Had the best car buying experience at MINI of The Woodlands. From the minute we scheduled a test drive to the moment we drove our new MINI off the lot (and even beyond via email) the team at MINI was exception. Very professional, well educated on all the features of our MINI, easy and seamless process with the paperwork and follow-up after the purchase. Highly recommend MINI of The Woodlands !!

Nice experience at the dealership after finding issues with my Mini Cooper. As I drove up the Service Advisor Paloma Perez greeted me. I explained the reason for my visit and was escorted in doors. I was informed additional service was required. The work was completed in a couple of hours. Feel confident that great service was provided to my vehicle. Enjoyed the waiting area.

Let me start off by sayin that this ll probably be the most honest review you ll get on here, bubbas. Secondly, if you're goin to buy from anyone there, buy from Kevon Held. He s upfront about what you're purchasin, knows what he's doin, and he a cool guy overall. Thirdly, although i was there for quite a long time, it wasnt their faults, i blame my wife for the wait time (we know how that goes). And last but not least, Fourthly, they ve got a hell of a price tag on some of their used cars/ trucks on the lot. look em up online first then head over there before someone goes and walks the lot and buys em all out (i went and bought a 19 ram 1500 for 25 out the door w trade in). Their Minis are pretty dope-lookin too (thats comin from someone who'd prefer to sit in a truck). they're like go-karts.Summary: Go buy a car from Kevon Held.

Exceptional Service and Sales, professionally managed Finance and Seamless close and contract at Mini of The WoodlandsI recently had the pleasure of purchasing a 2018 Acura RDX from Mini of The Woodlands, and I must say, it was an experience beyond any other. From the moment I reached out online, to the day I drove off in my new car, and still today, the team at Mini of The Woodlands provided nothing short of exceptional sales and service.First and foremost, the staff at Mini of The Woodlands demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and attentiveness throughout the entire purchasing process. From the initial inquiries about the vehicle to the signing of the paperwork, every step was met with genuine care and diligence. They had such down to earth attitudes, which is truly commendable. It was like being with a bunch of friends helping you out. They took their time to answer all my questions and concerns thoroughly. Their transparency and honesty were refreshing, making me feel confident and informed every step of the way.The dealership itself exuded an atmosphere of luxury and comfort, creating a welcoming environment for customers. The showroom was impeccably maintained (I love all the big bows), and my car was presented to me in pristine condition. This tells me their commitment to quality. I have never walked into a dealership where everyone was happy, upbeat, and ready to help you. They really did all work together seamlessly. The purchasing process was exceptionally smooth and efficient, thanks to the professionalism and efficiency of the finance team. They worked tirelessly to find the best financing options for me, ensuring that I got a competitive rate (for my situation) that fit within my budget.Overall, my experience at Mini of The Woodlands exceeded all expectations. The exceptional service, knowledgeable staff, and seamless purchasing process made buying my 2018 Acura RDX an absolute pleasure. I cannot recommend Mini of The Woodlands highly enough to anyone in search of a top-notch dealership experience. I d like to give a Special thank you to Ernesto Michelen and James Delvalle, they were simply awesome! Thank you to the entire team for making my car-buying experience truly memorable. Special thanks

We bought a new to us Escalade from these guys over the weekend and couldn't be more pleased.Called Ernesto on Thursday, flew in Friday, did the paperwork and everything Saturday morning and made the 8hr trip home Saturday night. The vehicle was everything they said it was, no hidden surprises. The new tires and new windshield with the vehicle gave us extra piece of mind also. We almost made it home on the full tank they gave us also. Will buy from again if given the chance!Ernesto - 10/10Mini of The Woodlands - 10/10

Scheduling an appointment on line is simple and easy. The rep came right out to my car as soon as I arrived. We discussed the service my car would be getting based on a previous estimate. The mechanics got to my car right away. I lounged and watched TV as I drank complimentary hot chocolate then, before I knew it, my Countryman was ready! Not only had it been repaired, but cleaned. The only thing I don't like about Mini of the Woodlands is that it is about an hour away from my home. My husband insists that I go there and not to a location close to home because of the customer service he received at Mini of the Woodlands when he had a Mini Cooper.

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Avoid This DealershipI recently visited MINI of The Woodlands to get an oil change for my beloved Mini Cooper. Unfortunately, my experience with this dealership has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated.First and foremost, I ended up paying over $2000.00 for services that included new brakes and a new battery. While I understand that Mini Cooper maintenance can be on the pricey side, I expected quality service and attention to detail for the cost. What made matters worse was the condition in which I received my car. To my shock and dismay, when I got my Mini Cooper back, there was a noticeable scratch on it that was not there when I initially left the car. The scratch was very evident and detracted from the overall appearance of my vehicle. To address this issue, I approached the dealership's staff, and they offered to fix the scratch by painting over it. However, their solution was far from satisfactory. Instead of properly repairing the damage, they simply applied white paint over the scratch, leaving me with a glaring white mark on my car. This lackluster attempt at rectifying the situation only added to my frustration and disappointment.I cannot, in good conscience, recommend MINI of The Woodlands to anyone seeking quality service and professionalism. My experience here has been nothing short of a letdown, from the exorbitant charges for basic maintenance to the shoddy repair work and unprofessional handling of the scratch issue. As a result of this experience, I will be actively seeking another service provider for my Mini Cooper's future maintenance needs. I value my vehicle and the investment I have made in it, and I believe it deserves better care and attention than what I received at this dealership.I will be attaching pictures of the scratch and the unsatisfactory paint job to this review as evidence of my unfortunate experience. In the meantime, I strongly advise potential customers to explore other options for their automotive service needs, as MINI of The Woodlands has left me deeply unsatisfied and disappointed.

