Was not pleased with the customer service. Left and will find someplace else to do business with.I've went here before and was impressed by how curtious they were.So I stopped by here yesterday and I was totally surprised when I heard one of the workers being irritated by me going to the office. I could hear him complaining about how he told me that he already said that there were five people in front of me. All I was trying to do was see if I could find out if they had a used tire that fit my truck and how much it would cost since they only take cash.

Showed up on a FRIDAY evening and still got fast and professional service. The price was also incredibly reasonable. Will absolutely use them again.David was my go to guy

Traveling, found nail in our tire. Bought a used tire to make it home to use our warranty for new tire. Very accommodating. Good price!

Coming from out of town and called in while waiting to be attended at another shop. They responded quickly and were very welcoming when we got there. I especially like the shaded seated area next your vehicle so you can watch while they work on it. Also, they keep their tire machine and tools away from the bay which makes everything look a lot cleaner.If I m in the area again and need tire work done, I wont think twice to come back here.

Cannot recommend Packard Tire enough, especially Steve. We called Packard in desperate need of a part to our tire. Stranded at the the Stripes station in Corpus, Steve didn t hesitate to confirm our location, learn what we needed, and promptly drove right over. No questions asked, he arrived and swiftly took the tire to replace the broken piece. He returned and attached it perfectly. Did I mention this was all on a busy holiday weekend ?? Seamless operation. Genial and efficient service. Thank you to Steve and Packard !

The owner wasn't there (doctor'sappointment), but there was enough experience to take care of replacing the tire on my rim, while another guy rang me up. Their credit card machine was acting up and I had to use cash. But hey, that's our world of electronics today. They still took care of their customers, none the less.

I have been going to Packard my whole life. My dad and my uncle went to Packard when Rod, Steve's father ran it.. today I had a blow out on my f250 I was stuck no jack no way to even break the lug nuts loose and they came to me with everything a air tank to air it up even.. they took the tire and changed it with a few diffrent price choices and returned and installed the tire... I mean that was a life saver man... thank you steve

This place is a lifesaver. Not only great prices on new tires but great prices on all services offered. More that once now Packard Tire Services has saved me from nails and debris found on Corpus Streets. They fix tires that can be fixed and I have never had one leak where they did the work. Professional and personal attention given to the customer and customer vehicles. Dont forget to give the dog a petting, hes awesome, the Packard mascot Thanks again, certainly will be back!

My vehicle tire-sensor was showing one tire to have low pressure, so I stopped here at Packard Tire. They removed my tire, checked it and told me the leak wasn t a puncture but a result of having some kind of rust around the rim inside; the gentleman explained he removed the rust and applied some kind of liquid-soliton to help the tire to be more tight with the rim. Very honest and affordable. Will be back again when needed.

They always find the tires I need if they don't have them in stock. Full set of tires on all my cars. Fast service, great people. The dogs are great too.

It s fine sometimes but needs to be more consistent and reliable. Once when I tried to get my tire changed, they didn t have the right tire. So they ordered the tire and when I came back, they not only did not have the tire but they didn t even know what I was talking about. most of the time I m in and out. So to summarize, you better hope they have the right tire.

This was my first time coming here and definitely won t be my last! I needed help with my tire ASAP and looked up places near me and Packard was the closest and had great reviews. The service was fast and affordable and all of the workers were very kind, welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. I ll be recommending Packard to any and everyone that I know in the future! This is definitely a safe place to get repairs done.

I've gone to Packard for 3 tires. 2 today and 1 about a week ago. (Just bought the car) not only did they remember me and the dogs were there, they hooked me up with great service and decent price.The entire crew talked to me and joked around.I cannot recommend them more. Great store.

Very helpful. They change my blown tire for a spare one free of charge. The next day I went back got 2 new tires at great price, no waiting.

Steve is great! Always makes sure I get a safe and reliable tire for temporary if he doesn't have the tires I am looking for in stock. Good prices, and as far as quick service, David and the guys are top notch, very efficient, and always helpful! Can't imagine going to anyone for tires & service!

Steve Packard and his parents have provided outstanding tire service for many years. I recently had them replace a tire, and they went out of their way to ensure my complete satisfaction. I am very pleased with the quality of their services and follow through. They offer a wide variety of new tires at competitive prices and used tires too. And they're a local, family-run business. I got there right about 9 and there was a little wait because there were several people already there. They efficiently took care of us all. Unfortunately i needed a tire, but they have me a fair price and has me on my way quickly.

I was at Packard Tire on a Saturday Mrng in November. Got there at 8:30 knowing they would be open till 12:00. They didn t have my tire size and I was told the tire would be in by 11:00. I showed up at 11:00 and was told they already sold the tire to someone else, even though I had already paid for it. So, was told to be there around noon on the following Monday. Okay. When I got there they said they ordered the wrong tire and to come back AGAIN on Tuesday morning. I received my tire and left.I thought I would try again purchasing, this time 2 new tires, based on all the good comments I had read. Guess what? After paying $300 and having to come back 2 hours later, they ordered the wrong size again. I even watched the guy come out of the office twice to look at the size. There is no communication what so ever with their employees.This place has gone downhill since the old Packard left. Too bad. Just bad business.

The Packards have always been fair, and helpful to my family and I. They will work with you to see that your needs are met, and they will always stand behind the quality of their work. They have helped my family and treated them as if they were their own family. That's something you can't get from the bigger competitors.

The sweetest people I ve ever dealt with in the tire industry. So honest and helpful. Went above and beyond for me. The sweet older lady is the mother and I wish I cud adopt her! Most places told me I needed all 4 tires replaced and I ended up getting one bcz that s all they said was necessary to change so they saved me about $300 and balanced my tires and gave me some needed extra lug nuts and did it so fast and I just love everything about that place and those people . I highly recommend them and will never go elsewhere for tires.

I don't know toke 2 new tires to be installed. They changed me $72.73 to just to replace the tires !!! so much for using local business. Should have let discount tires do it all, would have been cheaper. Oh well not going back that's for sure.

We were visiting from out of town and our truck tire needed repair. So we googled and found the good reviews for Packard Tire Repair and decided to try them out. They took us in right away and had the tire repaired in about 15 minutes. The staff was kind, courteous, professional and fast.

Great price. Great service. Went to Walmart to fix my blowout. Everything was done within an hour.
