The store manager, Leo was very helpful. We were on a road trip having car trouble . With his help we were back on the road in about 10 minutes with the new spark plug. Super helpful and great customer service

Today I was driving from Dallas to Palestine. I made a stop in Corsicana, and when I got back in my car it wouldn t start. I suspected the battery and called Auto Zone. Ellen took my call and dispatched Leo (in the rain no less) to give me a boost (jump my battery) so I could drive it the 2 miles to Auto Zone. I purchased a new battery and Leo installed it. Both of them literally saved the day. Thank you so much!!

Great customer service! Stopped in for wipers real quick and Lee P. Went above and beyond to check and make sure the recommendation on the computer would work for my car and it was wrong, and also helped me change them

Check for cheaper prices for the product you're looking for. I got a gas cap and the one they offered was 20 dollars. I looked up on Google myself and there was a similar gas cap for about half that price and they did a price match.

Service was not acceptable.Part's clerk was short and snappy. Ended up purchasing my part elsewhere.They are not very knowledgeable with parts.

GREAT PRICING ON WASHER BLADES. HUGE SELECTION, CHEAPEST TO MOST EXPENSIVE. THEY ALSO PUT THEM ON FOR YOU IF NEEDED.

Leo is absolutely amazing! Totally helped me out when my truck was making an awful noise. Looked at my truck, told me what I needed, and then proceeded to help me find the parts and put them on. So blessed to have had him help me and be so kind to do all the work he did. 10/10 Leo is your guy.

Jodi, the store manager and team were nothing short of world class customer service! On a trip from Dallas to Houston our check engine light came on. We stopped in to ask for assistance and within minutes they explained what was going on with the car and put our minds at ease and we were back on the road to watch Our daughter graduate!Thanks guys!!

I purchased a battery. The employee, although very nice, came up with the excuse of not having the proper tool to install it. I know it was hot. A mechanic down the road put it in for me. Just a hassle.

I use to always come to AutoZone to replace my truck's battery and I was always satisfied with their customer service, but this time I was told they were "too busy" to help me, which I was shocked by because I know it's a process that takes about 5 minutes to complete. I returned the next day to see if they had time to replace my truck's battery, and they claimed they were prohibited from changing the battery on certain vehicles (mine included). I find this hard to believe since again, I use to always come to AutoZone to replace my truck's battery. Because of their lack of assistance, I decided to return the battery I purchased there and go to O'Reilly, and I could not be happier with my decision because not only was the battery $24 cheaper, but they were also happy to spend 5 minutes to replace it. Save your time and money and go to O'Reilly next time you need a battery change!

I wish there was a 0 option. This place is very racist. The female associate is a piece of work. I have been a customer with auto zone for over 25 years, and I had never felt so disrespected and out of place in my life. The female manager or employee should be fired, and corporate should really consider sending a surprise shopper to catch the racist staff in the act, before someone sue's the company for racial discrimination

We drove in from out of town and our "Charging System" light started coming on. We went to the AutoZone up the street to get it tested. I've been going there for the past 22 years. This was my first time at this location. They told me they can't test it, they are short staffed. I must've missed that in the small print on the big sticker in the front window. So, I called O'Reilly and T.J. answered. He was more than willing to help and told us to come on in. He came right out with the tester. We were in and out with a new alternator in less than 10 minutes. His shirt said Tommy, so I'm not sure if it was the same person. But I am so thankful for his willingness to help out and didn't make me feel like I was a burden. He might've made me into a new O'Reilly customer from now on. Thank you so much!

So many good people working here. Leo and Lee above all others though have gone above and beyond what anyone EVERYWHERE even would have considered. Putting a wrench on my beast of burden and the knowledge they have and share has been immeasurable. Give these fellows an atta boy, and a raise!

My favorite place for auto parts. Staff are always nice, respectful, and friendly. I'm a woman I don't know much about car parts. Stores like these make me feel insecure. But AutoZone staff are always patient with me and they explain stuff to me without making me feel dumb.

They were incredibly kind. They assured me of the options I had regarding an issue with my car. The staff allowed me to borrow tools to work on my car in their parking lot. I am lucky to have been broken down at such an amazing store.

Very helpful guy went in to. Check on a battery for my Mercedes the clerk was extremely helpful but the line was really long but once I got to ask about the battery he took his time to explain what I needed to do thanks for all your help oh I got to say the clerk even changed the windshield whipe what good service he gave us I wished I got his name he's worth a shout-out sorry I'll make sure to get it next time

I been a loyal customer and should have been given 5 star but lately my parts are not the same or are different I understand aftermarket replicate the original but every dimension should be as equal to the the original partI lost almost 2 hours to find my part because AutoZone sole me the part but later was not the same and in the system said they don't carry it but they sold me the part while I gave all the information they need including VIN number

I pulled up at AutoZone because my battery light popped on, I had already left the mechanic shop early that day to get a starter put on my car so when the battery light popped on I was so frustrated. When I walked in Leo came to my rescue they checked everything and that's when we found out it was the battery so of course I got really discouraged and down but Leo came to the rescue again he got me the right battery and then on top of that because my battery is behind my wheel they couldn't help me put it on but once again Leo found me a great guy named Nick to come and help put my battery on when I tell you it was a sign of relief to know that there are still people out here in this world with such a kind heart that doesn't mind helping I truly think that Leo is my guardian angel for the day and I thank him and Nick for what they did for me it truly means a lot.

This is a good AutoZone location. The staff that was there is very friendly and serviceable. I needed to get a battery check they had no problems dropping what they were doing to test my battery. they're ended up not being any issues with my battery at the time and I did not feel any pressure to where they tried to sell me on any other items or to try to get me to buy another battery.
