Drop off and vehicle inspection report were fantastic. I took it in to replace a starter, and upon recommendation, do a power steering system flush/refill because they said it looked contaminated.Picked it up in the afternoon and next morning took a look at PS fluid, looked same as it did. So I took it back, they said they took care of it and when I asked if it was better, they said looks clear like new vegetable oil . Checked it this am, I wouldn t call it vegetable oil (at least not new), I ll let you decide which one of these is before and which other two are the two flushes they performed.Other than that, the labor was fair on the starter, I m on the fence about the $130 power steering flush/fill.

My experience with Christian Brothers was excellent! They told me up front what it would cost and with ten hours of labor they got it done in one day. Matt was very helpful and good to me. Thanks for such good service.

Brought my car in after taking it to another place beforehand and couldn t have made a better decision to come here instead. The last place was going to make me spend almost $1,000 to replace the 3 hoses on my power steering pump to fix the leak I d brought it in for. Christian Brothers didn t even want to look at the report from the last shop, they wanted to do their own investigation. Later that same day they sent me a detailed email with PICTURES of every single issue they found on my car. And they inspected the entire car as a courtesy, not just what I asked. They found many more issues I was completely unaware of and found the problem with my power steering right away. It had absolutely nothing to do with those 3 hoses. They gave me a ride home and picked me up because they had to keep my car for a couple days to fix it up PROPER. I will absolutely be coming back to this place for all my car needs. The customer service is top notch, the mechanics are great, just an overall awesome job by everyone involved in assisting me.

I have used CBA for oil changes for the past two years. Their prices are okay, and they do their job well. However, if you ever have any other issues, just don't go there. I had a bad tire pressure sensor, and I just wanted to change it. However, they charged me $77 for the diagnostic that I already knew. Furthermore, they wanted to charge over $300 to replace it, when other places do it for $70. I need a place that I can trust and know will always offer reasonable prices. Unfortunately, CBA is not that place. I will take my business elsewhere

I am really impressed by the service here. I had an issue with my car making a high pitch noise. I thought it was the brakes and I took it to another auto shop (which I will not name). They assured me that it was not the brakes, it was the shocks. So I replaced my shocks. $1k+ later and it did not stop the noise.A friend of mine recommended Christian Brothers on Fry Rd. I spoke to Jose on the phone and he was very nice and listened to my issue. I explained the noise and told them that I thought it was the brakes but the other auto shop said my brakes were in good condition.I dropped my car off and within an hour they provided me a diagnosis. I got a full report with necessary and recommended actions, it included a detailed description of each issue with photos. As I suspected, it was the brakes making the noise. They also said my drive belt needed replaced (my car has over 100k miles). I didn t feel that they were trying to oversell me on services I didn t need. They fixed my car same day and I felt their price was very reasonable. They provided courtesy pick up and drop off. My car hasn t made the noise since. Overall, their service was great and I feel that they were honest with me on what needed to be fixed. Best experience I ve had when dealing with auto shops!

Went in to get my oil changed, have not been driving after that. Been parked in my garage for a few weeks later I drove it and the oil check engine light came on, there s barely any oil on the dip stick. Took it back in and they told me they topped off with 1.5 quarts, how can it be when it s dead dry. Did not even apologize for their mistakes. SMFHcould ve been worst, BAD customer service

I personally don t care for the impersonal way they communicate what s going on with your vehicle. You re sitting a few feet away in the lobby and they re texting you a message telling you what the diagnosis is. ?? I like good old fashion in person communication.I also would have appreciated knowing that there are sometimes coupons and discounts on their website. I had to go hunting for those on my own trying to save a few dollars.Otherwise good prompt experience.

I really had a good experience in this location. Getting your car fix can be very stressful but everyone was so helpful and friendly. Axel is literally the best, he helped me understand everything and also helped me deal with warranty situation. Axel is very professional and helpful!

Good services, always keep me updates with my vehicle repair status; excellent warranty 3 years or 36,000 miles whichever last. I normally take my car to Toyota Dealer, the warranty at my last service at Toyota dealer only gave me $12,000 miles or one year whichever comes first. They have financing which helps me out a lot. They have free pickup and drop off service, that's nice.All folks there are very professional in custemer service. I will do business with them again.

Everyone was very very professional. I was going to wait, but the offer me transportation back home and they came back to pick me up. Before I left the told me everything that was wrong and would need to be fixed to pass inspection. They even give me a quote of the cost, so I wasn't shocked after they finish. I was totally satisfied with the service.

I had a very uncomfortable experience at this location. Customers in the lobby were making comments and having conversations that were very unfriendly and unwelcoming to people of color. This business lists itself as LGBT friendly and a transgender safe space. However, I find that very hard to believe with the type of language that was used while I was there today. I understand that a business can't control what its customers say, but it's definitely not appropriate for its staff to chime in and agree.

I made my appointment for an oil change online and I was scheduled for the next day! I was in and out in 25 minutes!! the dealership would have taken almost three hours.
