I found Kyle shortly after picking up my 2017 Ford Taurus SHO. He gave me a quote for a stage 2 paint correction and ceramic coating, plus the interior detail and engine compartment detail. All interactions were friendly, personal and professional. During his work prepping my car for the ceramic coating, he found some small door dings and imperfections. He called me and let me know about the different options to fix these, and we agreed to have them done immediately. When he called me to come pick up my car, I was BLOWN away at how clean, shiny and amazing the paint looked, and how perfect the entire car presented with everything so clean. I have handed off my car to Kyle and his crew every year, for the past 5 years now, and am always VERY pleased with the results. People are always asking me what I do to keep my car looking so extraordinary? I always recommend PAI to people, and they always have the same happy results as I do. Thank you Kyle, Jamie and crew for the many years of automotive finish perfection that you have supplied to me.

Kyle and his team are they best! They did a flawless tint job making my Highlander look AMAZING! They are professional, easy to talk to and will answer any and all questions, definitely go the extra mile. I won t take my car anywhere else!!

Great customer service. Family like atmosphere and your car will come out looking better than when you get it from a dealership. I have had several cars done from details to tint by Precision and they have never disappointed.

Hands down the best! Took my 2000 dodge viper in to have completely detailed and ceramic coated and Kyle got it looking better than new.. Amazing service! Will definitely be back.

Kyle is extremely knowledgeable and devoted to the work he does. He takes his time with every single client to ensure their investment is protected correctly and that they know how to maintain their vehicle appropriately. He schedules follow up appointments to ensure his paint protection film is as perfect as the day you got it. He has applied paint protection film and window tint to many of my vehicles let alone detailing them often. You ll never be disappointed with his work.He truly cares about you as the client as well as the vehicle, boat, ATV, etc. that you may have. Please don t let the fraudulent 1 star reviews deter you from Precision. Read between the lines, note their vague language compared to the rest of the reviews Precision has and give Kyle a call. You ll know you re making the right choice immediately.I can t recommend him enough!

Kyle & crew at Precision Auto Innovation are AMAZING! I had my 2019 Ford Expedition detailed - Signature Steam interior detail and exterior detail. I knew it would look great, but it was even better than expected and I was blown away. It was honestly cleaner than when I purchased it! And, I m not sure how they did it, but there was not a single dog hair left behind. The crew some how removed every hair, even out of the back carpet. Aside from the exceptional results, Kyle s customer service is top notch. Polite, honest, very clear about services and cost. He worked around my schedule and kept me updated during the process. It doesn t get better than Precision Auto Innovations. Worth every penny!!

I first met Kyle years ago when I stopped in just to buy some product. He took time out of his day to give me advice on application, talk shop and even measured the thickness of my clear coat without any charge. I was very impressed with Kyle s knowledge and professionalism and we quickly became friends as I would constantly be at his shop purchasing products or asking him for advice.Several of my friends also became customers of Precision upon my recommendation and all of them rave about the professionalism and quality of the service.Both Kyle and his wife Jamie are the real deal. They have put their heart and soul into creating the greatest detail shop around and they deserve every bit of 5 stars for a rating.If you really care about your car or truck I would only take it to one place, Precision Auto Innocation.

My experience with the PAI team is when my wife took her Ford Expedition in for an interior steam clean and exterior detail. The results were amazing...their work is second to none. Kyle took the time to explain everything in detail and delivered. Her car being very new at the time looked better than it did when we purchased it. To know Kyle and his team is to love them...I've had the pleasure to personally know Kyle for some time now and he is a man of his word and pays close attention to detail....you can guarantee we will be back !

I can t say enough great things about PAI! We have been taking our cars to Kyle since he started his business. Kyle is very professional and will take the time to explain in detail the work he will be preforming. His work is bar none!In 2019 we purchased a new car and took into to Kyle immediately so he could work his magic on it and have been returning for our yearly maintenance & detail. Every time we leave our car in Kyle s care we know we can trust him to make it like new again. Kyle and his crew do impeccable work and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their vehicle detailed.

