I ve got into a accident in February 2024 and my repairs was completed through a insurance claim. My car wasn t in the shop for so long which was good.. Once I received my vehicle back I already noticed some of the repairs wasn t did to its best ability. The repairs was to my front bumper and left headlight. My bumper still sticks out a little and 30 minutes after I got my vehicle back my splash shield I believe is called was dragging down 290. Im very disappointed in my service. I received a link to complete a survey through text and few hours later got a call from the GM at this location and told him what was going on. He told me I ll be able to bring my vehicle in free of cost and they ll order a new part and after that moment I never received a callback. This is unacceptable!!

First time using them. Extremely happy with the process from beginning to end. I also got my truck back a week earlier than expected. Great job on body work, it looks brand new again, to be expected but not the experience I ve had using dealership in the past. Very friendly staff. Walter was awesome and actually kept me updated on progress. I would definitely recommend them as I will use them again in the future if need arises.

My experience with caliber was wonderful. They kept me informed the entire time they had my car when I received the car back it drove like a brand new car. I have a Cadillac XT four, so I m very picky and was very concerned but they handled it with care they were very professional, I would recommend caliber collision to anyone that needs their car repaired

This was my first time using this business and I had such a great experience. Courtney was super kind and helpful with getting my car repaired and going through my insurance to do so! They had a quick turn around and my car was ready in 2 days. They made sure it was clean as well when I picked it up. Very professional and great customer service from Courtney! Highly recommend!

This Place is the best in the Cypress, TX area. Caesar was my service advisor, the customer staff are respectful, kind and informative, updates without you calling them. For me that was very important. Great service my car was repaired extremely well, I couldn t even tell where the damage was, this is rare in the Houston area

Great experience with Caliber Collision. Communication with my service advisor Roman was great. Plenty of status updates. Manager of the store was awesome as well. Will be checking into getting a tour as one of my sons is curious about their apprenticeship program. Great company!

Great work, never had an issue and will continue to go to them whenever unexpected car accidents happen. Dealt with them twice through nationwide, they helped me handle going to and from my rental, and when a panel popped back out months later honored there promise to myself and fixed it no questions asked.Appreciated Cesar s service specifically.

I worked with Jonathan Silver here at Caliber Collision; super nice guy, super informative, willing to answer any questions and got the job done earlier than expected! Was not expecting the shop to have the exact parts and colors that were needed for my car to look good as new but I couldn't have asked for a better job. Thanks Caliber!

*****10/25/2021 Update: Caliber has made good on the issues stated in the review, and the vehicle is 95% pre claim/loss condition. Still waiting on the last missed part.To reiterate, customer service is not the issue, Eric and Muhammed have been a pleasure to work with.As far as the quality, Eric the manager stated there is still a factor of human error in dispute to the quality. Bring up the first pass yield in quality before delivery, this would be a A+ Shop.Take this review as a learning milestone and incorporate better quality procedures to catch defects before delivery to your customer.My biggest problem out of this was my wasted time to get the service I payed for.(ORIGINAL REVIEW)The Quality workmanship is something that speaks volumes, but that is missing at Caliber Collision in Cypress.My 2021 Silverado was brought in for scratches along the passenger side, no body work was needed.All that was required was wet sanding, minor respray and clear coat.Fairly rudimentary work for a Nationwide franchise body shop.1st attempt at picking up my vehicle.....Every panel that was clear coated had pimples and fish eyes. This is evident of bad prep prior to clear coat.The vehicle had missing bolts and components from re assembly, emblems were crooked and placed in the wrong location.Dash Board was damaged and had nothing to do with the repairs.All evidence that quality control is non existent in this shop. I don't think a quality check was ever made at any step in the repair.Having dropped my rental off prior to intitial pickup of the truck. I was forced to pay my deductible to take my vehicle because it was to late to get a rental over the weekend.Thus accepting the poor quality.I then had to get in contact with the Manager (Eric) to schedule the rework on the vehicle.Fast forward to a week later.I pick up my vehicle, and it is still missing a component from re assembly( waiting for this to be ordered), and still has minor defects in the paint.They did got out of the way and have the vehicle detailed. But it still missed a detailed quality inspectionBegs the question, how they are Gold Class I-CAR certified facility?Customer Service is evident in the Management (Eric) at this location, but the quality is that of a high-school auto body shop.If you are going to employ under skilled craftsman, at least employ a quality inspector.Don't rely on service advisers/claims adjustors to inspect.In closing:I would be vary cautious bringing a vehicle here, as quantity of vehicles repaired overrides quality of repairs.

