the owner of the shop told me to bring in my speakers that was sold to me a few months ago that was having problems he said he was gonna send them back all i would have to do was pay shipping he would replace with new ones i get there he then tells me there gonna take them but i need to pay 325 per set when i paid 350 for each set i asked if they were sending to me since they are making me pay he says no you'll have to pay me lol shop is horrible service they lie and work done was unprofessional i wouldn't recommend dealing with these ppl bad business and after dealing with someone else he noticed the wiring was not done correctly which is why i was having problems initially1-12-24

Jeremy was great to work with , explained everything and was very informational and professional! Install was very clean ! Will definitely be back here for any of my audio needs or questions!!!

Spent over 1,000$ at this place only with nothing but headaches been back 3times for bad installation problems!! Now the stereo screen is unresponsive and just does whatever it wants took it back and Sam the owner wants to charge me $45 to diagnose the problem!!Definitely would not recommend!!

I don't often due reviews but this place needs one when they don't treat their customers fairly. Went and bought two speakers and decided that I wanted to go another route. Tried to return them 3 days later in the same unopened box and he would not give me a refund.

Should be called last resort stereo shop because that s what it is all they wanna do is overprice on low end equipment everything was done as a rush If they can t put a door back on, they ll just run self taps all in it. None of my locks switches work, the same or nothing after my leaving my vehicle with them

People are honest and nice, and they take care of there costumers , helped me rewire all my existing speakers that another stereo messed up, plus a pair of subwoofers that sounds amazing 10/10

Went in for replacement of broken Jeep 2001 radio. Left one hour and $211 later with better sound than it ever had and blue tooth to boot. Went back when phone disconnected and they reconnected for me. Happened again (phone blue tooth turned off accidentally) and they reconnected again and showed me what to do if it happened again. Great price, great equipment and great service.

Took atv in to get speakers and amp. Installation looks good but sounds stops when I drive for about 2 minutes. I took it back and they said the fixed it but when I left with it 2 minutes later it did the same thing. Now I have to take it back again. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Jeremy was super helpful.. had me bangin in like 45 minutes with 2 new subs and amp! Awesome services while in town for a few days! Gots to be banging the block when in HTOWN

I tried to give this place a chance but after going back a few times l to fix bad installation on there part, they would charge me 40 dollars for there time. I'm done giving these people my money. If you want quality and good service I'd suggest to go somewhere else.

Great experience with our Slingshot. They installed us some sound and new speakers. I highly recommend for great service.

Wow! A lot of bad reviews. I was thinking about using them but not after reading these reviews. I thought the picture they have is rather telling. The dude looks like he's too busy to help anyone because he's texting. I could be reading too much into it but it's definitely a poor choice of photos.

Really try to take advantage of people who are not knowledgeable about audio. They overcharge you. The installers are lazy, messy work. They ran my power wire along with the RCA s, lol now I have engine noise. Don t go here. I do not recommend.

My wife bought me a screen radio for my truck as a surprise and it worked for all of about 1 week first the memory would reset then the radio would not even turn on. Took it back with receipt they they tried to say we switched a fuse in the radio and put the wrong one in its place, which we did not u had to take the whole dash apart and pull the radio out to get to the fuse they said they replaced it with the proper fuse it worked for all of 1 day before the same thing happened again took it back they still would not replace it or refund money told my wife to pull the fise and push it back in so now every day or two the radio just wont turn on and inorder to.correct it u have to pull dash apart and pull radio out and pull the fuse and lut it back in! Worst place ever would never recommend to anybody they absolutely do not stand behind the product they sell or there installs its one or the other that is faulty and now i have $486 down the drain thanks for nothing.

I had subwoffers and amp install from the Hispanic dude that works there he did a horrible job wires running every where didnt even screw my amp down it was sliding around in my trunk turn upside down the panels was hanging , cut wire all over everything. When i turn it on it made a loud humming noise he state the conveter i brought in wasnt any good which its was new still in box made by Kicker but i had to bye a cheaper one from them and he never return the Kicker converter

Was thinking about using these people to install my subs but after reading all the bad reviews i think i will just do it myself. I think the 5 star reviews are fake and entered by their people they are too short and to the point.

Would NOT recommend this place to anybody. I got some door speakers and they did a sorry job. Did not even put my door panels right and did not use the necessary parts for good quality sound.

Went to get door lock fixed that he installed a few months ago. he charged me $35. and just disconnected it so now not working at all . Bike lights he installed burned up my electrical . Stay away, far far away

My 72 year old mom had been wanting to add a remote start to her car to help handle the Texas summers a bit better. She owns a Chevrolet Equinox, and took her vehicle to both Monument Chevrolet in Deer Park and Turner here in Crosby and both had told her that they didn't sell a kit that would be able to remotely start her car. One of the guys over at Advanced auto parts referred her over to Crosby Car Stereo so she headed over there. When she got there, she spoke with a guy named Louis who started looking up parts to see if he could help her. She set her keys up on the counter as he was looking. Louis then looks up at her, and smiles and says "Let me see your keys, lets go take a look" He held up the keys and pointed them at the Equinox, pushes a few buttons and LOW and BEHOLD it starts! I want to give him a HUGE shout out, he could have taken advantage of my mother and charged her for parts and labor and said he had converted it for her instead he helped her out, got her in the car and sent her on her way. In a world full of negativity, it sure is nice when you meet with good honorable people. Bless you!

Worst place ever been i asked for certain things I asked for to be hooked up i guess if the workers weren't outside smoking pot and drinking beer they probably wouldn't over charge for the things they didn't do and screw up the things they did and then try to over charge me will never ever go back there again not worth it your better off going somewhere else where the workers are sober stay away from louis !!!

Won't be back charged me an extra $50 on my purchase because i used card instead of cash...very shady business its worth driving to the next town for decent prices and work.

I bought radio amp speakers then it went out and they don t warranty there stuff only 30 days had to buy new amp won t recommend this place

The staff there are very knowledgeable, even if you buy your own stereo online and need an adapter kit they are there to help
