Good customer service and pricing, but don't trust the order process. I ordered a radiator with plenty of time for next day store delivery, and no part. I had to pay over a $100 more for same day delivery elsewhere. Don't order on a deadline, they will let you down.

I really enjoy going in this place, great people and customer service.... BUT. I have been working on a custom paint job on a friends Dyna Glide and after a month the paint still hasn't set. And, just to make sure it wasn't just me.... I found several other reviews-(CaliforniaIllinoistexastennesseefla. Long ago when I used to buy paint from NAPA, I had awful results. I gave them several chances because they had the lowest price. When I used Dupont or PPG/Ditzler, I had great results every time, so I stopped blaming myself, and started buying the better paints.) So, sorry guys but English Color here I come...

I needed to get a battery for my brother's FJ cruiser and they where out of that battery and so the guy told us to go to CVS and get one and bring it back and he would put it in that was so incredibly nice so if they are out of something they lead you in the right direction to getting what you need thanks

Seriously awesome service. I went to both O'Reilly and AutoZone on a Friday hoping to get a part in by at least Tuesday. They estimated 10 days for shipping. So I went to NAPA as a hail mary, and wouldn't you know it that they were able to get the part SATURDAY morning (the literal next day) at a competitive price. The man behind the counter knew exactly what I was talking about too when I told them what I needed. A+ service.

Driving through corsicana, buddys car breaks down, he goes to auto zone to get a part, they say next day, 3 wrong parts and 3 days later , I show up and we go to napa... they ordered the right part, knew what the problem was and were super nice about it. Unlike autozone. Hands down best auto parts place in corsicana. Thanks

Helped me today I was in a bind. He didn't have the caliper bolt I needed, but got it there for me in a few minutes so I could get back on the road. Thanks again.

Great service, I went in to buy parts to fix problem in my p/u, after several questions I was shown the real problem. The problem was fixed with NO parts. Fixing the problem was more important to them than just selling parts.

Fairly new store. They have a lot more products and stock than the previous stoee in town. Staff is somewhat inexperienced but polite and helpful.
