Really disappointed in this shop!!!! I ve been going to Firestone forever. I took my car in a few months ago and they said I needed a tuneup, a month later I needed parts for the mass airflow sensor, one month later I needed the whole mass airflow sensor, another month later they said I needed to replace my whole Cadillac converter. I finally took my car to another shop because after putting hundreds and hundreds of dollars into the car and it continuing to have the same problem I thought I would get another opinion. Turns out all I needed was a tuneup. That s right even though I paid for a tuneup just a few months ago at Firestone. I haven t had any issues with my car since taking it somewhere else. I work really hard and don t have hundreds of dollars to just continue to throw away. How a store can take advantage of people like that astounds me!! Do not go here!!!!!!!

I took my car in for rear break pads and inspection, as well as an oil change. They pointed out, as expected, that I needed new tires. However, I had already planned on getting tires at another place which had a sale going on. They not only price matched, but they gave me a better deal. And they were able to apply other coupons available for discounts on the other services. The staff was polite. I got no pressure about anything I didn't come in for. It was a great experience.

I brought in my car and even had to add a few services to my appointment. They accommodated me without question. The young man who checked me in kept in communication with me about every detail. The work was done well and quickly. I will go back!

Brought in a brand new vehicle that had a nail in the tire. The person that serviced the tire chipped the rim and then covered it up with wheel grease so I wouldn t notice until I got home and cleaned it off. Scummy people work here.

I will always bring my vehicle back to fire stone. This location had wonderful customer service they answered all of my questions were very responsive and actually called when they said they would and kept me in the loop from beginning to end. The service was very quick dropped off in the morning picked up in the evening with same day repair service. Satisfied with the cost as well I will tell all my friends and family about this location.

I made an appointment and came in early for them to take 2 hours for a state inspection. I missed a doctors appointment for this negligence. Firestone crowley needs to hire more staff and work on efficiency. I was very disappointed

I purchased a tire ~4 months ago and recently faced an issue with my front driver-side tire. I walked in expecting a simple tire repair but was soon informed of irreparable problems with the tire. My visit was not scheduled, and I understood the potential for time to resolve the issue. Due to prior commitments, I planned to return to address the issue. Still, the team was able to resolve the issue in record time, ensuring the issue was resolved and my overall safety was guaranteed. The service was exemplary and shows the customer service that Firestone represents.

I love the company because of its record keeping and the multitude of locations across the country. This location was able to work me in right before the holidays which was amazing however they didn't inspect before they went to work. I'd still return but my word choice will change and it would be at opening.

Dropped my car off at 9:30am for a conventional oil change and was told it would be ready in an hour and they would call me. I had to call at 10:30 asking for an update and, at first, he said my car was finished but after checking, they hadn't even pulled my car back yet. He told me it'd be another 30-40 minutes. I had a similar experience the last time I got my oil changed here and decided to give them one more shot. I won't be returning.

Place was horrible... ordered a tire said it would be there in 4 hours and that was 4 days ago still have not called... either way I went somewhere else I would not suggest this place at all... go to discount better all the way around...

Firestone did not disappoint! I had a 12:30pm appt. I dropped it off at 7am (was easier for me). They at it done by 10am! They kept in great contact all the way!

Had a bit of an incident with my van where I destroyed the driver's side front wheel and suspension both front and back. Also, there were many cracked and bent parts underneath. These guys were super helpful and understanding since I was stranded there for a week. The delay was in getting the parts from the dealer. Once they got the parts, these guys were diligent beyond belief. I expected to get the van on a Wednesday, but they had it ready the Saturday prior. No wonder they are so ripped! Thanks a million, folks!

I went around the 5:30 mark with my mom because we had a nail in our tire D: needless to say all it took was about a good 30 minutes and the 2 guys in the front did it quick! I never was able to get their names though D:

Took them over 5 hours to do an oil change. Over 2 hours of that my truck was actually in the garage. 0 apologies 0 care. Literally costing them a continued contract with my companies fleet and they could care less. Multiple people helped after me without appointments and yet were out before me. I was polite and quiet the whole time. Horrible customer service and work.

