Old man with gray hair is very rude and conducted himself like a child...if he is the owner I wouldn't entertain this place of business with a ten ft poleUpdate: you sir can lie to someone else you got mad i parked in front of your place to serve discount tire and your probably mad they are stealing all your business which is why your started with the problems and when i said id leave ya a nice review you started walking towards me with intent of harm maybe you realized today wasn't your day and "I'm your huckleberry." One way or another you advanced towards me while i had tires in my hands and walking towards my car away from your shop so who was the aggressor? In the age of cameras and im sure you have them at your shop why don't you post a video of this interaction and we can take it from there...or man up Apologies and conduct yourself like a grown man and communicate like an adult next time.

Brad is the man! He was thorough and extremely honest. He did exactly what he said and I couldn t be happier. Highly recommend Dewald Automotive and Radiator!!

I can't say enough good things about this business! It's a family owned business. They take walk ins if they have time. I went there this past Thursday because my A/C was blowing cool air on one side and hot air on the other. I explained my issue and frustrations to the mechanic and he told me to bring it after lunch and he'll square me away. He did just that! It took him less than an hour to order my part & fix my A/C. I'm not sure how much other mechanics charge, but to fix the issue, it wasn't even over $130! In my experience, other places in Copperas Cove try to take advantage because I'm a woman. But not Mr Dewald and his son! From now own my vehicles won't be brought to any other mechanic shop. They have a customer for life!!!!!!

Dewald Auto has a nostalgic atmosphere of auto repair shops of the 70's. The service was excellent and the mechanic didn't waste anytime taking care of my situation. The building may not have a fancy and updated appearance but what they have is good customer service. Thanks!

My 2008 Ford Focus was having problems starting. I left the car with them and they exceeded my expectations. They went above and beyond to help me during a stressful time. Many places charge up to $100 to figure out what the problem is then , once they figure it out, you get charged for the problem and sometimes the problem you brought it in for is not even fixed. They just charged me for the problem. Also since my car would not start, Brad offered to drop me off at home until the car got fixed. That left a great impression on me and made me feel that they cared and understood what I was going through. They also seen that my driver door would not open from the outside and fixed it for a few dollars more. It has been close to 2 months and my car is running great. Thanks and God bless. I recommend everyone goes here.

Brought my radiator in to get pressure tested, the guys at Dewald checked it for free. They had excellent customer service and got the job done quickly even though it was a free service. It's hard to find an honest shop, I'll definitely be bringing my car here from now on. Side note, they will also work on older cars unlike many shops around here.

We've used Dewald Automotive for several years. This business is always honest, reasonably priced, and very responsive. Dewald's itemized receipts breakdown the cost of parts and labor, which is definitely an added bonus. Thank you for always taking care of our car issues!

If I could leave zero stars I would. These crooks just screwed me out of $3200. Had my vehicle for 3 weeks for what was supposed to be 5-7 days. Picked it up and now it's worse than when I dropped it off. Was told 'ain't nothing I did' and now I need to take it somewhere else because they cant fix the problem THEY caused!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THEM FOR ANYTHING!!

Great guys, real friendly, reasonable prices! Did a price quote and beat out most the competition! Highly recommend! Hopefully the beautification of copperas cove doesnt hurt accessibility to the shop.
