100 Stars for them if I could, Asma was the one who helped me and she did such a amazing job working with the insurance making sure my car was fixed with quality parts and quality work! She even listens to my request or my opinion on certain points of my repair, and worked with the insurance company to get it taken cared of communicated with me through phone calls and e-mail with every step and every update couldn t have asked for anyone better to help take care of me and my car! As well as the amazing staff who also helped me with questions if she wasn t there shoutout to Brian as well hopefully I won t need them anytime soon but if I do I know where to go without a doubt

Richard did an absolutely awesome job informing me about my repairs on my Kia Sportage and the repairs do take a little bit but they were definitely worth it as my car looks brand new. Would highly recommend

Walked into my appointment to smiling faces. Was immediately helped and already had all my information that was provided by my insurance company. They had an Enterprise Car Rental Rep on standby to show me to my rental. Then Larry looked over my car damage and made notes on the car. Quick and easy. Couldn't have been more smooth. I'd be surprised if I was there longer than 10 minutes. Bar none, this was my best "first experience" with an auto body shop. Professional, no nonsense, no needless paperwork. I highly recommend this shop.

I can t recommend First Choice enough.To preface, my new Highlander was backed into, leaving some nice scratches that ran below the paint, along with some very minor dents and chips. I know little to nothing about cars, repairs, etc. and every other place I went saw this, and took advantage of it. After losing quite a bit of hope, I decided to give one more place a try (First Choice).This entire team is amazing, knowledgeable, and overall it is a different environment compared to most body shops. I was working with Larry, who made a special effort to explain everything to me as we went, he is incredibly genuine and really knows his stuff! I stopped in/called quite a few times just for questions regarding my car, and I was never treated like a bother, only met with kindness and answers.Hopefully I won t need another repair, but if I do, I know exactly where to go! Thank y all!!

I definitely recommend this place. They are so helpful so sweet. Mike has been keeping me updated about my car. After getting hit on my driver door The front people are so sweet

Not my first time taking my vehicle to First Choice and let me tell you they know how to treat people with respect. From day one till my car was ready which took some time but I totally understood the parts situation. The staff was outstanding the representative that handle my me from day one she went above and beyond notifying me daily or when she got info that she thought was important to me.To sum it up They did a hell of job on my mustang so hats off to the service techs and my rep. To be very very honest I never expect any collision center to do the job in time and do not expect proper communications. The job they did was great but in terms of communications equally poor. I can guarantee that all positive reviews should be taken with grain of salt. Don t expect great communications of the job status but you can certainly expect great job here. Expect some rudeness as well if you ask too many questions. Bottom line - if you do not love your vehicle, have lots of spare time and can absorb repair delays and want to just get your job done ( BTW, your job will be done right for sure) and if you are okay with other cosmetic damages that you find on delivery then please consider this shop. They are great in meeting such attributes in my opinion.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Wheel alignment

Nicole was very informative and kept me up to date on the progress of the repairs and the costs. The work looks good. I was very pleased with the outcome. I was so worried it would be obvious there had been repairs because I haven't had a wreck in decades, so I was very impressed with the quality of the work.

Seamless experience from Allstate and 1st Choice, wish I would have used them sooner. Estimator David S. was a Godsend, kept me up to date, returned my calls, and made sure I was satisfied. Run Away from this shop ASAP.My truck was delivered to me with Missing Parts from the engine and the new fender bolts were Hand loose and rattling. The paint looks ok at this time. One of the service representatives actually told me to my face that the New door was Not supposed to be aligned with the body/frame and Not match the other factory side. lol The replaced door did Not seal and leaked water. They did offer to try to repair their substandard work. I have No Faith in that offer. I understand human error and they did communicate with me quickly about the Mistakes they made. Simply I would Not trust them Wash my truck ,let alone put tools on it again.Services: Body & Trim, Engine repair

I had a wonderful experience at 1st Choice! Dustin was awesome from start to finish. My car looks great and their quote was several hundred dollars cheaper than another quote I got from a different collision shop. Would totally recommend!