This Place is a waste of time. If you value your time stay away!! I went in for an alignment and to get my tires balanced only to find out 3 hrs later that they couldn't do the alignment. Then I asked if they at least balanced my tires and the sales guy told me they have to put on a different lift for that but they already had it parked back outside.. this place is a joke and waste of time STAY AWAY!!!!

Okay what can I say... been here multiple times always the same story. Let's convince the customer to do more. I came in for oil change they tried to tell me my wiper blades were bad ( just replaced then 3 weeks ago) , my air filter was extremely dirty (replaced 3 days ago). 16 months ago they told me my tires were bad with less then 4\32 tread they actually had 7 and I replaced those just earlier today. To the unsavy customer they will get you everytime so buyer beware . But as I was a mechanic for over 30 years they can't pull the wool over my eyes. Why did I come here? Because it was raining and I have been hurt and was unable to do it myself. Not again.

I had to use them to fix a flat. The following day it was flat again. Went to discount tire and had to purchase a new tire because my plug from the night before was not done correctly.How hard is it to plug a tire??

Very disappointed with service at Firestone Crowley. Brought it in for a tire inspection due to losing air and my yearly state inspection. After they reviewed it, I authorized to install a new tire because the nail was in the side wall and could not be patched. Since I had bought all 4 tires previously, the replacement tire was prorated. Upon picking it up 2 days later since they didn t have the tire in stock, I started the car and the low tire pressure light was still on for the same tire. Walked back in and told them and got a reply that the light would go off after I drove it for 2 miles . This made no sense since the car should have been test driven before clearing the car for customer pickup. He volunteered to put air in it but again I said, why is this necessary if the tire was replaced, the air pressure checked and the car driven to ensure it was good to go. I gave him the keys, he came back shortly and sharply said as soon as I got to the bay, the light went off . I drove off still convinced that something wasn t right. After a week of still losing air, I took it to another tire shop. I told them it was a new tire and that maybe the air was coming from the stem or around the rim. Interesting enough, they called me out to the bay a few minutes later to show me evidence that this was NOT a new tire and the nail that was still in my side wall. What the heck! NEVER giving Firestone my business again. If I could give no stars, I would.

Worst experience ever! Bought my nephew a vehicle and brought it here for a full inspection. Three pages of repairs, and $3500. Two weeks later his car wouldn t start. Took it back they said it was an oil leak. Which they never diagnosed before. Paid another $1500 for them to fix the leak and they said everything they fix is under warranty. Well, this week car is back in the shop cause the oil is still leaking and this time they won t fix it because their is dry rot and the tech doesn t feel safe until that s fixed first $1400. I won t pay them another dime. These are some crooks and techs that obviously don t know what they re doing. Save your money and don t bring your car here.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I had a appointment for 1pm got here 15 min early. Its been 2 hrs for an oil change and a state inspection. I will never come back here ever. Dropped my car off at 11 am Monday the 8/7/23 with Dustin, the "supervisor ". After my car being there for 24hrs with no call no update ,I was told they couldn't find a problem. When I Went to pick my car up it smelled of freon, found out it was just my battery which I had purchased from then. Victor is the one who worked on my car while driving today my air conditioner stopped working and there is no freon in my car. When I called and spoke with Dustin he gave me a nasty attitude and hung up in my face. This isn't the end of it. VERY BAD SERVICE will never use them again.

The absolute worst experience I have had with an auto repair shop. I took my car in for an oil repair leak at 10am. Four hours later the service was not complete. I returned home because the work was not complete until after 6:00 pm. The auto shop had my car for hours after 6:00 pm I was left a rude message by Alston one of the managers that my car was ready. I returned the next day at 10:00 to find out they my keys have been lost. Lost they lost my keys and the manager Alston was very nonchalant about the issue. They lost my keys!!Service: Oil change

I hate the first stone by where we live in Tyler tx they have messed up my truck more than once So when I come to area every couple of months I bring my truck to the Crowley location which is 3 hours from my house but they have fixed tyler tx location mess up and this past time got My alignment done oil changed and my tired rotation done all in an hour

This was the first time I have been disappointed with the service. One of my car aluminum wheels was ruined, most certainly from the technician mounting the wheel on the wrong side of the balancer. Two, my car had been unlocked. The car was ready about 10:00 and I picked it up at 2:15. Not happy.

