I showed up late with a flat tire thinking I would have to leave the vehicle overnight. Staff was friendly and got me in before close, repairing my flat at a very reasonable price. I appreciated their willingness to stay a little late to get me taken care of so I wouldn't be without my vehicle any longer than necessary.

Construction made it difficult to get to. They were very busy and couldn't get to diagnose my vehicle for several hours so they were kind enough to take me home. When they di finally get to look at it their tester was not able to connect with my cars computer, so I wasn't charged anything. But as far as their service they were friendly and as fast as possible. I do recommend this location.

3 hours of my life wasted sitting in their lobby!!! Made an 11:00 appointment for a flat tire. Got out of there at 2:00. I wasn't aware till a few days later that I am no longer able to view my tire pressure on my dash, that was how I knew I had a nail in the tire. Some kind of reset was done incorrectly or the feature turned off, or sensors damaged and without my knowledge.I am (was) a regular customer at this store. I had recently bought two sets of tires with road hazard and this flat was one of them.When I asked the manager Jaime Uribe, if I would be receiving a discount on my next purchase there his response was very condescending and quickly ignored me after handing me my receipt.I'm done with this store

I had an appt at 1, and I dropped it off early and they got it done before 1 pm even hit. They let me know things that were found with my car that I need to keep an eye on. Very professional and prompt.

Great service! I came in last week and got a state inspection. Luis was the only person working in the front but he was very fast, patient, and helpful to his customers. He noticed that I was missing a lug nut and told me I could go get one for pretty cheap down the street and come right back and he finish up the inspection. As soon as I brought it back he got me in and out within 10 minutes.When I went to get my renewal I realized the paperwork had had my old license plates still on my vehicle from my last registration (I had replaced my plates since then, so my plate numbers were different). I came back to Firestone and worked with Cindy to get the paperwork updated. I made a mistake in reading her my new plate numbers and she had to go back and change it twice but she was very patient with me.I will definitely be back here in the future!

Took my vehicle for a wheel alignment dropped off like at 11am with no car issues I just put new tires and when I picked up my car the check engine light was on I called them as soon as I left to inform them and they said it was already on and I know for a fact it wasn t so if you take your car for any service make a video of your vehicle when dropping off and when I picked up they never said anything about it and my car wasn t ready till like 6pm

Make sure you are very detailed what you want them to do. I.e. check all fluids on a full service and oil change. Maybe check and replace wiper blades when doing a state inspection.

Been waiting for 3 hours, I've watched people come and go and no one has even so much has looked in the direction of my car. All I needed was an inspection. I would recommend going elsewhere if your times worth anything.

I set an appointment and dropped my truck off for a wheel alignment. They only went 15 minutes over when they said my vehicle would be ready, which is not a big deal in my eyes. They were polite, friendly, and welcoming. My vehicle is running great, and I will be a future customer again.

Do not go here for inspection. I arrived here at 8:30 am and no other customers were there. It took several minutes before the associate even came to the counter. I waited and hour before my vehicle was taken into the bay. Very poor service. It took and hour and half then failed me trying to sell tires

I took my car to have my tires balanced this past Friday. On Sunday I got on the freeway and my car started to shake even worse then before. So I took it back on Tuesday they look at it and said it was fine. But now they said it's the CV axles if I wanted to have them fixed right then. I said no, because the following day I was going to have my oil changed at my car dealership. While I was at the dealership I asked the guy to check my CV axles to see if they needed to be replaced. A few hours later he calls me back that they had balanced my tires. Then that's when I told him my tires had been balanced a couple of days ago. And he told me my tires were not shaking any more.( At no cost) So Firestone saw a female walk in, charged me what they wanted and didn't do the work and then tell me that I needed more repairs to my tires that added up to $1000 more. I'm Soo disappointed at there service not going back.

Great location. Ran into some issues with our wheel locks due to wrong info from the Nissan dealership. And regardless the mechanics worked with us and got us squared away. Very helpful and professional. Thank you. And quick with the service. Not just with me but with everyone that was in there.

