I took my 2020 Ford Ranger in for a Readylift 3inch level front and back. The nice Lady at the front was curtious and easy to talk with. I already had the kit so I was charged labor and alignment. The labor was the cheapest in town and the truck looks good. I will update how well it is holding up.

Should have listened to the other people and not wasted my time going there. All the repairs just caused damage or even got installed upside down, another headache added.. Of course, they tried to double charge like everybody else also complained about Just find another shop and save yourself the annoyance.

Poor customer service! Upon arrival immediately had a debate about the store hours posted at 8:30am. Julie said She s unavailable to take in my truck until 9am when they open officially at 8:30a according to the posted hours on the door. I had been calling all week for a quote for which she never would give me a quote but would always say I ll call you back without ever receiving a call. The quoted price was 40% higher than their competition that day. If the customer service was better like it had been previously it wouldn t be a problem spending more. Midday i received a call that the work could not be completed because they used a impact on my wheel locks stripping and ruining my wheel locks and wheel lock keys. They did not offer compensation or discount for further removal of damaged and ruined wheel lock and wheel lock keys. I do not recommend this business! Spend your $ elsewhere that actually appreciates the customer and realize that this is a customer service oriented industry.

So I came here 2 weeks ago. I was told one price then told 3 different prices. Then when it was time to finally bill me she forgot the $1,100 I put down.I went back and forth for a week. Then I just decided to cancel I felt totally uncomfortable doing business here. When it was time to collect they hit me with a 25% restock which is understanding but she was completely rude about it and seemed to be frustrated with the whole situation and was terrible the entire time. Looking at previous reviews I should have known better.Will not be coming back

Poor customer service! Very unprofessional employees who have no sense when it comes to giving estimates on job costs and time to complete the job. Nor do they have materials for jobs. They agreed to do work not knowing if they have parts for the job. This inturn delays jobs past expected deadlines. Seems like I would have to constantly call them to remind them of the work they agreed too and would get the run around. They should close shop and open an auto nation.

*******Be very careful ****Caution****Worst place ever. Would definitely not do business with these people. Crooks! Went to purchase bushings for my jeep. Ordered the wrong color and gave me the wrong bushings when I went to pick them up. After spending $100 I decided to research the parts I'd boughten from them. Same parts were online for $37 and that includes shipping. I then decided I didn't want the parts anymore and tried to return them all. Was furious after all I could get back was $34 out of the $100 I spent. She tried to cut me a check for the $34. I said don't bother and left the check there and threw the non returnable parts at their front door. Be very careful before you decide on going with these people. They will take you for a ride for your money.

They welded a bolt to my exhaust to hold it up and charged Mr for a muffler clip and labor was insane. ..it took them 5 days to finished when they first told me just acouple of hrs ...then the macanic was paid to fix a fuel line and put in the wrong "man made " fuel line that is still leaking those two things cost me 1000.by far the worst place I've been by far.if u go there ...check there work ..all of it.

Father got a few things here he loved both things, step on rails and a retractable bed cover. Both are lifetime warranty, well worth it. Great service.

Brought my husband's truck to get fixed here and I super recommend anyone to come here. Mind you we had already took it to 2 places before here and charged us $600 each . My hubbys truck is running like a champ. Great service for Truckers World.

made an appt for leveling kit to be installed a week in advanced (took a day off work). paid 400 over phone with credit card, showed up day of installation just to be told that they were short on staff and i would have to reschedule. i asked for a refund and had to wait almost 30 minutes for the gentleman to hand me a check. very poor customer service, i would not reccomend and i will not go back

I took my truck into get some xk glow wheel rings installed. Initially was told it would be a 4 hour job .After about 4 hours we called to see if the truck was ready only to then find out it would be another couple of hours. When we drove back to the shop they said they needed more time still...It took around 9 hours to 10 hours total . They had removed my brake calipers and rotors to clean them . They didn't properly tighten my calipers bolts ....they forgot to put my wheel caps back on my rims ... didn't cut the zip ties they used to fastened the still dangling wiring .I sh

So I go in for a 2.50 lift kit price is great,I get it installed was told to come back 10 days later for an alignment so that it will not void the warranty,no charge, standard procedure for them. So I come back 10 days later they take my truck in I sat there and watched the so called mechanic not knowing that I was watching he inspects my truck drives the truck out and no alignment. I asked him and the lady up front 3 times why no alignment, they could not give me a straight answer and I didn't get my alignment...I will not do business there anymore. They are so dishonest

I was in Texas, I am from Washington state. I visited with Eric and Julie. They up dated there alignment machine to the best there is. They have bent over backwards to take care of me. Thank you. Most people would not go as far to take care of some one 2000 miles away. If they take care of me like that they really must take care of locals.

Went here for a ready lift leveling kit 2.25 talked to Julie and she said usually run 400.00 installed but would nock 50.00 bucks off ,so I was great will bring it over . Arrived at shop just a day later ands he didn't even remember me calling and was like it will be 4 days before we could even get to it but after explaining that I just talked to you she was kinda rude and began looking there paper work and finally found were I called and what she quoted me then was ok we can do it tomorrow , while I was in there I decided to buy some black steps so they could just get it done all at once . So left my truck there for a day , arrived a day later cause they said my truck was ready , when arrived my truck had chorme steps on it which was not what I order so then went inside after about 45 mins and her being rude once again got the right ones ordered but had to wait a day for them to come in and waste gas driving back over there which sucks to get them change. So now I finally got my steps I ordered the first time truck looked good and was happy with now but wait there's more I get home that night and come to find out they installed a rough country leveling kit which is only 50 buck to buy and is an 1nch smaller then what I wanted but charged me for a ready lift 2.25 which cost 249.00 before labor and aliment this place is dishonest and un organized and there about to get a rude awakening Cause a place like this should not be in Business

Great service. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They make you feel very welcome. My daughter got to order what she needed with no waiting time. Loved that they give military discounts.

I had some Toyota Tacoma wheel spacers for sale on Facebook and the gentleman messaged me and said they wanted them for a customers truck. My dad drove from Rockport to deliver them just to find out they were putting them on a Nissan and they didnt fit. All he could say was, Oh sorry my bad. You would think they would do a little more research before asking to have something delivered and it not working out. Wasting our valuable time.

Awesome place for trucking needs. Will be going back soon enough to upgrade more parts. Staff is very helpful and won't lead you into a money pit.

Terrible place!!!! I would not recommend this place. If you want your vehicle done right I'd suggest you go somewhere else.

Had a appointment left my truck so they can install side rail went home 10 minutes later they call to pick up my they ordered the wrong part not sorry or thank you both ladies were mean won't go back again bad service
