The work they did seems good so far but they charged me for damages they did, the techs lied about what happened and that my truck came in with these problems. Yet when talking with them they admitted it wasn't until they tore it apart and put it back together they noticed it wasnt working.... When I originally asked they said they tested it before but switched to it wasn't till after since there would be no reason to check and I know for a fact it worked prior. Had to bring it back immediately because my HVAC wouldn't work (they forgot to hook it back up) and they was oil sprayed everywhere under my hood. They swore no oil was spilled... Charged $360+ on parts they broke. Update- 3 months has gonna by and my trucks belts/pulleys squeal every morning since I had it "repaired". (This never happened prior to bringing my truck here yet they charged me to fix it squealing after they spilled oil everywhere under my hood.) I've had other problems with their work too in this short amount of time. I spent $5000 at this business last time my truck was there and now I'm going have to spend more money to take it somewhere else and hopefully they can figure out what this company messed up. Also I really hope that the work they did to my engine was done correctly and my engine doesn't fail prematurely. That'll cost upwards of $15k.

This happened at 3 o'clock on a Friday, leaving us in a dire situation, miles away from home.Robbie, the guardian angel at Coastal Diesel Injection, stepped in with such kindness and empathy that it immediately put me at ease. Recognizing the urgency of our predicament, they went above and beyond to squeeze us into their schedule, giving our four-legged companions and us a haven in the comfort of their AC-cooled premises. Their dedication to helping us was remarkable.Upon thorough inspection, it turned out to be a worst-case scenario metal fragments in the fuel filter left my truck immobilized. And guess what? It was already 5 PM on a Friday! But here's where Robbie's compassion shone even brighter. He offered to personally take me to the airport, ensuring I could secure a rental car and salvage our vacation plans. And all this while the mercury soared to 104 degrees outside.Throughout the following week, the Coastal Diesel Injection team delved deeper to diagnose the issue. Their communication was impeccable; I was always in the loop about their discoveries. I came armed with countless questions, exploring every possible option, and they graciously addressed each query, laying out every available avenue.Luck was on my side, as they managed to clean out the mess and even installed a disaster prevention kit to ward off future catastrophes. Their dedication, support, and expertise are beyond commendable. Coastal Diesel Injection and their team are like guardian angels for any diesel drivers in distress. Their willingness to go the extra mile truly resonated with me.As I reflect on this experience, I've decided that I will happily make the four-hour journey in the future for all my diesel repair needs. And trust me, I've been to my fair share of diesel shops across central Texas and even in Ohio. My family has been using Coastal Diesel Injection for well over 10 years, They are in fact the most trusted and honest Diesel repair shop on the Coastal bend. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new technician and/or company to service their Diesels. I have brought Cummins and Duramax to them and always come out satisfied with the service.

This is a first class shop! We were traveling through the area had a CEL come on. They got us in the next day and had us back on the road the same day. Everyone was knowledgeable, professional, and courtious. If you're having issues with your diesel, this is the place to go.

We run a hotshot company out of north Texas and had some turbo issues while we were in south Texas. We made a random phone call to a diesel shop and they told us they couldn t help us out with our 2013 Ram that it was too small. I ask the man who he recommends and he replied Coastal Diesel. We showed up at the shop and told them our story and that we needs to get back on the road ASAP please help us. They jumped right on it and diagnosed the problem and said we can get the part here tomorrow. Robby even gave us a ride to the hotel. The next morning we showed up around 10am and after a short wait they had us back on the road. We can t say enough good things about this company. Robby and his whole crew are top notch and we would highly recommend this shop.

This Business ROCK'S and this is how great businesses succeed and prosper. All employee's were so respectful, all the phone call's I received from Ronnie explaining every step and answering all my questions. My truck was in and out in no time! Once again Coastal Injection it's the workers you have that makes it a great BUSINESS.

Had me wait over the weekend to make sure they had all the fluids they needed. Come the day to do the work, didn t have all the fluids they needed. Waited all day and honestly overcharged but the dudes up front were chill at least. Probably do meticulous work but seems like administratively there s not much chain of custody.

Did a great job cleaning our injectors. Would recommend. Great people. Done same day. Great price too. Awesome service and very knowledgeable staff. Helpful on the phone too.

I took in My Ice Cream Truck it took 8 years for them to say the job was done the were supposed to replace heads they put off my Ice cream like it was a side job after 8 years of completing this job my ice cream truck doesn t even start it ran from shop on leopard to Weber over heating only going 15 mph smoking like a house was is on fire they refused to fix truck or refund me my money 3500.00 dollars cash . Now I m out a mobile business and 3500.00 and years of work! I thought going to a Disel shop I would have been happy in the end so upsettting I am a single mother with 3 boys and 2 foster kids trying to make ends meet and this is what happens for not contacting BBB since then .

The guys at coastal diesel done a great job on my 2012 Mega Cab Dodge, Turbo went out they replaced it and got my truck back to Percolating I'm very pleased, there were very professional and respectful people, Thank you Coastal Diesel.

Took my motorhome to Coastal Diesel because it would not crank every time I turned the ignition. They called to say they fixed that problem but now they could not shut it off. They said that they could not fix it and I should come get it. They are a diesel engine repair shop. They damaged my electrical system while trouble shooting the first problem which they were unsure how they did it. They damaged my ECM. they replacement cost is over $2000.00. don't bring your diesel engine to them.