Excellent service. Lifetime Alignment. Lifetime brake service. Sure it cost a little more but if you're planning on keeping your vehicle it will payoff in the long run because the price for parts and labor keep going up. I Love my Mustang.

Trying to get service here was disappointing.I made an online appointment to get my car serviced here. I received the confirmation email which also stated the shop would call me if they were unable to honor the appointment. I never got a call so I assumed everything was good and showed up to my appointment on time. When I got there the associate said they did not have my appointment and slot was already filled by someone else. They stated online booking doesn t sync with their system. They offered no apology and made it seem like it was my problem I couldn t get in. Why would you have an online booking system if it doesn t make it to your shop schedule?

Dropped my car off at 730 am. They told us it would be ready by 2 pm (A/C fix and inspection). Called at 2 pm, told us to give them another hour. Called them back the next hour, they said the mechanic went on a hour lunch break so add another hour and a half. Went directly to the store. Still not ready until another our. We also had our other car's tire replaced. Didn't get out until 6. When they were checking us out, they lost the ticket. Then I noticed no paper wrk for inspection. They charged me but forgot to inspect the car. They did not even inspect my car and just signed off. We got home. Our neighbor told us there was something underneath our car, it was the ticket they had lost, but they didn't want to admit they had lost it at that time. They only offered me 40 dollars off. We spent over 600 dollars. We drove out of town this past weekend. Guess what, AC in the front is not blowing cold air. Such horrible service!!! Never going there again. Let's see what they say when I take it back tomorrow for a full refund.

Had a problem with an earlier experience and I was contacted by the manager. We worked out the problem together and she was polite and helpful, wonderful person. I did an oil change today with an appointment and they were right on time with my vehicle. Great job Firestone!

First time here. Sales advisor was great. Explained everything and was very knowledgeable. She was also juggling several customers at once but still made you feel seen. She even took extra care to help an elderly female customer. I was impressed all around.

I wouldn t even give this a star if I had a choice. I just moved here BY MYSELF from Iowa... I finally go in to get an oil change. They were polite and got me in at a decent time. I waited an hour for them to fix a headlight bulb and do an oil change. They come to me, handed me my keys, said they did an oil change but couldn t do much with my headlights cause someone wired my car weird. I didn t bother because I got the car from a used car dealership in Iowa and what do you expect from a used car. I drove about 20 miles on my car, and my car started shaking and stalling on me. My steering wheel locked up, I barely got over to the side of the road without someone hitting me. My engine, oil, and battery light came on and my car pretty much tried to give out on me. I had to ask a stranger to help me out. MY CAR HAD NO OIL IN IT. None. No oil leak. No oil. Nothing. But a new filter. I was stranded in the middle of nowhere, had to call a tow truck to pick my car up (which costed me 200 dollars) to take my car back to this Firestone. I had to ask the stranger to drive me 45 minutes back up the road to get me to my motel. The lady kept acting like I was a stupid female and didn t know what I was talking about, making excuses saying it s fine, honey. ITS NOT FINE, you put my life at risk, because y all didn t do your job... I was trying to pull my car to the side of the road with a locked steering wheel, trying to not get hit by cars going 80mph. I have no one except a cat in Texas and I m grateful for the person who helped me out or I would ve been there all night on the side of the road. And of course I call them up in the morning, explained to them that I had no means to get back to them, and they didn t care at all. Apparently oil just grows legs and runs away. Apparently no matter how much explaining you do, they don t care. Thanks for being careless and screwing my car up and making me lose brain cells. And they refuse to take accountability for what THEY did. My car was running PERFECTLY fine until I brought it to these people.

As I was working, a situation came up suddenly with my car. I headed to the nearest Firestone. I am so pleased to say that once again staff demonstrates their loyalty to their employer. I was so happy to see my old friend again Melissa, great asset to Firestone. She is genuinely such a friendly person. And a shout out to Luis who worked on my car, he knows his job with cars. My car is now running so smooth and accelerating according. Thanks to all staff. God bless you and your family.

I've started getting pretty much all my automotive work done here. No problems at all. They always let me know what's going on and tell when it's going to take time to finish. I had to get new tires on short notice without an appointment and they fit me in that day, got it done fast and had me on my way.
