Walked in to set up an appt for oil change and was pleasantly surprised to find they could fit me in with a small waiting time. Wait time less than 30 minutes! Gilbert made me aware of the extras, $5 in gas and tires rotated, that are included with an oil change, and was even more surprised and very grateful! This is why I choose to bring my car here. Thank you again for the great service. Will definitely recommend your business to friends.

Had issues with my A/C and had to take it in. Staff is friendly and very helpful! They efficiently explained what was wrong with my A/C and what needed to be done. The price was also very reasonable for the parts that needed to be replaced. They even fixed my loose front bumper when they noticed it was out of place. Just shows their priority for excellent customer service!! Great experience overall!!

5/5 for a synthetic oil change!The workmanship was top notch, the value (what we got for what we paid) was excellent, and they definitely go the extra mile: Free tire rotation and up to 5 gallons of gas! The team members who served us had excellent attitudes as well.

Dear Thomas Exxon Employees,Yesterday I stopped by the station because the light signifying loss of air in a tire was on. After taking my vehicle a Ford Edge to the back, I was told I needed an oil change. I couldn t remember the last time I d had an oil change in the Edge, so I said, sure do it.After waiting about 30 minutes, I was told it was ready to go. However, when I got in my car, I realized the light for which I d brought the edge in, was still on! They hadn t even looked at it! They instead changed my oil at the cost of $100.41. When I reminded them of the light, they took my car back a second time as I sat outside. It was then I noticed the signs posted everywhere for free gas with oil change.When I returned home and looked at my records, I discovered I had had an oil change this past November! It was then that I realized I d been duped into an oil change I didn t need. Since the loss of my husband Danny Rizzo four years ago, I have had to put my faith in Thomas Exxon for all my automotive needs. My husband was a loyal customer for many years and so, I continued the alliance.Now, I believe I was taken advantage of and paid $100.41 for an oil change I didn t need.Going forward, I m not sure I can trust the employees of this station which saddens me. I like the folks working there and this realization has really disappointed me.

They may no longer have the wonderful gentleman who used to come out and offer to check your tires and oil, but they still do that for customers for free. I have always trusted this station and had another great experience today when I went in concerned about my tires.

Bad communication. The website says We also offer FREE ESTIMATES, towing services, and shuttle rides to and from our shop. I came in to see how much a repair to my vehicle s AC would cost. Unfortunately I can t pay over $4,000 that you asked to repair it. When I came to pick up my keys I was charged $65 for a diagnostic. I came to a mechanic because I don t know what it takes to fix the ac in my vehicle. If you re going to do something that costs money to your customer, make them aware of it first.I had no idea that you would do something that was going to be a cost to me. If you re going to do something that comes with a price, let your customers know first. No one told me I would be charged for anything and your website says estimates are free.

Really great customer service!! I always wait until the last minute to get my inspection done but they had me in and out quickly. I highly recommend them!! They definitely deserve more than 5 stars!!

Went on my lunch break for a last minute inspection during a busy time of day for them. Gilbert was extremely helpful and understood my time crunch (that I put myself in) and he was able to squeeze me in and had me out the door in less than 15 minutes! I ve been coming to this shop for the past couple years and will continue to do so. Always helpful and friendly! I highly recommend them!Service: Vehicle safety inspection

Full service at the gas pumps. I have an injured foot, and they quickly sent out a technician to help. He filled the tank and checked tire air pressure. They are the best. Prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. I will come to them whenever business brings me to Corpus Christi.

Very professional and fast company. Brett was super nice and helpful. I asked him if he can check a key fob because it wasn t working and he replaced the battery for me with no charge. The environment is very friendly, the mechanics and owner will at least explain what the issue is with your vehicle instead of running up the price with things you may not need. You can tell that the team has been there for years and work well together. I recommend Thomas Exxon to my Co-workers and personal friends. I only wish they had a better vending machine. I came across this station by accident thinking it was a convenience store. While I was here however, I let Gilbert know that one of my tires had a slow leak, and asked if they would help me in the future, as I am seeking employment and could not afford service today. Gilbert immediately said that they would help me anyway. A hole in the tire was found and plugged. What a Blessing to have been led here. I appreciate the professionalism and kindness these guys offered!! I will be back for any future services ( payment in hand! )Service: Tires

I have been coming to Thomas Exxon for 12 years and even though I have moved away to Riviera Texas , I am still their loyal customer. Britt is outstanding and trustworthy at his quotes and Phillis the cashier is very friendly. One of my favorite mechanics is Joe who is very skilled and has given me good advice regarding my tires. There is a new owner name Gilbert, go by to meet him.

I've been coming here for 10 years. Great people, great service. They do all of my auto service & repair.Oil changes, tire rotations, A/C, battery, State inspection, etc.He also kept my old '91 pickup on the road, which wasn't easy.Service is quality and quick!
