Seems to clean my car pretty well, and I love that the vacuuming is included. What I don t like is the awkwardness about being asked for a tip for pressing a button and swiping my debit card. Which, I can assure you, I would have no problem doing on my own.

Each time I visit Mister Car wash, the employees are always so helpful and so kind. I had a billing issue at one point (no fault to the local car wash, it was a corporate billing issue), however the manager here in Cove (Marissa) took it upon herself to contact corporate and fix my billing issue, she also upgraded my wash at no charge and provided a card for a future free upgrade as well. This was an amazing experience and will always be a customer of Mister if this is the customer service I ll receive. Thank you Marissa, thank you Cove Mister employees! You are appreciated, remember that!

Unable to use this car wash due to my car leaking, when reaching out to their customer service, they care more about their money than they do their customers. The few times I did use it, it NEVER got my tuck clean all the way. I ve been forced to pay for a membership I can t use all because their customer care team didn t reach back out within a timely manner. Sorry excuse for a carwash. Guess you needed that $30 more than me somehow. STRAIGHT ROBBING PEOPLE.update to add: I did contact your company at the email you provided in your comment and it got me nowhere, your employee was not willing to listen, only quote company policy repetitively like a heartless robot.

I have been a customer of this specific car wash for years. Until recently, any concerns I may have had about my vehicle being damaged through the car wash have been addressed satisfactorily. My husband's new Tonneau cover was scratched and Mister Car Wash's former manager, Marcus, remediated the situation after a quick check of the vehicle. My dark grey SUV went through after an Ice Storm and came out scuffed along both sides of my car, near the wheel well. After speaking with the new manager, he took pictures of my car and said he would check the brushes. He came back and said he would have to check the cameras. He even took it one step further and looked at the other customers cars coming out of the wash. He said they would review the information and get back with me in a few days. Jump to a few days later, I'm told that there is nothing they will do, as the "cameras" and other vehicles were untouched. I had 2 people get out of their car while waiting in the line, look at my car, see the damage, and demand to be let out of the line. They refused to go through the wash. Furthermore, there was a black truck next to me with the same damage. I asked his permission before taking a picture, but you will see the damage clearly evident on my car and his truck. This all could have been handled very differently.Jump to today, my husband takes his work truck through the line and the SAME manager says he will NOT pressure wash the sides of his truck, even though it is muddy. This is the same person that told me the damage wasn't caused by the carwash because they spray down each vehicle.If you care about your vehicle, which you must if you pay 8 bucks+ on a carwash, take your business elsewhere.

I had to cancel my Platinum membership because 6 out of 10 times I went in to wash my truck something was wrong with the equipment. A shame because they have a good work team but the washing equipment is useless.

Not very thorough wash process. Joined Mr Car Wash years ago when they used to hand dry my car and used high pressure air to clear out excess water from mirrors, etc. Now I have to go thru several times because theyre not being thorough with the bug remover on windshield and bumper.

Not everything that sparkles is a star however, once you drive through Mister car wash.... Well let's just say every so often a turn can get clean. 20 bucks a month for a wash every day is not a bad deal. Plus free vacuuming and now they have added the compressed air to blow that drip drip out the cracks.

Love the service but I believe some of the staff members need to be retrained with directing the cars . I watch the female get upset and scream at a car to stop because she failed to use the right signaling .the incident could have been avoided if she was to use the correct signaling.

3 days ago I went there, and it scraped my bumper up, so they sent the pictures up of it, and the main office said it's not from them, and they won't fix it....I've went there for years, and never had a problem until now.

I am a Mister Car Wash Unlimited Wash Club member and today I had the most unpleasant and negative experience at this Copperas Cove location today with the unprofessional worker Marissa! I don t understand how you are allowed to talk to a customer as if you were bullying me to do as you say!You re in a customer service position and if you lack the most essential skill to be respectful you should not represent the company.Also, when I went to ask for the Regional Manager name and contact information she told me she doesn t have it! This is so unprofessional and unacceptable. I am waiting for a response from the manager and/or company because I will tell EVERYONE NOT to patronize this establishment until she is re-trained!

