I had an amazing visit at Joe Hudson s Collision. The service was quick and very nice, I received awesome news and I was impressed with the professionalism with the center colleagues. Everything went as planned and Martin and Jessica is the people to get the job done. I appreciate everyone who took out the time to make sure my truck and I had the best service. What a pleasant surprise working with this business! I despise dealing with car stuff! I had a bad scratch on my car (got too close to the garage door frame). I pulled in and they fixed it up right away while I awaited and even had some nice conversation! So friendly and helpful! I did the same on my other care. I'll be stopping by Joe Hudson's again within the next two weeks!

Stopped by in January even after reading the no response reviews. I spoke to Jessica and she had me fill out a form and she took pictures of my car, she said someone will reach out to me with a quote. Nothing ever happened, so the reviews are true. I wonder if it has to do with not using insurance and paying out of pocket? Just wanted to add my two cents, turns out my car paint peeling falls under warranty. :)

Brought my Highlander in after a fender-bender. More than pleased with the outcome. Great customer service, and high quality work. I was also pleasantly surprised when I found the interior spotless (should ve seen it before, I have 2 young children, use your imagination).

The car was leaking break fluid after collision. We mentinoed to the rep; however, said that there was no leaks, even though the break light was on. By the way, the next day after we got the car back, all of the lights on the dash came on and I ended up taking the car to a mechanic so the could repair the mechanical part that they did not fix. Also the repair was supposed to take about 2 weeks but it was completed in 3 days, which they rushed it and neglected the mechanical part.

I went there and they took pictures of my vehicle. Then the person told me he will email the estimate that day. A few days passed by and I did not receive anything so, I called several times, after about 10 calls the person in charged picked up the phone, he said he has not been able to complete the estimate and that he will send it to me soon. Never heard of them again. They just waste my time.Update.Thanks for your response but I already fixed my car.

I drove my car into the shop to get a bid on fixing a bumper. I filled out the form. When I left he told me he would email me the quote. I waited 3 days, nothing. I called. He told me he wasn't done with it. Confirmed my email. Now 8 days later, still nothing. Why would I leave my car to be fixed when they seem incompetent to even get me a bid.

Im an ASE certified tech and I restore cars as a hobby but I do not have access to a frame machine so I decided to get a quote from here. I brought in a pretty decently wrecked car I bought. The front right frame rail was caved in so I brought my car by to get a quote for repair and was told it must be put on the frame machine before any estimate was given. So I drove it by on a thursday and was called later that evening to be told by a tech (I'll refrain from naming) that they can cut and weld the section of damaged frame rail and straighten it out for 1700. (The vehicle was thoroughly inspected mechanically prior to driving it, I bled the coolant and pressure tested it. Then drove it the night prior and made sure it did not overheat.)I asked for a breakdown of the quote to see what they needed to remove from the vehicle to do the repair, as i knew it was close to the engine. I even offered to take the car and pull the engine and everything to make it easier. I was told they have to swing the abs control module/unit out of the way and that's it. I asked multiple times to be sure. (Being a front end collision, I assumed the radiator would have to be removed but there was no mention of fluids or the condenser so I took their word for it.)I recieve a call the very next day by another tech told that it's a liability to repair so they cant do it. I was told the car was already on the frame machine and the radiator and headlights were removed. They offered to put the car back together without charging me and they would call me when it was ready.I received no call, so I was patient and waitedUntil the following Monday to get an update. I explained the situation and they said they would call me back. I still recieved no call. So I waited again and wednsday I decided to go up there in person. I explain I just want my car back and then was told by a tech with attitude that it was done Friday I should've come to pick it up. I explained I was told I'd get a phone call to come get it and I called again Monday to see if it was done but never recieved a call about the car being done.Another tech drove the car around and I started on my way home. The car started overheating immediately as it got to temp and found it had boiled over indicating they did not bleed it. I asked if they were going to bleed it upon reinstalling the radiator and never received a direct answer. Just a bitter question "do you want the radiator back in the car or not?"Overall, I just wanted a simple quote for repair and if it was within my means by cost, I'd have it repaired because I'd much rather have a shop with a frame machine to ensure the car is true and straight. I ended up discovering terrible communication and a handful of attitude. I also question their judgement as I was told two completely different things and almost had it repaired by a tech while another completely denied to repair it. Plus having to tow my car home after it returned to me worse than when I brought it in. I understand the car was decently damaged and had issues, which is why I wanted a quote to see if it was worth fixing. I would not even be writing this and would've let it all slide if they hadn't been so angry with me, and half poop slapped the radiator and poured coolant in. I'll give two stars because at least they did not try to charge me for it as they understood it was an incorrect procedure on their end I'm assuming.I'm just hoping no one else has to go through this experience so I'm sharing my experience.

Best body shop in town by far friendly employees and they do great work I grew up in a family that was in the paint and body industry and know what to look for and Joe Hudson's shop goes the extra mile they don't just make it look better they do it right without cutting corners and they work with you on price I highly recommend these guys and you won't find another shop I recommend at all ,truly the best in the business

EXCELLENT ratings are rare- but Rancourt service is EXCELLENT!A descent auto mechanic shop is hard to find. A GOOD one is almost impossible to find. But I finally found one! I've been taking my autos to Rancourt Automotive for over nine years. They are the best and most reasonably priced auto service you will find ANYWHERE! Yeah, there are 4-5 other shops in the area, all within a mile of Rancourt- I've tried them, just to see if they compare. NOPE, not one of them compares to the honesty, quality and service I get at Rancourt. None compare! I tried Firestone. I tried Angel's- Whoa! They definitely do not compare. I appreciate an honest shop that doesn't over-charge or nickle & dime you. Rancourt has consistently, over the past nine years, done only the work that was needed- and at a competitive price. I won't go anywhere else! I've never met the Rancourts, but I know one thing for certain... Rancourt knows how to hire GOOD people; excellent mechanics and service people. The level of honest, quality work and customer service exceeds expectations. Thank you Joel for your excellent service.

