Bought a car about a month ago and I am thoroughly pleased. I have been looking at cars from them for about a year and each time Christa was pleasant and answered all my questions. I finally decided to purchase something and she made my process so easy. I thought it was too good to be true. She got me approved and my paperwork setup before I made it to the dealership. All I had to do was sign and drive away. I definitely recommend them and will purchase from them again!

Byrd's Auto will continuously have business from me. We purchased a family vehicle from them in 2018, and currently looking for a 2nd vehicle. I live an hour and 10 minutes away. They've serviced my vehicle for oil changes, and also sent a tow truck to us when we couldn't bring it in for a service repair. I've contacted them on multiple occasions to know about inventory and they're always helpful and point me in the right direction. I've never had to complain about anything, their costumer service is amazing.

When I tell you Christa made the process so easy! I hate having my time wasted, I was approved before I walked in to the dealership, sent all documents via email. Once going in dealership all I did was sign the contract! The was easiest, fastest process ever! Christa is so nice and friendly and made sure I was taken care of! She s the best!!

OMG! I have to say Christa was the best! I sent over all of my paperwork to get processed and before I even came in she had gotten me approved for the vehicle I wanted. Even suggested cheap insurance for me as well. Helped me get a reasonable ride real fast. Literally frfr took me about 15 minutes to test drive and sign and I was out the door! Contact her today! Send her that paperwork and drive fast off the lot! 10/10!

Great lady to work with, but the car I got is junk. Within 2 weeks 3 out of 4 window motors went out, struts went out, engine makes knocking noise. Of course this was right after the 3000 mile warranty ended.

Highly recommend this company will work with you with any situation. As long as you let them know what s going on they re going to work with you have never had an issue with them I have had my vehicle for almost 2 1/2 years now and couldn t be happier with the company I picked.

Bought a few cars already from this place , Everytime it was a fast and easy process no long waiting to get approved easy paperwork and very friendly staff Christa is easy to work with if she can't get you approved nobody can .. I will be back for my next purchase in the future as well ..

Love this place!! I was sceptikal of it because of all the negative reviews I had seen but I took a leap of faith and it's been nothing but a great journey they have been nothing but kind and understanding would highly recommend to anyone!! Ps:Hudson is the best when my car stopped working he got it back to me in just a few days.

They sell cars that are not in good condition and then tell lies about fixing the car for you . The manager and the owner don t operate with good business

Worst customer service I have ever witnessed. My sister had an issue with the girl in the office and we requested to talk to the owner directly and were refused. She sold my sister an over priced piece of junk that they had problems with since day one. It was in the shop over 4 months with run around communication no real updates and they told her they would give her part of her down payment back till she came to get it then changed there mind and didn't hold good to thier word. They also said when the transmission was done being fixed they noticed lights were on and the ac was out so now more repairs needed to be done and those were all fine when my sister took it in. Funny thing they have a complaint on the BBB with the same exact situation. Just saying buyer be ware. You may be getting a deal but you may also be getting a lemon and they don't stand behind what they say.Update to my review based on thier reply. We did not speak to the owner we were told no. So once again caught in another lie.

Byrd Autos has earned my business. I brought in my 2015 Audi Q7 to have the brake pads replaced and rotors turned. The staff was incredibly helpful, courteous and aware of my time. I received great communication throughout the various steps of this brake job. I was completely satisfied with the work performed. Not only is this evidence that I don't have to go to the Audi dealership for service, with their overpriced quotes, but I now have a reliable and trusted team of mechanics and staff. Not to mention, I'm able to support local business and families too.

I love my 2016 Chevy Malibu, low miles and a great monthly payment. I dealt with Corvette Young she was processional and polite, she also made sure my car was cleaned before I left the lot. I would defiantly recommend

I have been with this car lot as a client for years now. They have always taken such good care of me! They are beyond reliable and stand behind every vehicle they sell. There like family to me. If you can't find what your looking for, they do there best to get it. I send everyone I know or run into to them! Rufino, Has always been honest and all around awesome ! Rob and David Are without a doubt amazing!Total cars my family own through them is5 so that should tell you all you need to knowThank you

Stay away from this scam office worst customer service ever car note was $625 and they make you pay $140 extra for their insurance cover when you can already just have your own. The receptionist basically told me that they don't care because they will sale car again after they get it back. I advise anyone if you looking for a car DO NOT GO HERE.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. The vehicles are INSANELY OVERPRICED. For a 2001 Honda Civic with almost 100,000 miles on it, they wanted $17,000. MAJOR RIP OFF. The customer service was the worst I've ever experienced. No one was willing to work with me on the price, and when I told them it was overpriced, they SHRUGGED and basically told me "too bad." SAVE YOUR TIME AND STAY AWAY. If I could give them zero stars, believe me, I would.

Don t go here! This place is terrible as hell! Cars are over priced, & they don t report to your credit ppl until they repo your car!!! Sad right? I had my car for about a year a couple months after having it & paying I started checking to see if they were reporting my payments! NOPE! car wasn t on my credit. I stopped paying them they blew up my phone until they got the hint. But for the most part I had it for free & when they finally took it I went & got a new car a 2016 hyndai with monthly payments of 340 meanwhile with this sorry ass company I had a 2016 Kia Rio manual EVERYTHING & was paying 520 a month plus they sorry ass insurance!DONT GET A CAR FROM HERE! you re better off getting a cash car else where! Cause they just want your money!

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would! PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! The vehicles are ridiculously overpriced and the salesman Corvette " Vette" is deceptive. They sold me a 2008 Lexus IS250 for $22,000 but didn't disclose the high interest rate of 18.89% until after I begin signing the paperwork and had already handed over money!!!!!I would not recommend anyone to this dealership and advise anyone who read reviews before doing business with this place to look elsewhere!Cars may look like luxury but the price tags are ridiculously high.They are worse than a title loan company.

For the price they want on these cars you could go get one with out all the issues at a dealership. And they seem to have issue with standing behind there car if it does have a bunch of issues.

Cars are priced way over the amount they should be. And most of them will have u stranded somewhere. I had 4 loaners before I actually got my vehicle and it wouldn't start after a month of me having it... SMH
