There's no better feeling than knowing you have somewhere to bring your vehicle for major or minor repairs without ever feeling you're being lied to, overcharged, talked down to, or rushed. I would recommend this shop over any other within a 100-mile radius of my location. I especially appreciate getting a complete diagnostic breakdown and repair estimate in a text message I can reply to. The shop is clean and tidy. And I know my vehicle will be well cared for while it's there - and that I won't find some scratch in the paint or ding on the door I didn't have before I brought it in!

I was treated very politely they took my car in right away. They pealed off the bad tint on my windows and cleaned them very well. Unfortunately we lost the sun so had to leave my car overnight. They pulled my car into the shop and locked it overnight. Around 10:30am the next day they called to say it was ready. I was at work till 5 and they closed at 4. I told them my girlfriend would be by to get my keys. Told them her name so they would know. They parked my car outside locked and set my alarm. We got there around 6pm and a police officer was parked next to my vehicle. They park there sometimes. Got my paperwork and read it they give a lifetime warranty on the tint. They did an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

Auto repair centers customarily charge a "diagnostic fee." However, if the work is done there after the diagnosis, that fee is not added but included in the total price of repair. Obviously not true at Complete Auto Repair! I told them what was wrong, the part was under 50.00, and add maybe an hour and a half? labor and still was charged with the "diagnostic" fee. An exorbitant amount for a rather quick job. They mentioned they had been "slow." Perhaps, I helped them catch up. Fooled me once, shame on me. Fooled me twice? Not!

Nice, family-run business! Fairly quick and persistent at finding and fixing the problems. Only constructive feedback is they could improve their communication with customers-they don't always call back or keep the customer updated. We usually have to call them to get updates, etc. Overall, we're repeat customers that continue to trust this business.

Went to get 4 new tires mounted and balanced. All the employees are great! Friendly and quick. The service was great as well they got my car done in good timing with no issues. And the pricing was fair I appreciated that as well!!

I have brought a total of two vehicles to Complete Automotive Repair on several occasions for repairs. I have had a great experience every time. The staff customer service is very professional and knowledgeable. I like how they are very transparent and give you options and suggestions of their findings. Staff was very professional and very attentive to my needs and repairs. I will definately use them again the car runs better than it did. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.As always the guys there are friendly and professional and will fix your car right. I took my car in for an 02 sensor and they fixed me right up.

Complete Automotive Repair is Awesome. They got my vehicle and had it repaired within24hrs and worked with my car warranty 100% it costed me my deductible and I paid 1/2 of the diagnostics that was itTOTALLY AMAZING!!!STARS FOR SURE

Very professional went in for a concern and right away they let me know the issue and an estimate on how much will it be. 10/10 would recommend for any car concerns. Very affordable as well.

I brought my vehicle for a diagnostic test. They ask me what wrong with it and I said the steering is loose, could not give me any warranty for their labor or parts. Also said fixing anything on my vehicle does not garintee it will fix the steering problem. They took it to the dealer to reprogram it, i took it back to the same dealer and they told me they told them that was not going to fix my problem but complete auto did it anyways and charge 100 and something for dionastic and 200 something for the dealer reprogram. (They don t know what they are doing here) they only go on codes of the vehicle. 16 impala rack and pinion. I should of read the reviews before going here.

Took my 2011 Ford Fusion SE here because of my failing rack and pinion which caused my power steering to go out and a job that was supposed to be completed on a Friday ended up being completed the day before.They are quick and have outstanding customer service.I will happily bring my car back to Complete Automotive Repair for anything that go wrong with my car.

Great service! Tires were super loud and truck was bouncing around when driving down the road. Received a tire rotation and alignment, and now my truck is driving smooth and quiet! Completely over priced, my daughter took her Nissan Altima there to get a oil change and was charged $120.00. This is a small 4 cylinder which at the dealership would have cost $95.00 with a tire rotation. Would not recommend, this is why they never have any costumers. I should have know something was wrong with this place but sent my daughter anyways and was taken advantage of.Service: Oil change