I had the absolute best buying experience with Nathan Smith. I felt zero pressure but I left the same day with exactly what I wanted. He was willing to show me everything I was interested in and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I wasn t expecting car buying to be friendly but I had a fantastic experience and plan to return to Nathan for any other car needs.

They wasted my time, first showing me a car with lots of dust and dirt and claiming it doesn t have any dent! I believed what they said, starting the process of buying, then realized they were trying to cover the dents with not washing the car!!Alright! There is a teenager guy as sales manager(?) name Hunter who acts with attitude and childish! He was acting like I am his girlfriend :))) Very unprofessional!

My sales guy James was great. Quick responses, friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the MINI, answering all the questions I had. Before James, I also talked with Aaron who was also fantastic.I'm docking 2 stars because once I was handed off to the finance person, he sold me $4400 of "service contracts" and "maintenance agreements" that I didn't know about, wasn't told about, and didn't ask for. I was never shown a full breakdown of price while I was signing documents, and I knowingly bought GAP insurance and the appearance package, which is what I assumed were the only extras. Afterwards, I realized I was sent home with some signed papers, but not the full itemized breakdown page of what I purchased. I emailed my sales guy, who again was great and had the full paperwork emailed back to me almost instantly. That's where I saw the extras I had unknowingly agreed to. I know this is also my fault for not asking for a detailed breakdown, but since I only talked about wanting the appearance package and GAP insurance, I didn't think other stuff would be added on. I definitely feel taken advantage of.

Mini of the woodlands buying experience was great, but the service side as been a nightmare!! I purchased a mini through them it was great until I had problems. I also bought extended warranty as well, but every time I call for a service question they are really rude and don't seem to care. Its like the energy is great on purchase day but when you have a problem they seem to put you on the backburner. When I bought the car it was great until I noticed the next day that the trim for the weatherproof guard in the back was breaking. so I went back and asked them to replace it. they told me as is and did not want to help with anything. I just bought it and its only been a couple days. I was really disappointed. So I went to Momentum MINI they were happy to help with other issues and were really shocked that they didn't take care of that right away. I really want to be able to go the woodlands one since its only 5 min away but now i have to drive 40 min away just to service my car. Momentum could not fix the issue. It seems to be a dealer and manager call. So its been a rough ride.

I have had the pleasure of using the service department at MINI of The Woodlands for routine maintenance and repairs on my beloved MINI Cooper since moving to the area in the fall of 2021, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a genuine interest in ensuring that my car was taken care of. The service advisors, Paloma and Selene, are absolutely wonderful and tremendously helpful. They were knowledgeable and provided clear explanations of the work that needed to be done. They were also upfront about pricing and timelines, which I greatly appreciated.I have utilized a range of services at MINI of The Woodlands, including tire rotation and alignment, oil changes, and brake service. Each time, the work was done with precision and attention to detail, keeping my MINI running smoothly. In addition to routine maintenance, MINI of The Woodlands also handled more significant repairs covered by warranty. They repaired the retractable shade on my moonroof, which had jammed, and replaced the chrome frame around my headlights. Both of these repairs were handled efficiently and without any hassle on my part. One aspect that truly stood out was their commitment to customer convenience. When my car required work that would take several hours to several days, they provided a loaner vehicle, ensuring that I could go about my day without interruption.Furthermore, I appreciate their proactive approach to communication. They keep me informed about any recall information related to my MINI, ensuring that I stay up to date with safety-related matters.I also want to mention how impressed I am with their transparency regarding service recommendations. If any additional work is recommended after drop off that is beyond the scope of the scheduled work, they communicate these recommendations to me along with pricing for my approval. This level of transparency and upfront communication is highly commendable.Overall, my experience with the service department at MINI of The Woodlands was exceptional, thanks in large part to Paloma and Selene. I highly recommend them to any MINI Cooper owner looking for reliable and trustworthy service throughout the lifetime of their vehicle.

Ernesto truly exceeded my expectations with his exceptional service. I had my sights set on a 5 series, and not only did he deliver, but he also managed to find one that perfectly fit my budget. A huge thanks to Ernesto and the outstanding team at MINI for making it happen!

