The guys here are nice, but they cannot clean a car for their life. I picked up my car and it looks like they ran water over it and dried with a towel. There are bug stains all over, the inside was not wiped down at all as far as the dash, screen, center piece, and steering wheel are concerned, and it just looks like a crappy job. I could have ran it through the H-E-B car wash and got a better outcome for the outside of my vehicle. The inside was not touched and it sucks because I paid the $60 something with a tip of $18. The oil changes are great next door, but do not waste money on a wash here.

My car was still dirty. Tahoe, back hatch very center. They are too busy talking to each other, playing around to do the job they are there for. They are not taking their job seriously . And I even bought a $50 gift certificate for a family member for Christmas. Maybe the duck car wash would have been a better gift. I was throughly disappointed. Wont go back. Lousy job. I notice vip only thanks on here for good reviews. Just another example of a service that has gone downhill. Sad

Came here today to get our honda civic cleaned, vaccumed on the inside and tire cleaner on the tires and I gotta say I was impressed! The amount of effort that was put into getting our vehicle cleaned was great! The car was washed and dried nicely, the inside was vacuumed very nicely to and even the car mats were cleaned! You will also get an option of any freshener or scent you want for your vehicle Overall the quality and effort was excellent please keep up the excellent work and if anyone is in the search for a car wash with friendly workers and staff as well as an excellent car wash this place is worth it! :)

They said they tried to vacuum the dog hair out and couldn t. Said they tried to clay bar but couldn t get it off the overspray.Neither were true.. I vacuumed and got most of the hair off. I will be taking my vehicle somewhere else who CAN be the job.

It was my first time using this car wash. I had a coupon for $4 off any wash that I received in the mail, and my car was in desperate need of a good wash and vacuum. I chose the VIP packaging for $26. I was satisfied with the wash, vacuum, and armor oil on the doors and tire. When I went to pay my bill, the employee at the register accepted the coupon and gave it back to me to use until it expires in December. He also informed me that I could have used the other key ring coupon to save $20 on my wash. I thanked him for the information. The wait was long, and the staff was friendly and patient. I will be back for another car wash soon.

It's been a week since being there and my dash is still armor-all glossy and my mom gave me a compliment saying my car dash was clean. I highly recommend this place and their inside car full service. Very impressive.

Their "service" damaged my car - two divots, seriously half inch long chunks out of my paint and through the panel. Called the owner and he's saying they didn't cause it - they were not there before the car was taken to this business. I'll be reporting to the Better Business Bureau seeing as the owner/manager when this incident was reported to him thinks it's hilarious.

They missed a lot of spots on our truck and left so many swirl marks from the speed wax that I had to rewash and re wax the truck myself the next day to make it look better. Honestly wouldn't recommend this place to anyone especially since I paid $52 for shotty work

I JUST got my oil changed a few days ago. I had to have some work done on my car today, and my mechanic asked me if I wanted her to change my engine air filter because it was very dirty. Then she took it out and found this nest attached to it. She said it was so intricately weaved into the filter that there s no way it hasn t been there for a while. That s something VIP says they check when they do your oil change. Clearly, they didn t check it even though they indicated that they did.

I love their customer service! The cashier is always friendly and helpful. The guys that dry your car are so polite and courteous. Please don't forget to tip them! My vehicle was left dirtier than before it went it in. Wheels looked like they poured muddy water on them and let it dry. They left their wet rags in my vehicle. Hood wasnt even dried off it was full of water spots. Rear window wasnt even touched. 3 out 4 wheels had tire dressing yet they wait for a tip and give you dumb looks when asked to wipe the dirty wheels off. Literally drove off to another carwash from there. Waste of time and money!Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming

Horrible. They just told me, vacuum is not so good. Car was same like before cleaning. Menager meet me with person who claened my car, but he just said I am sorry, you paid $12.95 and we don't do details.

The worst experience, the workers steal items from the vehicles. Beware ! Check your belongings are still in your vehicle . Workers stole my wallet from my car and used it twice in their building on a vending machine . Worst experience of my life , please go somewhere else !

They are great. Today the guy drying the truck at the curb saw a spot that was missed at the vaccum station. He took it back to the vaccum cleaners and took care of it. They will vaccum and clean your vehichal for $11.95, or 29.95 per month for unlimeted washes. I have a camper shell on my truck, but the clean the area between the back of the cab and it with the pressure hose, before it goes in the automatic wash. They give you personalized service.

I planned to use this business but the lady there was not very professional. She needs to learn some manners or start to enjoy her job because due to her attitude I do not recommend wasting your time even going out there. If you need your vehicle detailed take it somewhere where the employees actually want to help you.

Got my seats and my entire floor (front and back) shampooed and conditioned and let me tell you! It looks like a brand new car!! (I had dog hair EVERYWHERE in that car due to having an husky) Smells amazing also!! Dropped the car off at 10:30 and got it back at 1:45!! They washed the out side of my car also! The whole thing is just a 15 out of 10!!!! Amazing work!! Definitely would recommend to anyone!!!!

The car wash was really bad you can see the dirt and streaks were they tried to dry it off, you can see the dirt left on the trim and sides. Didn't vacuum the inside very well. They seemed to have better quality in the past.

Got an oil change and a full detail. They did a great job for a great price in a very timely matter! Topped off all my fluids and a routine check. They always do a great job. Sometimes you have to wait a bit cause it's a small but busy oil change/wash/detail place but is well worth it!

This place is absolutely terrible. Do not bring your vehicle here. The kids wiping down my truck were too busy talking to pay the slightest attention to their job. Rear bumper not clean, back window not clean, dash board not clean. The lady at the counter was nice, but the people wiping down the vehicles obviously dont care one bit about their jobs. Maybe it was just the two that worked on mine, but I will NEVER bring my truck here again!

We got the Executive lube and car wash, and couldn't be happier. The two guys who did the amoral inside and out were meticulous. They also stood back several times to look for imperfections. And... They were super friendly! We are just passing through, but if we were local, we would certainly go back again. Thank you!

Only went to get an oil change, they left my passenger side covered in leaves after I had vacuumed it the day before, claimed they never opened the car.

I ve used VIP for many years , and all on my Ford Trucks.Today, I arrived first , 9:45, waited till open forOil change, DEF Fluid... requested VIP Wash & detailing on New F350 Ford truck.Upon, completion of detailing... interior Horrible job,After a 171.00 oil change.Asked, how they were working within COVID protocols, receptionist, replied our detailers complete job, with spray sanitizer on steering wheel & keys and everything touchable.Went , to inspect vehicle, asked if it had been sanitized, and detailing crew had NO clue to what I was asking.Inspite of what I think , of COVID regulations.Interior of truck , still had Dust , finger & footprints and dirty Matts!!!!Very, disappointing, and crew could have cared less!!!!Too Bad , and One more example of NO customer Service!!!!!Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Car waxing
