my dog isn't that big he never barks he is a Aussie and only goes outside when needed no wonder there is a lot of empty spaces no good they need good Christian people
