This automotive center is the absolute best. My grandson needed his van repaired in order to get to work. Simmang s repaired it in one day and the cost was very reasonable. Thank you for being such a caring and efficient auto repair center.

Great experience today. As a woman I'm always leery about auto repair. The kind gentleman was very knowledgeable and helpful for my auto repair. I would definitely use them again.

CAUSED ME TO BE STRANDED! I travel for a living and always get my car serviced prior to a long drive. I chose Simmang's for their reviews, certifications, and because I wanted to support a local shop. I called A MONTH IN ADVANCE and once again to verify my appointment only to come to the day of the appointment to hear, "we don't have you on the schedule." They squeezed me in anyway for an oil change, light diagnostics, and to do a general inspection for a long trip. I dropped off my car around 8 am and did not receive a single call until I CALLED at 5 pm (1 hour to close) when they started working on it. An oil change with REGULAR oil costed me $50 when I normally do this myself at home with synthetic oil. They placed a sticker on my mirror that stated my mileage, but the numbers we incorrect by thousands of miles (another red flag of inattention to detail). Fast forward, I make a 500 mile trip back home. We hear a popping noise and my oil light turns on. We pulled over to the side of the road and the hood was steaming and black oil was leaking. We were stranded on the highway, in the middle of nowhere Texas for hours in the heat with a dog. We suspect the oil filter was not capped tightly enough. I lost my car and a lot of money. Nice people, but I'm highly disappointed that I trusted this business to keep me safe on the road. Please look elsewhere. "We've been really busy" is not an excuse for poor quality service.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Great and honest shop. Just came to area looking for one and this place is the one to go to. Went for oil change and tire rotation. Will come back for future maintenance of my vehicle

im new to Converse, so I randomly chose this place for my brake job. I genuinely want to recommend them to everyone. I m so pleased to see there are still family-owned businesses with great values. I pray God protects the couple that own the place, and I strongly encourage anyone new in town to give them your business. Thanks, Simmang family.

I would absolutely recommend this shop! They are a small family owned auto shop that does the job right. They have helped me diagnose with honest recommendations. The wait time for an oil change was only 20-30 minutes. They are super friendly and really helpful. I will be back every time!!

I took my aging GM truck here three times and I won t be back. They fixed an electrical issue for the gear shift by taping it together with electrical tape which lasted a week and then I was stranded again.

Made my appointment, and dropped off my vehicle the evening prior to service date. I was called at 9:45am with the estimated cost of repair to my A/C system. Which I had already researched and was a fair price. My minivan was ready later that day. My van blows cold air just in time for hottest time of the year. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I will come back again. I recommend this business.

Great auto shop that is ASE certified. They are honest and family owned and operated. They are more affordable then other auto shops. I recently had them replace a window motor and their labor was half of another shop I called. I have had them work on both of my vehicles and I will continue to use them for all my auto needs. Give them a call and see if they can help you, they will be honest and if not will recommend where or who to call of they cannot help you.

refused to work on my 95 f350.the person i spoke to said they didn't have a torch that was possibly needed to do the exhaust manifold leak. very odd for a repair shop to not have a torch.

I took my Nissan Rouge here because I had to jump start it 2 days in a row after getting off work. They worked me into their busy schedule when I just showed up on their doorstep. The cost to fix it was only $25 and that's all they charged me. I highly recommend going to this establishment for any auto services you need. Thank you to Lori and Mike.

Friendly, respectful. Treats his customers with care and always listens to their concerns. Worked by himself that morning. Interrupted a few times but handled those quickly and efficiently.

I brought my 2006 Nissan Quest because of my starter and AC. When I picked it up, it was a smooth running vehicle could as an icebox. I highly recommend Simmangs Auto Service. Great customer service, honest and excellent quality work.

The service was very good and the price was more than reasonable. They even quoted me a price and once they got started it was 200 dollars less. Mike said it was a easy fix so it saved me a lot of money. Thanks for the great service

This is the only place to go for the best in auto care. Reminds me of our family business of days gone by. Honest, dependable and friendly. You simply can't find a better repair shop anywhere. They are a family run business, not a ripoff chain who try to upsell things you do not need.

I never had repair work here...but I do get all my state inspections here for 4 vehicles. Staff extremely friendly and they are quick to do the inspection. Family business and they treat you right
