Great response time !!! They were able to diagnose my truck within 24 hours and had some major repairs done within a couple of days very communicative and up front . We will be returning for all our future work and recommend others as well !! Thank you

Stephan answered and said he could get the truck right in, and he did as soon as we got there. It's a small shop and the mechanics definitely know what they are doing. Labor rate is definitely way better than the dealership, and they keep you up to speed on everything going on. Yeah, we would DEFINITELY bring the truck back here again!!

We found this shop, a gem of genuine service, dedicated, and knowledgeable. Stephan kept us updated on the process which calmed our anxiety. It's definitely a shop you can trust. I'd say we'll be back soon but I'd prefer to say I know where they are when and if we need them. Now you do too!

We took our f-750 there for front brake work. There was a mistake made and the truck had issues while on the road. It took a little effort but B&V covered the cost of the tow, labor & parts to get the truck back on the road. It was a bit of a bumpy experience but I will say that they 100% handled the issue to my satisfaction which is more than most larger companies own up to nowadays.I will return with future repairs as we like to support small business. Everyone makes mistakes, especially in the automotive industry. How you handle the mistakes is what counts.Job well done B & V Thank you.

B&V Motors are my new go too here in San Antonio as soon as my truck pulled into the shop with an electrical issue they had two techs jump on my truck and within 2hrs they had it diagnosed and repaired "early" the next day and my truck was back onthe road! Highly recommend B&V especially giving a shot out to the staff they really have a great team over there..

I highly recommend this facility for large Diesel Truck repairs , Great quality service, awesome customer service and very time efficient..No time waisted. They also do work with various warranty departments which is very beneficial

I'll say this trucker world if u have any problems with your truck in the San Antonio area u call these guys they do great job especially if you on a budget they will work with you I'm telling I've been in a lot of shops they are good.

Very helpful and courteous staff. Steve and Alie are very professional and followed up with great customer service. The technician Enrique went above and beyond what was expected by answering questions, even after the job was done. We needed dd15 engine replace, radiator and clutch, affordable prices. Highly recommend.

I have been many places while driving my freightliner to get her fixed up on my ling hauls. When my transmission finally crapes out on me. I was towed into B and V.
