Blake was very professional when he replaced my windshield today. He was very confident and quick when he came to our house. Made sure to protect my seats and steering wheel before he even got started. Definitely can tell he has lots of experience does this as he made it look so easy. New windshield looks incredible. Heads up display is a little blurry but I m sure once I call this company, they will let me bring it by Gullo to get this adjusted. Great prices, fast service, friendly staff. Cannot say one negative thing about my experience with Blake or this company. Definitely would recommend them to anyone.

Noah was very helpful and very kind even when I was frustrated with my warranty not covering what I needed to fix. He was patient and not pushy letting me figure out how to handle the situation as well as helpful in providing the information I needed and making sure everything got fixed in a timely fashion when I made a decision. Noah was very helpful and polite. He explained why he suggested filling a specific chip in my windshield before colder weather made it worse, and he even grabbed my coffee from my car when he d noticed I forgot it.

Noah notified me of a small crack on my windshield that needed repairing and was able to detail the steps that were needed for insurance to cover the repair. It was an easy phone call, and the repair was fixed quickly! He also showed me before and after photos of the service which was appreciated!

I stopped by on my lunch break and needed a quick chip repair on my glass! I was so nervous I thought I was going to need a full replacement however Mr Noah was there to assist me through my visit. He insured me that my glass was repairable and he was able to work me in same day with no appointment. He really knew how to provide excellent customer service and had an answer for any questions I had! Michael did an excellent job in working with my wife and I in working with our insurance company to successfully replace our damaged windshield. After the job was completed he stayed around to be sure that we had everything we needed prior to our leaving the dealership. Noah was awesome! Very polite and helpful. He fixed the crack on my front windshield in less than 15 minutes! I live in Humble and I am about 30minutes from a Toyota dealership located in kingwood. Noah Myre at Gullo Toyota did an outstanding job on my front windshield on my 2023 Camry , from the moment I arrived he was very welcoming and professional and answered all my questions that I had regarding my windshield and insurance . Noah had me in and out within 25 min and was able to fix windshield crack with no issues and we were both amazed at how good it looked and couldn t tell that there was even a crack on my window . Gullo Toyota is the best. Car service always seems to be hit or miss these days, but they took care of me without any issues. I can t recommend Noah enough. He was helpful, friendly, and made sure I got the service I needed.I will be back here again!!

First off, Noah's extensive understanding and knowledge of not only the content of the materials that make the windshield, (silica fine sand, soda ash, dolomite, cullet and limestone), he also has a great understanding of the process to heat, stretch, and finally shape the windshield. His attention to detail, and step by step explanations were very interesting. Dude knew what he was doin. The chip/crack in my windshield is pretty much non-existant. Thanks for the prompt, professional, and courteous service Noah!!
