DO NOT USE THIS SCAM WASH! I recently went here and paid for their highest-tier car wash, and it hardly did anything for my car. They said I could come back if something was wrong, so 30 minutes later I came back and did the highest tier carwash a 2nd time in a row, and the car is still covered in dirt! In fact, I think it made the car dirtier! I know how that sounds, but my car now has these white flecks all over it that I didn't notice before. It seems like the cleaners they use weren't rinsed off all the way and dried to the car.

Our truck went at least 2 years without being washed before we bought it. The awesome staff worked with us to get it as clean as possible! Best experience at a car wash we've ever had!

Used to be a lot better, seems like they're just trying to get you through as fast as possible, not really caring about if your car gets clean or not. Too many people and not enough vacuum spots. Good they can get more workers to scrub the bottom and back where the machine can't get to.

Recently I been having bad luck with the vacuum stations not working and haven t been able to vacuum out my vehicle. Other than that I been using White Water express for several years and very satisfied with the wash and service from the managers when issues arise.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Terrible service, Terrible management. This location has turned me off to the location near my house as well. Used them leaving family's house in Crosby. Not only did I leave with my car not fully clean but a few days later I noticed I was double charged. When speaking to the manager he told me there was nothing he was going to do. I will never use this chain again

The wash services are good and they provide free towels. I washed my on October 15, 2023 and they were offering a free month of washes for the same fee as a one time wash. This was during breast cancer awareness month. I said yes. The attendant did not tell me this was a monthly subscription. I started getting money deducted from my account on November 15. I spoke with Jay and he said he could not reimburse my account. They need to tell you. Be careful doing business with them. I had been a customer since they opened. Won't go back.

Awesome carwash! They get to know their customers and always ask if everything is going OK and if you're satisfied with the service. Jay is doing a hell of a job there! Keep it up! Hit those secret fishing spots my man!!

All of the brushes are not operational, the tire shine is non-existent. The pre-wash guys at the front barely touch the car with a brush to get the bugs off of your car. I had to go behind them and hand wash the front and back bumper.

Edit for reply: I contacted your website the day before I posted this review. I got no response.I was there the other day. The wash broke and a truck got stuck in the tunnel but the track didn't stop. The Tesla ahead of me saw it and hit his brakes. Since my windshield was covered with wash rags I didn't see them and was pushed into the Tesla. Once the crew got the truck unstuck, they had us leave the tunnel. We pulled around and parked to see the damage (bent license plate and holder on my truck, minor scratches on Tesla). Of course no one came to talk to us. We finally had to go inside to find the Manager (Jay) who came out asking what happened. After a short discussion, I had to ask him to run my truck through again since it still had soap on it. He never offered a solution. Then I sat for 5 minutes because he didn't tell anyone to activate the wash. When they did, I got a Base wash for my aggravationBottom line, poorly trained staff, run down equipment.

Great place!!!!! if your vehicle has a couple spots on it that it didn t wash, they will not Hesitate to send you through the wash again make sure your vehicle gets clean.

Yesterday I decided to try this car wash since I always see it packed. Worst mistakes ever made. I went and I did the top car wash that was $22. When I checked my car it was half washed and half still dirty never going back.
