I had a new set of tires put on this morning there at Blue Star Tires in Corsicana Texas.They broke three out of the four of my center caps. Yes they are a plastic part and will break in time I totally understand. This was not the case however. They we re broken because of over tightening and breaking the plastic on the caps. They are held on by two stainless bolts that bolt each center cap on.I was very irritated and they would rather lose a customer than take care of an issue one of their employees caused damages. We just bought tires for my wife s vehicle a few months ago there.Also after I got home I noticed my valve stem caps. I had four chrome valve stem caps on my wheels too. Now I have three black and one nothing at all.This is the quality of customer care they do there at Blue Star Tires.They were argumentative and didn t care about breaking something on my vehicle.I told them I would share my story to everyone.So I m keeping my word on it.Don t spend your hard earned money with a business like this. I m also going to file a report to the Better Business Bureau as well.Some people might think it s ok to just take it and go on. But I m sharing this because I don t want someone else to have this happen or something similar. I want my friends and family to know about a place of business like this.I try to buy local when I can to help out our local economy.Feel free to share this if you would like. Especially to people in the Corsicana area that might think about doing business in this area.Thanks for your time in reading my gripe session.

Outstanding work from the boys at Blue Star. Front rods replaced, rear brakes replaced today on my F150. They explained and showed me everything that needed replacing, the difference between old and new , I ll certainly be a repeat customer

Driving on I-45 yesterday and one of my tires started leaking from a screw. Found Blue Star Tires on Google. They dropped what they were doing and fixed my flat tire in about 10 minutes. They worked like an Indy 500 pit crew! So happy I found their shop. Thank you so much for saving my trip.

Im away from home at CDL school, and one of my tires went bad. They did an awesome job getting me an affordable used tire put on and were super freindly. Would definitely recommend them if you're having tire troubles!

Took my truck in to have valve stems replaced, the put a huge hole in the sidewall while changing the stem , they did replace it after waiting two days, then the valve stems they put in are so cheap they started blowing holes in the side of them. Took it to another place all good so far.

I had a set of tires mounted by these people and they torqued the lugs so tightly (125 ft/lbs) that they were friction-welded to the rims. I brought the car back to them and they couldn't get them off. I had to pay a truck repair shop to melt the lugs off. In spite of the nearly $700 in damages, they claim that they did everything "by-the-book." The owner, Nidia J. Hernandez, didn't even have the common decency or tact to talk to me about it. These people do shoddy work and won't take any responsibility to the damages they cause.

The lady receptionist and the guy who helped me get all my tires changed were helpful. I always come here and hope they continue n extend their greatness to others as I've experienced. God bless yall.

Look what I found an illegal R32! No Vin numbers on right hand driver side(where it should be for imported cars from JAPAN)! This R32 was probably illegal imported before they became legal.Car is also using fake plates, cant find any info about this car at all with those plates! No idea who owns this car, probably one of their workers or customer.This place is shady doing some shady business!

About 20 miles from Corsicana (and 2 hours from home) my tire started going flat. I barely made it in to Blue Star AND literally 10 minutes before they closed. They waved me in with a smile and got me back up and running so quickly. Super kind and helpful. Thank you!

Poor communication skills & will rip you off. Employees have some mouths on them & act like they wanna get aggressive then play victim. When workers don t want to do their jobs they get attitude. This place is trash & full of illegals

My mom and I were out in the middle of nowhere when we got a flat tire on our Tesla. We were thinking we wouldn t be able to get a Tesla tire out in the country but thankfully Blue star Tires had one. Couldn t be more thankful. Merry Christmas!

We just got a flat and after Angus Tire Shop got our spare on, they directed us to Blue Star Tires, Inc to get our front tires changed. They had our tires (we have a weird size) and they got us in and out within a half hour. Amazing service. And the prices for 2 tires and labor was way cheaper than we thought it was going to be. Thank God for these tire shops, they got us home safe and sound. Everyone was super nice and they were super quick and focused. Thank you!!!

Hubby needed tires ASAP & it was Sunday. We were passing by & did some research for a tire place open & found this one. We got there & it looked super busy but the Young Lady up front did not hesitate to help us, great customer service overall. reasonable on tire pricing. Highly recommend!

Came to get my two front tires changed on the 14th on the 16th I go to get in my car to go to work tire pressure low. Came back to let them know what s going on. The guy who fixed it the first time ask who did it I stated him. They check the driver front side tire that was suppose to be low and came back and said it was on 45 it had to be one of the other tires. So it was the passenger front side that was low the side they was suppose to fix on the 14. I ask why was my sensor for driver side is coming on for passenger side he stated something may be wrong with my sensor he will figure it out.PROBLEM WAS THEY PUT THE WRONG TIRES ON EACH SIDE DRIVER SIDE ON PASSENGER SIDE AND PASSENGER ON DRIVER SIDE FIRST TIME HERE AND I WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK . THATS DANGEROUS AND UNPROFESSIONAL

Very helpful folks. I will be a repeat customer. They went above and beyond when they fixed a bent center cap for one of my wheels. Bought some great looking tires. My other tires were worn out. Hard working team of employees. Thank you for a job well done.

THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING!!!! Long story short, I had a tire emergency on the freeway and these guys were 10min away thankfully. I knew it was late in the day, and they still took my car in! They were extremely friendly, fast service, great prices! I can't thank them enough for being professional and courteous all the way through. I'd give em 20 stars if I could, highly and without question, would recommend them! SS+ RATING!!!

None of the workers I delt with were kind. Lady at the front doesn't greet you or say thank you etc. After waiting for a little, it took an hour for them to patch my tire that had a nail in it. It only was $10 which was nice but I won't be going back bc their customer service and service time sucked. And they weren't busy either.

Even though there have been a few hiccups at this place, overall they are truly the best shop in town when it comes to tires, brakes, pricing and honesty. These guys have fixed what full service garages have messed up, they have suggested places that will not take advantage of you and are overall friendly knowledgeable people that deserve recognition for their outstanding service.

This Shop was great! I had a sidewall blowout on Sunday on a New car. No one in Corsicana had the tire I needed. They ordered the tire for me and had it within 18 hours! Thanks guys! Great service.

We were near Corsicana on work with our truck and trailer when we noticed a split in our sidewall. We stopped at Blue Star Tires because it had room for our trailer. Santiago not only put our spare tire on but he helped us move things to get to our spare. Great customer service and just an overall great guy. Great price too! Thank you so much for getting us back on the road!!!

I was stranded with my newborn after 6. Lots of shops were already closed. One shop tried to charge me an arm and a leg to come help me. But this one was very nice and considerate. Came to me very quickly, very friendly, very cheap! Thinking of getting all my tires there from now on.

Got me in quick and immediately tended to my needs. Had a plug that was leaking and they replaced it with a patch in a matter of ten minutes. Very friendly staff. Will definitely be going back.

This is the most best place to come for tires new and used owner is very polite there used tire s come with a 7-day warranty there is no other place in Corsicana that give s warranty for used tire s gave me a 90% tread tire like new for $90 so pleased with there customer service super friendly let you know if they see anything wrong with your wheel they also do so much more then tires and wheels needed my brakes and rotors changed got all that changed great price there hours are so amazing thank you so much guy s found my new stop for tires and more for my car

Walmart couldn t remove a lug nut so sent me to Blue Star. I should have gone there first! Great service and reasonable pricing.

Blue star is the one tire shop in Corsicana with fast and friendly service. I have bought rims and I was being picky, the lady found the exact ones I was looking for. I have brought all my business and will continue to do all my tire business here thank y'all for being awesome