I just had a horrible experience at this car wash! The workers had an attitude. If I m spending my hard earned money somewhere I should be treated with respect. Don t worry I won t ever be back here. These employees need to learn how to treat customers better

Once Mister car wash took over. Bleh! I choose today's car wash in Killeen feels and look as if the car is actually being washedWent back today and I dont know what it is but I feel like the car doesn't get clean hmm

The wash was good, vacuums work well. But the person at the pay station asked for a tip, he didn't do anything. Tips are for going above the standard not because you stood there and asked if i wanted to become a member

It's a quick car wash. Even if there's a long line it moves pretty fast. $7 to $20 bucks depending on how much you want to shine. They also have unlimited options at monthly prices. Vacuums are included with any wash. Overall we've been happy with the service and quality.

I have been a member for almost a year now, and as time has past ur car wash and personal have really deterated, personal has gotten lazy don't care about the customer, u guys have forgotten who got u were ur at, [ the customer] and go hire people that don't care at all. To much to list. Now ur car wash system, not soapy like when I first started come here nor is the wax nor tire polish Work well, this location sucks all together, thinking about changing to galaxy car wash unless u change personal or improve it. And improve ur car wash system as well.Service: Vacuuming

I have been a member for numerous years, and I recently reached out to inquire about a refund for the two months during which I was overseas. I had a conversation with the General Manager, who promptly informed me that the refund request would likely be declined. Nevertheless, he agreed to submit the request and promised to get back to me. Unfortunately, I never received the expected follow-up call, and my attempts to contact their customer service via email have been unsuccessful.While I understand that every organization has its policies and procedures, it's equally important to exhibit empathy and understanding in certain circumstances. I must express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the way this situation has been handled.Regrettably, due to this experience, I am inclined to explore alternatives and switch to a competitor's service. As just one customer, my departure may not significantly impact your institution, but it does represent the loss of several years of loyal service. It's disheartening to think that my years of loyalty could be overshadowed by a request for a mere two months' refund.In conclusion, I am genuinely disappointed with the way this matter has been handled, and I feel compelled to share my experience with others considering your services.

Wonderful staff. But I've noticed something about the machinery. It goes through the motions...etc., but it leaves stains and heavy watermarks even when the brush removes the soap and doesn't necessarily "wash." The actual dryer doesn't pull much water on the vehicle, especially on the windows, leaving dirty water with the stain as well.I prefer the one in Killeen down on Clear creek, as it does what it suppose to. This one does not successfully clean my vehicle. Even with the one-time purchase of $16, it still leaves a lot of residues which I'm not happy about. They need to fix that. Plus, the one in Killeen provides towels and air hoses to dust your vehicle's interior. So it does provide some perks and more bang for your buck. I would not recommend this one....

My suburban was damaged in the wash and they are trying to say it was my fault that my vehicle was already damaged. I thought they admit liability and repair my vehicle. If I could give them a 0 rating I would.

New manager came to chat while I was drying my car. He asked how was my experience and did I have any concerns. I shared that today was the most I had ever had to dry my car. He replied that's the kind of feedback he likes to hear. Management tends to listen to their customers at this location. I'm sure when I go back next week I will have way less to dry. Keep up the good work Mister Car Wash!

No water softener, no drying towels, no air to spray door jams, mirror's ect. The wash seemed pretty violent in my vehicle at least. Maybe it was just this particular location.

Not consistent. It seems their soap solution is watered down and the wax is thin compared to the mister Carwash on post. If you have post access it s worth the extra mileage to go on post.

Staff completely sprayed my car at the beginning he took his time to wash my car. My car was so clean that everywhere I went people were completing my car . My car is a 2013 m-x5 Miata it's a two door convertible. An employee came and offered to vacuum my car for free since I was an unlimited car wash member . I recommend this location the staff are always so nice and they greet you so kindly everytime

Went through the car wash here two days ago and it stripped dime sized patches of paint off the top of tailgate on my truck. The manager took pictures and took down my information, and said they would contact me later that day. It's been two days and haven't heard a peep out of them.