Their service is slow and terrible. They will milk your Fleet account for every dime they can get. I brought my work truck in here to get an inspection done and they changed my oil change my cabin air filter and did an alignment on my truck without my consent, taking up several hours out of my day and completely aggravating me. Oil still had 3000 miles left until it was due and just had an alignment done less than a month ago. Will never go to another Firestone in my life.

I had my A/C condenser and Freon vacuumed and filled here. I was 3 hours late to my scheduled appointment, they got my right in and had the work done in just a few hours! Went in on Saturday around noon to have 2 new tires installed on the front of our car, (rear tires were newish, within the last couple of months). We were told the car would be ready in a couple of hours. Finally got a call about 3 hours later to say it was ready. Drove it home and the tire light was still on. Figured it may just need to reset itself and will go off before we got home because that has happened before. Tire light stayed on. Drove it the next day and the light was still on. Drove to the shop around 4:30 to find out if maybe they put the wrong valve stems in or put them in incorrectly but was told that they didn't have any appointments available till the next day at 9 am. We didn't have a choice, so I took the car back at 9 am on Monday. They said they would check the valve stems and the pressure sensor to see if maybe that was the issue. An hour and a half later, I was told that our new tires were fine, the valve stems were correct and fine, and the pressure sensor was working and fine. The issue was that my 2-month-old right rear tire had 10-12 staples in it and the punctures could not be patched up, so I needed another new tire. Drove to the Burleson shop for that new tire. They were great, no issues with them. My fianc� drove to work this morning and 25 minutes into his drive, the tire light came on. Front left tire had about 23 pounds of pressure. As he is putting the air pump on the valve stem, he can hear the air being released. Why would that happen if I was told the day before that the valve stems are fine? He had to put air in the tire again at noon and again halfway home from work at 5:30. Drove straight to Firestone to tell them that the NEW tire we just bought from them 3 DAYS AGO was leaking from the valve stem and that it was the second time we had to ask them to check it. The associate he dealt with laughed and said "you have some bad luck with tires". I find that extremely unprofessional to laugh at a customer who just spent $400 for new tires and has had to ask you multiple times to make sure you put the valve stems in correctly. I now have to go in a 3rd time to have my tire fixed. Not happy with this experience at all.Service: Tires

I had an appointment scheduled for 3pm. It s now 5:40pm and they still are not done. After an hour of seeing my car not move from the spot, I asked where I was at in line. They couldn t give me an answer and even told me I should have been ahead of multiple people they were currently working on. 3 hours to get an oil change and tire rotation. I understand busy but this is ridiculous.

I've been going to this Firestone for 6 years!. My two current vehicles have been taken there for three years and all inspections have passed. Today we took both vehicles and they failed my Tahoe because of the tint. Factory tint! I'm speaking to a new employee (I knew he was new because I sat there with him while he trained on cashing out a transaction with the other car I had inspected) a female worker named Christian injected herself into the conversation so I started speaking with her. I asked how it failed if they passed it the two previous years and she said maybe it was the inspector, they have three new ones, maybe they just eyeballed it the two previous years but she couldn't explain why just that it failed and we'd have to take it up with the state. I ask who exactly I need to talk to or if I could talk to someone else up there because it didn't make sense. She tells me she's not going to argue with me and walks off. I wasn't being rude or argumentative because I knew the employee I was initially dealing with was new. She dismissed me in front of 4-5 other customers in the store and was completely rude for no reason. Over factory tint! I do not recommend this location and she has been reported to higher management for horrible customer service. I paid for the inspection and left without knowin the next steps or who I needed to speak with next. Christian should not be dealing with customers because her attitude is horrible!!
