HIGLY RECOMMENDED from start to finish. Quality work, extremely fast. I was well taken care of and treated like a priority. All staff were professional, helpful and kind throughout the process. They went above and beyond to ensure my truck looked the same if not better than it was before the accident. Not only was it repaired, they were able to help me customize to my liking. From a scratch to any major body work, bring your car to the pros. Will definitely be using them as my auto shop from here on out.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

My car was recently in an accident and I was told by the repair shop that they could get me an appointment two weeks later. The day of the appointment, I call to confirm my appointment and they tell me that they canceled it because the owner was retiring.My insurance company received no messages indicating that the owner was retiring. WHY even make an appointment two weeks out if you were retiring!?!?!?! Anyway, the business received one star because I had to leave one star to write the review.Not professional at all. I wasted two weeks of time when another repair shop could have been fixing my vehicle.

If you are reading these reviews and trying to decide whether or not to bring your car in for repairs, then here is your answer- YES!!!! I have had experience with Caliber Collisions at multiple locations in the past, and never had any legitimate complaints other than the fact that my car was always in their shops for 2 weeks minimum and sometimes their staff had poor attitudes. It also was a struggle trying to make an appointment with CC just to get an estimate done in a timely manner. Z-Car is a hidden gem behind some trees over by a railroad crossing in Copperas Cove, and I am so happy I chose to do business with them this time. I was able to make an appointment for an estimate within a day, and the appointment itself only took 8 minutes to look at my car and determine total cost for repairs. I am so glad that my estimate was cheaper than my deductible, but the best part was that my car was done in 3 days! In my opinion, this wreck was a little more extensive than previous ones, so I m kicking myself in the shin for not coming to Z-Car sooner for my other accidents. The staff exceeded my expectations of their customer service with their level of professionalism, friendliness, and punctuality! These are the kind of people you can trust with your car. The quality of the services done on my car (auto body replacements and paint) was impressive as well. It looks even better than it did before my wreck! Our Camaro has been here twice in it's short life. The Korean couple that run this place has met us after hours, and gone out of the normal effort to give good service. We will continue to drive an hour one way to go here for service, hopefully never again, but who knows. They are great.

This was my first time with Z Car since I had just moved to Texas! I unfortunately wrecked my truck that I had just bought and had no idea on what shop to go with! I read a lot of reviews and this place stood out the most! Z Car had my truck for about a month to fix all front end damage. I was very pleased with the overall service and end result of my truck! Granted me being a picky customer the owner made sure that I was taken care of! The whole staff feels like a family and treats you like one of their friends! I highly recommend this shop! With its Friendly staff, years of service and the dedication of getting the customers vehicle looking brand new again! Thanks again for all your hard work on fixing my truck! Let me start off by saying that I was very pleased with the recent work I had done to my 2017 Honda Accord. The staff at Z Car are first class, and the business offers a welcoming, family atmosphere. With the outstanding customer service I received, my vehicle came out looking brand new. I am glad they were recommended to me; they truly go the extra mile with attention to detail and quality care.

Excellent experience with a highly competent shop. The staff frequently communicated with updates on the progress of the repair, and were professional and courteous throughout. They went above and beyond, restoring my car to even better condition than before the accident! I enthusiastically recommend their service.

Like a lot of people in this area, I hit a deer driving to work (for the second time in 5 months or so... ugh). Progressive set me up with this shop. Every single person I interacted with was so helpful, kind, patient and knowledgeable.My insurance company directed me to a different shop after my first run-in with a deer. They did a good job. No complaints.However, I was floored by the kind nature and personalized attention I received from Z Car Body Shop. As someone accustomed to social marginalization, I never felt out of place. Thank y'all for that! Seriously.I will NEVER take my business elsewhere!

Unfortunately for me in a 6 month time span I have hit 2 deer. The first time all the big name automotive body shops were too full so I went to Z Car. I was met with nothing short of kindness and professionalism and got my car back in less than a week. My experience with them was so great the first time that when I hit a deer again I didn't even think twice taking my car back to them. They really go above and beyond and they deserve every customer that walks through their door and more. Please support this shop.

This company is amazing just bought a truck a from them. It was the easiest process and the owners were the sweetest. The truck was in great condition and they were honest and such a great price They will have my business and William was also so helpful. I definitely recommend this place. They have my business for life. If you need to buy a car or anything I definitely recommend checking them out first.

Great repair shop. My car drives better than when I first got it from the dealership and did a fantastic job repairing my vehicle after I got into an accident. Everything is working perfectly, I would definitely recommend coming here to get your vehicle repaired.

My insurance company knows that I would like to be recommended to this place. This was my first choice. I wasn't wrong with my expectation for their total service... was a complete excellent satisfaction. Great customer service from the owner...no back job...never have problems after the repair...fast, efficient, organize, neat...would highly recommend.

I got into a wreck and had a lot of body damage as well as some damage under the hood. I got my car towed to Z Car and Mr. Chong walked me through what the damages looked liked to him upon first impression. This was mid morning. That same day a few hours later Mr. Chong had provided me an estimate with everything needed to make my car look brand new and kept it as low cost as possible to fit my budget and told me that it'd take 7-10 days to get everything fixed. Sure enough he had it done on time and charged me the estimate, now added charges hidden in the receipt anywhere. He even took the time to do some extra work that I didn't ask for just to make everything look perfect and he did it free of charge. Z Car cared about me as a customer rather than caring about my money and that goes a long way.Mr. Chong is a class act and Z Car has found a customer for life in me! Absolutely Amazing service! We dropped off our suburban with damage to the bumper, reverse sensor and tow hitch. Expected just bumper repair being a body shop...but they fixed everything. I personally wouldn't recommend this place. I went in there because my car door was replaced by a friend but it was offset, so I could hear everything going on outside with the windows up. They kept the car for a couple of hours, I came back, paid them and took my car. As soon as I get on the highway, I hear a crazy amount of for leaking in with the window up and it's also incredibly loud. I lower the window and bring it back up and then it starts flopping around. Afraid of it breaking, I park, raise my window and close the door. The problem wasn't fixed. It was "concealed". Ended up paying $100 for nothing.

I use Z Car Body Shop for auto body repair and I will not take my vehicle anywhere else. Several years ago my family got stuck in a hail storm in Burnet and three of our vehicles were damaged. Z Car worked with us to make timely beautiful repairs on all our vehicles.

Have to give this shop props. I dropped my car off Tuesday and picked it up the following Monday! Everything I was concerned about they had it checked. My car is as good as new

Had to return my car 3 times, because the body work wasn't repaired right. The first time looked like the only tool they owned was a hammer, and after being returned 3 times and 6 months it still isn't right and I have to take it to another shop!

Z Car has a very friendly and knowledgeable staff that gives you specifics on what work has to be done to get you back on the road. I have been a long time customer of Z Car and will only take my vehicle to Z Car for repairs.