I have only bought car wash product from Kyle, and unfortunately wasn't able to get a detail done before they moved. However, having known Kyle and Jamie personally and watching their business develop over the years, I can tell you the attention to detail and care of their customers' vehicles is incredible. Yes, you might pay a decent amount depending on the detail package, but I can confidently say you that you will get a super high level of service.

If you are looking for a business that TRULY cares about the work they do, you found it. The owner Kyle and his wife Jamie put their heart and sole into this business and it shows in the beautiful work done by the company. The attention to detail, craftsmanship, and amazing customer service makes this place the best. You can 1000% tell they take pride in their work, as they should it s amazing work. They do car detailing, window tinting, paint protection, all at amazing quality! 10/10 would recommend!

I have known Kyle for over 20 years. He started out detailing my vehicles and RV s when he was in college. When my Coworkers seen my vehicle they asked for Kyle s number. Needless to say Kyle remained booked every summer when he was home from college. I still have Coworkers asking me if he is in town as they want Kyle to do their vehicles. Kyle s work is meticulous as he is a perfectionist who pays extreme attention to every detail. Kyle shows exorbitant attention when he is working on someone s vehicle. Kyle has morals and values that are not usually seen in this day and age. Kyle will treat you and your vehicle with the utmost respect and consideration. Kyle will always give 110 percent and he will go the extra mile to keep his customers happy. Still missing the beautiful work he did on our vehicles. Have not found anyone that even comes close to his work ethics. Josie

I had a great experience with Kyle and his team at Precision Auto Innovation. They installed window tint and PPF protection on my new Model Y. Kyle knew exactly what was required for a discerning customer and recommended the Essential Protection package. Just about every susceptible paint surface is protected with PPF. Their attention to detail is top notch. One of the tinted surfaces had a slight issue and Kyle pointed it out before I even noticed it. They repaired the problem area and I couldn t be happier. I have worked with other shops in the past, but Precision Auto Innovation is the best and their price is very competitive. Kyle, thank you for the exceptional work and treating my car as if it was your own. I look forward to working with you in the future.

Kyle is a master! His knowledge and skill are top tier level, wish he was still out in CA where he took care of my ride. Still have not found someone as good for the price. Never left swirls, got every corner of the car and even detailed my engine bay. His professionalism and dependability are second to none. If you are looking for the best possible job PAI is the one!

If you re looking for the most professional team, who uses only the highest quality products and procedures, look no further than Precision!! I used to work in their office at PAI and I can tell you firsthand, Kyle and his crew won t let a vehicle leave their shop if it isn t absolutely FLAWLESS. The whole team at PAI does impeccable work. They say perfect can not be obtained, Kyle (owner) makes sure it is, to a fault! They never cut corners when others (most of the other jokers doing the same kind of work .) would and his attention to detail is unlike any other shop. Trust the process and be amazed. The proof is in the pudding with sooooo many amazing clients, and so many amazing before and after pictures, how could you go wrong? I ve had multiple vehicles tinted by PAI and would NEVER go anywhere else. Top notch service, materials and craftsmanship what else is there to think about?! YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!

We asked Kyle and his team to breathe new life into our 2004 Tacoma so we could give it to our nephew (The truck was originally his Dad s who passed away when our nephew was 8). Kyle understood how important it was for us to give this small piece of his Dad back to our nephew and as always went above and beyond what we expected! It looks like a completely different vehicle and our nephew can t wait to get behind the wheel and start driving. We highly recommend the team at Precision. I have now had five vehicles professionally corrected and ceramic coated by Precision. Each time I am absolutely amazed by the beautiful job they do on our vehicles. They are professional, communicative, and perfectionists. As someone who was a auto detailer for 8 plus years, I know the hard work that goes into vehicles. They take the time to do it right and pay attention to those details that most people wouldn t even notice. I highly recommended them to all friends and family. They are truly the best on the North Coast.