Brought my car in for a leaky window... Rancourt busted my dashboard all to hell, and then refused to accept responsibility, because they claimed it was DRY ROTTED?? Well guys, it didn't look like that when I brought it in... And you're a bunch of jerks for not accepting responsibility, when it was clearly your fault. That's why I give you one star... If I could give you ZERO it would be more accurate!

The people were nice but not happy with the quality of work. So far have taken it twice for visual defects and this last time, it s still the same, nothing really was done. I used their services as the insurance company recommended them and then I read some of the reviews and figured I would get great service out of them. I had a great experience with Dallas Rognon at the Joe Hudson's Collision Center in Cypress. I had a surface scratch on the door. Dallas was able removed it with a scratch removed compound in a few seconds. I was very surprised and glad it was removed with ease. I offered to pay for the work, but Dallas did not charged me for it. Dallas was very professional and friendly and asked if I could just leave a review of my experience. Thank you Dallas! I made an appointment to have my grandmother's car looked at to deal with a bent frame preventing the hood from closing. The receptionist said they could handle the issue. I showed up and was told they couldn't do what I was asking due to liability issues. The person I spoke to at the shop apologized for the receptionist giving me misinformation but also stated a job like what I was needing done would likely be easily a $4000 job with them. Apparently this place tends to only do expensive, highly specialized car repair. The next shop that actually fixed the issue with my vehicle only charged me ~$90 for the 2.5 hours it took them to bend the frame back by 2 inches. I would avoid a place like this unless you drive something worth more than 10-15K or are having an insurance company covering the costs.

I have had Marc Rancourt work on my car several times. I have a custom car that has many challenges. In all my years I have never found anyone so competent, honest, and trustworthy in any business. Marc and his team have provided the best customer service I have ever experienced in any business. No one will ever work on any of my vehicles but this exceptional company. Thank you for the great services you provide. I cannot provide a high enough recommendation for this company.

This place was amazing. I got an estimate from another body shop for $2400 for repairs. Rancourt's estimate was $650. When I dropped my car off they told me it would be ready in about a week and it was ready EARLY!! Not only did they do the repairs, they also cleaned the inside and outside of my car. I would recommend this place to everyone! ASTOUNDING SERVICE

I have read all the reviews and can say they do not sound like the same place I went to. It also appears Rancourt has two GMap accounts with 2 different sets of ratings and reviews.... what is up with this? The other account if full of fake 5 star reviews. Strange... The reviews at this listing below appear to be legitimate. No one likes to be manipulated or feed false information.I like independently run businesses than larger chains. I would give them 5 stars for the quality of their body work and 1 stars for customer service, planning and communication. Let's break it down because I think I would use them again but they need to be managed. I took my truck in for minor fender body repair from a hit and run through the State Farm approved vendor program. I was going overseas for 11 days so I dropped my truck off expecting to have it done when I got back. They had a 8 day backlog. I was supposed to get a call and quote before work started. No call, no quote. Called on day 9, they couldn't find my paperwork said they would call back but no follow through. They never called. Day 11 called again, still couldn't find my paperwork. Finally got a call from the shop guy, they would rush my truck through the process. He was good, said they would try to have it done the next day. Success, they did it and it did looked great yet it was 3 days late. Front office staff obviously needs training and a new focus on customer service. It is easy for them to loose work in their process. The good part is they handle all the State Farm paperwork seamlessly.

These are the most friendly and honest folks I've ever used for ALL my car repairs. Just went in last week with my jeep. The dodge dealership on 290 was going to take 7 days to just look at my jeep. Rancourt fixed my issue in less than 30 minutes!! That says it all

Had several areas of my truck that had been grazed by debris on the highway and a minor parking accident. Dallas was able to quickly buff out the marks. He was professional and friendly. I highly recommend Rancourt for any auto body repair needs!

I was referred to this business by Allstate to get a quote for my auto accident. I was able to call and set up an appointment and today the day of appointment when I called to ask if they needed anything from me before my appointment. I was informed that I was not on their calendar and they're overbooked for the day. VERY disappointed in the business practice and their inability to maintain an appointment that they had set for me.I can understand a miscommunications but they set up the appointment and didn't record it? #Nothankyou

Took my car here to Rancourt and the people were nice, honest, and knowledgable. They were quick to service my vehicle and let me know about potential issues that could be coverred under the manufacturer warranty. Instead of trying to make another buck, they advised me to go to the dealership to have them look at it and possibly get it coverred under the manufacturer's warranty. I would definitely recommend them and I will be sure to return to them with all my vehicle mechanical needs.

I just came here to fix my car today. Dallas the guy fixing my car is very nice and honest. The service is super quick, just 10 minutes and the result is perfect like what I want. People there always smile and ask me if I need help. Thank you a lot!!!
