The service at Mini of the Woodlands is the best! Selene is courteous and attentive. She s been there every time I ve taken my Mini in for service. Paloma is great too! My car has always been ready as promised and cleaned . I recommend their service.

Purchased a used Jeep, I am very happy with my purchase.The experience has been amazing, my salesperson Nathan has been extremely helpful and I definitely recommend visiting him for your car purchase. The team at mini has been extremely helpful and kind as well and I highly recommend this dealership.I only give honest reviews and I hope this helps anybody in the car market.

You know, I always feel funny bringing in my Dooley ram 3500 to the place with the smallest cars in the world (maybe not the world but they re pretty small), But the customer service I get here is par excellence!Thanks to the team there my truck was serviced and back in my hands in about an hour with a complementary wash!

We have been a customer of MiniWoodlands for over 9 years. From Sales to Service, every encounter has been superior. Yesterday's standard maintenance was the same. I decided to wait for the service. My Service Writer, Paloma, kept me informed and everything including the car wash was completed at the time promised.

Made an appointment for my first oil change on my 24 hardtop. Very friendly people and very efficient service. In and out in what seemed like no time at all. The team even rotated my tires and washed the car.

Im not the kind of person that likes to write reviews just because I have to, when I really make them is because I have had a good experience at the place or with the product I bought.Since I bought my car, they have been always taking good care, they make you feel at home. Jose the sales man was so patient in trying to help me bought my dream car, Paloma in service the first time I have an issues white my car she was so kind and helpful, I feel so comfortable taking my car with themI forget my mini needs it s service and they always call you and send reimindes so you never forget a service So for me taking my car there it take like 45 minutes, but I promise I don t care to drive longer because they make me feel at home So thank you for making me a happy costumerI give more than 5 stars, so thank you so so muchGod bless you allM�nica

The service staff was knowledgeable in the repairs needed for my MINI. They also caught some bolts loose on my aftermarket suspension and took the time to tighten them up! Great service!

They were able to change oil and inspect/ repair recall on 2024 vehicle. Unfortunately it took longer and was with out a car, loaner vehicle would have been great especially given monthly car payments- but otherwise great customer service, clean, good communications, etc. thank you!

Got the parts I needed quality parts mini parts complet not used or overpriced junk for a lot better price than anyone else. just talk to them they will work with you on price. Just wasted my time getting junky parts online. Hard to believe the money I saved. Now no more problem since I started using mini parts. Your better off using brand new mini parts if you have a mini Cooper. And the brand new parts are cheaper especially in the long run by far. Don't by used overpriced junk. I've been there done that.

Selene and the rest of the team were amazing! My tire popped and I needed it changed before tomorrow and they did so! They also cleaned the inside of my car even though it was a disaster. I appreciate it so much.

Picked up my new mini, had to ask for a walk through, but received a poor job. Dustin was who did the walk through, he obviously drove my car over 100 miles, had programmed his cellular phone info & radio stations into Driver 1as Dustin. Erased it while adding my cellular to Driver 2. Asked if this was a "Demo" since it had 105 miles & was told no, however the last time I picked up my mini, brand new, it only had 3 or 5 miles on odometer. It was to be detailed & obviously not done the day I picked it up. Very disappointing.... Coming from funeral, where I had to say my final goodbye's to my father-in-law & this is what I encountered, heartbreaking. This was to be my highlight & what a let down. Mini of Austin by far has given me the best service for the last 6 years!

They did a good job on my state inspection. Only $7 because my vehicle is electric. Didn't expect that. The service was great too

They had my car for almost 2 weeks, as and I had to call them to see what the issue was. I picked it up the first time and had to immediately turn around and take it back. Then almost 2 weeks later no word from them. No I have discovered there is something else wrong, so I called, they were supposed to call me back and nothing! So if this is the lever if customer service you are looking for by all means go to Mini of the Woodlands.

Go see Paloma! She is absolutely amazing. I was able complete all work needed to my mini. The customer service is completely unmatched with reasonable prices.
