Yesterday, I was told by the Frank Kent Dealorship we would have to leave our 2012 Traverse with them for 2 days or more BEFORE they would even be able to diagnose an issue with the A/C- with no timeline on repair... Called Richie's and they asked me to drop it off this morning around 8am and at 2:20pm -they ALREADY HAVE IT FIXED! Great service, great price and great people. Highly recommend when you need your vehicle to get life done.

Richie's has been my mechanic of choice for some years. He has always been honest and upfront with me with regard to maintenance cost and repair options. His mechanics are professionals and his prices are competitive!Richie has never been too busy to answer my questions about automobile issues.

We took my husband s truck to Richie s yesterday. He called this morning to let him know it was a computer problem & would need to be taken to the Ford service center. He even called the service center & told them what he found to save them time looking for the problem. You just don t see this kind of service these days. We ve been going to Richie s for several years & will continue to take our vehicles to him.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto A/C recharge, Brakes

If I could give less than 1 star I would.This business owner repaired a truck and left the door open or window down and it rained inside of it. Everything was molded and ruined, including the children's car seats. He had the truck for several weeks so when it was picked up it was filthy! Even the seat belts had to be replaced.He agreed to pay for the detailing, seat belts and car seats (over the phone). But when they showed up with the invoice he denied ever agreeing to it! He says see him in court... so that's where he'll be seen next! Do NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE MAN'S BUSINESS!

One of the only mechanics in town I can trust to be honest and reliable. Prices are fair and he has always taken the time to stop and answer any questions we have had over the years. Sometimes it may take a few dats for repairs because he has a full work load on his hands, but even with that id rather my car be safe than be rushed.

Horrible service. Kept truck for weeks and weeks and when I got it back it was full of mold. Lost everything in the truck including car seat. Owner said he would take care of it all and then when I had the mold cleaned up backed out of paying for it. This was 100% avoidable and happened when they had my truck. Never do business with a crook! Customers beware!

Great place- great people, great prices, and great work quality. I am super picky about who I take my vehicles to. I just moved and was concerned about finding a good, honest mechanic and shop. I already had a bad experience with one local shop and was very leery. Thank goodness I hit the jackpot with Richie s. I was impressed with how clean and organized the shop is and how personable everyone I talked to was. They stuck to the quote and the timeline they gave me. Very honest place with easy access off of 7th Ave. I will not take my vehicle anywhere else.

Quality family auto shop. The son, who mans the front office, was friendly and welcoming. When Richie arrived, he immediately pulled our car in to take a look . He was honest and got us out quickly. He did a great job on my car. I had taken my Kia to a couple different places and they couldn't figure out how to fix it. Richie had it a few days and calls me and tells me the problem. It was fixed in one day. Great service

My truck broke down while driving up I-45 about 7 miles south of the nearest town, Corsicana, TX, (about 90 miles away from my hometown of Plano).. so I needed to find a reliable repair shop to get my truck fixed. I called around and got some quotes and then I heard about Richie's Auto Repair (which has been in business for 23 years at the same location, which seemed like a sign of a good shop)! And Richie's was also recommended as a trustworthy place that does good work by mechanic in a neighboring town! So I decided to have my truck towed there. I met Richie (who was a real nice guy) and he sure made me feel at ease and agreed to fix my truck. When it was all said and done, the work was finished quickly and at a very fair and reasonable price... (which was, as it turned out after checking around..) I paid $175 LESS!!! at Richie's than the quote I was given at a different shop in another town for the same job!! So Richie helped get me back on the road and didn't rip me off and take me for a ride (so to speak)! I AM VERY PLEASED with him and his work. I would go there again in a heartbeat! Thank you Richie!

Richie is the best auto repair business in Texas. They are experts and the cost for repairs are resonable and fair. It is one of the few auto repair places you can trust without question.

Highly recommended! My car broke down on I-45, alternator went out and the battery was drained. With the help of some DPS officers I was able to get off the freeway and in a parking lot. Ritchie's towed the car and fixed the problem for a shockingly good price. Corsicana is fortunate to have a shop like this.

Richies will get you fixed up and back on the road fast! Took my F150 there to get several things replaced and Richie showed me that I didnt need all that work done. He fixed the one thing I really needed done and it fixed the other issues. He saved me a ton of money! I will only use Richies Garage!!!

Was on way to Dallas from Houston...had alternator problem...I rented a car from rent car place and left car at Richie's...They fixed with no problems and a very timely manner....I really appreciate the work performed. They changed my oil also since I just drove the car from South Carolina....again many thanks

Went to get my ball joints done on one side. They got me in the next morning and the car was done by lunch time. The price they quoted me was cheaper than the other 3 shops i checked and my final price was even a few dollars cheaper then the original quote.

This is going to sound strange because who recommends an auto mechanic ever!! However, this is the exception...The man does what he says he will do. Everytime...Trustworthy and honest is how I describe Richey

We'd been traveling for 11 days when the the heat gauge went all the way up. On this leg of our road trip from Galveston, TX to Tulsa, OK, we still had 5 hours of driving left. We stopped in Corsicana, TX and were able to find Richie's. He got me right in (he opens before 8am!) and was able to replace the failing thermostat. Back on the road before noon!

Had lifters done on my 2005 Kia Sedona exactly two months later went out again according to new mechanic they were siliconed had to trade it in