Nolan was great! Super helpful and very informative about the entire process. Kept me up to date with how things were going too. There was another guy that was really nice too but I cant remember his name!!! It was surprisingly fast! And they cleaned my car. When I got it back it was like it was brand new again. Im so happy with the entire process. This was my first ever wreck and I was dreading the entire thing but it was totally painless thanks to the team on Telge Rd.

I called First Choice Collision to set repairs to our rear ended Toyota RAV4 on 1/13/2022, and sent them the insurance estimate. They told me they could only get us in on February 14 (a month later). On 2/9/2022 I made a follow up call and that was when they told me I should go elsewhere since they were unable to get parts. So much for nearly a month waiting for repairs, happy NOT to be their customer!

I have had 2 going on 3 repairs done by this shop. Each time the work is amazing, but the attention to detail is always a win in my book. Just picked up my wife's car, not only was it repaired but it was cleaned inside and out. Making the experience amazing! They also have Enterprise onsite making the rental car a breeze.

Best auto body repair experience I've ever had. I'm 67 and I've been through a few auto body repair jobs. Danielle Panek was my service advisor, very professional and thorough. I really appreciate Danielle contacting me everyday my truck was in the shop to let me know progress. I'm happy with the results.

Honestly the best service I ve ever had anywhere. DK and Ken were amazing, and Stephanie always answers the phone so graciously. The communication was consistent, and I didn t understand something and the manager himself called me to patiently explain. They were recommended to me by my impossible to please father, and I in turn, recommend them to you.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Customer service extremely above par. Beyond that the repairs they have done on my vehicle are borderline impeccable. My vehicle looks like I had just bought it again. They even offer life time warranty on anything they touch on your vehicle as long as you own it. Big props to Travis and his team.

Had my car fixed her and it looks great. The color match is perfect. Could not be happier. You cannot even tell i had an accident. The process was super easy as well. I highly recommend this place. Great job guys.

What I loved most other than the great customer service and great work, was the text messages of progress. They let you know how much work is done and how much is left. You don't have to keep calling them like other places. Steve is wonderful at what he does and is very knowledgeable. I would recommend this place to people who don't like the run around and want their vehicle does the right way.

Brought my vehicle here and truly thought this was going to be a nightmare to handle, Travis handled my repair from beginning to end and took care of everything for me, communication was absolutely amazing, they truly treat you like family here. I will never take my vehicle anywhere else and will recommend them to all of my family and friends.Thank you Travis and first Choice for the amazing customer service.

The staff is really friendly and they got me to my husbands work so I could get our other car for free. My only complaint is that I feel that the communication was a little slow after I left the shop. It took what seemed like forever for them to get back to me about things. Other than that, everything was great.

Great customer service, really knowledgeable and friendly staff. I think Trevor was the name of the main guy that helped me. Honestly one of the better experiences I've had at a car shop. You never know who to trust these days, but these guys are good as gold in my eyes.

I ve been to total collision on two different occasions, Travis is superb with body collision repairs. Most definitely recommend if you re looking for excellent body work, honest - good pricing; look no further! I ve had both my fender and rear bumper repaired by Travis, when most places would quote me a jacked up price to replace both parts with new ones, Travis repaired my original parts back to brand new condition as if there was never a dent, crack or scratch.

No one wants to have an accident and have to get a vehicle repaired but Firat Choice Collision made the process pain free. Great, prompt service and they kept me informed of the repair timeline the entire time via text messages. My vehicle looks better now than before the accident! Highly recommend!

I had a great experience. I was kept in the loop of what was being done, the cost, and how long it would take. I liked that I could get updates by text since I m not able to call out from work much. The repairs look great and I m glade it was a painless process to get my car looked at and back on the road.

First Choice Collision will always be my First Choice! After having two vehicles in back to back collisions, I am completely satisfied!Ken, Dustin and Stephanie didn't skip a beat with their personable customer service and they were a great help when dealing with the insurance company. The Paint and Body shop reconstructed both vehicles remarkably, with out a trace of the accidents. I'm very impressed with my experience and I highly recommend First Choice Collision!