Brought my vehicle in as a result of a front end collision and chose the location considering it had the highest ratings of the collision centers via State Farm. Vehicle was dropped off Mar 2 and a prospective date was set for completion. I had stated that the skid plate had sustained damage after he collision and it was held on by zip ties and was acknowledged. Initially the hood was to be bent back into shape but then a decision was made to just replace the hood. I was then called to pick up the vehicle on Mar 14 after being told that the repairs were complete. When the vehicle was brought around, a clear and visible impact on my windshield was present and I was told that the vehicle was ready to go. The skid plate on the bottom of the vehicle was no longer sagging to the ground. I had asked about the impact and was told that it was a "rock chip", to which then I said was not present when I had brought the vehicle in. We then went to review images as to confirm that the impact to my windshield was not there prior to which then service advisor Walter confirmed. I was given the option to take it home and have it repaired or to have the vehicle taken care of at the collision center, then being told that if it was completed tomorrow that the vehicle could only be held for four days. As a result, I had to cancel a shift pending the repair of the windshield since my job was out of town. I was then called on the afternoon of Mar 15 to come pick up the vehicle as the windshield had been replaced. I had asked for a copy of the invoice for the windshield as State Farm stated that any work done to my vehicle would be warrantied and was told "This one is on the house" and that no invoice would be available. A month after and I go to do maintenance on the vehicle and find that instead of fixing the skid plate, a screw was drilled from the plate and into the underside of my vehicle to keep it from sagging instead of being fixed correctly.I wish I had a more positive experience.TLDR: repairs were delayed, windshield received a hit while in repairs, was not given any documentation on the windshield, damage to the underside was addressed using a screw and retained by zip tiesService: Body & Trim

Took care of me had a car accident Jeff told me exactly what to do to fix it and he balanced it out with the alignment as best he could he knocked off 4 red lights off the balance of my car. Informative quick and generous with the price paid 100$ on an alignment of a 2020 sports car everywhere else they was charging me 115-150$ with a wait time of 3 days cause they ain't taking no cars in the weekend. Daniel hooked me up in the same day I came with the best price.

Not good service at all. I walked in at 5:03. I wanted a quote for a bumper fix (they close at 5:30). I was told that I came in too late and they typically stop quoting at 4:45. Based on how I was treated, I m sure their overall customer service is just as good (or bad) as what I experienced.

Caliber customer service was friendly and professional. My service advisor (Johnathan Silva) kept me informed regarding repairs, cost and made repair recommendations. Overall experience was excellent especially in this post Covid climate when customer service is non existent.

My partner and I have been coming here for all collision repairs. We have had repairs done more than 5 times and it's always a great experience. Walter is our main service advisor. One of the best! He is prompt, keeps us updated, and is always extending a helping hand in any way he can. Highly recommended for professionalism and quality work.

Caliber Collision has restored my car multiple times. Cesar knows his stuff and my car came out looking better than before the collisions. They handle my rental cars return, and are the first and only place I would take my vehicle too for future collisions. Highly recommend.

We took a car to get it repair due to an accident caused by another driver. They replaced the bumper, and did some paint job. The other vehicle's insurance covered it. But they did not take care of the electrical issues that showed after the accident. They kept sending us to a different place , and from that place they didn't fix anything. I had to take it to a different shop on my own. Bad experience.Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

Unfortunately, we recently had to take my wife's 2023 Cadillac XT4 to Caliber Collision in Cypress for repair since someone hit the vehicle in a parking lot. Being a brand new vehicle, we were a little concerned about having repairs done. However, the the entire process was smooth and the repairs were excellent! You can even tell there was any damage! The staff were friendly, courteous and professional. I highly recommend this location!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Cesar was a wonderful help to me . HOWEVER they processed my payment even though they weren t able to make repairs to my vehicle then stated it would take a month to get my money back . My car was returned to me in worse condition than when I brought it in and I m just disappointed that the manager didn t seem to empathize and care about my situation . They could have covered up the quarter panel instead of leaving it exposed for further damage should it rain/etc .