I purchased and new MINI Cooper S from MINI of the Woodlands. At approximately 18 months of ownership a leak was found and noted on the service report stating 'would monitor the leak' (as opposed to fixing the issue immediately). Sure enough once the warranty expired then the issue had to be repaired at a cost of over $2,000. So if you ever see similar note on service report demand the repair be made immediately. Also realize that there are known defects that they will try to deflect, such as the thermostat housing made of plastic that will FAIL (not if, but rather when) - This is a separate issue from the issue I cited above.

This review has been a long time coming, what with the holidays and the follow-up work done on my new vehicle (a 2017 RAV4 trade-in that MINI had in their inventory at just the right time).Need to call out Jessi and Selene in the service dept. and Nathan in sales specifically for going above and beyond at every step of the way to ensure a satisfying customer service experience I'm not a materialistic person, so all the hoopla of owning the latest and greatest is lost on me; however, I am adamant about regard and etiquette, and very blunt when it comes to what I believe I should receive in terms of cost value. I am not an easy person to deal with.Y'all were awesome! Knowledgeable, professional, and honestly just fun to talk to (and maybe mess with a little) -- sorry I didn't have a Christmas cookie for you, Nathan, when I brought some to the girls I appreciate you guys You will be seeing me again

The team at Mini of the Woodlands was fantastic. My first point of contact was Brian. He assisted with emailing me all the information I requested about the Mini line. Once I went to the dealership I worked with Aaron who so friendly and answered all questions I had, he wasn t pushy, and he made the buying process really comfortable and smooth. He was willing to help me reach my desired goal to drive off with my Mini. I m glad I chose to do business with the Woodlands. I look forward to a lasting relationship with them! Oh and I m in love with my Countryman! It s too cute for words!

My daughter purchased her first car on her own yesterday. We arrived at 4:40 pm and by 7: 00 pm she was taking this photo! One price no haggling, no guessing ,easy . Her salesman Nick was fantastic! We were cracking up the whole time. She is 19 ,but was never treated that way. He spoke to her and addressed her the whole time. When we moved over to the finance department Steven did the same. It was an amazing experience for her and really impressed me and helped set high expectations for salespeople everywhere! They may be Mini ,but they set Mighty High standards!

After 6 months of car shopping I was finally able to say yes to my dream car! Couldn t have made it happen without Nick P. Throughout the months I was getting very frustrated with the lack of respect from multiple car salesman, not nick! He actually restored my faith, me being 19 he treated me as if I was anyone else! Spoke to me about the car and the deal going on (even though my mother was there). Throughout the process he was constantly telling jokes, and making the whole process enjoyable, unlike other dealerships. When it was time for the final payment and pricing, Steven the financial manager made sure I got the absolute best deal possible and didn t try to nickel and dime me for everything! He was completely honest and told me straight to my face what he would recommend and what he wouldn t. I would recommend everyone to buy their car here! No matter if you want a mini or any other brand they make sure they are all in pristine condition and don t sell you a lemon!

In my search for a new "used" car, I went to 3 different dealerships. I am not a Mini person but happened upon this dealership because they sell used cars through Autonation. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and worked together to make my experience fun and easy. There were no hidden fees or hard, pushy sales tactics.I originally spoke with Nathan who guided me through searching used cars on the Autonation website. He gave me a phone # to text pictures to of the cars I wanted to look at. After narrowing it down to 3 possibilities, I made an appt to meet Nathan in person to look at cars and crunch numbers. Unfortunately, Nathan had an emergency that day and rather than cancel, he switched me to his teammate, James, and notified me personally of the change beforehand.James was equally amazing and helpful. The only slight glitch was not getting the car when expected but that wasn't their fault. They tried to transfer the car from the Katy location over the weekend but was unable to get a response from the other store. So instead of getting the car Mon morning, I got it Mon afternoon instead. However, they had their finance guy, also James, go over all of the paperwork with me that morning so it wasn't a wasted trip and all I had to do was sign on the dotted line. I told them what I could afford and they worked hard to make it happen. They only have one finance guy, which makes that process a little long if they have a lot of people waiting to finance. But they will provide food while you wait if you get hungry. I didn't have that need, but I watched it happen.I definitely recommend this location if you're looking for a used car or brand new Mini.

Met Brian at the dealer thinking I had the car I wanted picked out from looking online. When I got there I wasn't as happy about the car in person. Brian took the time to walk through the lot looking for what I wanted and was very patient. Found the car I wanted and he didn't try to upsell every little add on or extra feature. Made the car buying experience a lot more enjoyable. Would go back to Mini of the Woodlands and Brian next time I'm in the market.

This dealership is a joke. Never have I experienced so much sexism. I came here for a corvette someone traded in. The first time I came to see it the salesman (Brian) wasn't there so I guess the junior staff helped me out. Chase was great. Very sweet and kept it professional. The other guy I believe his name was Doug (he had a spotty growing ill maintained neck beard). He was beyond rude. After telling me he'd offer 200 bucks for my car (which sold it for 25x that amount in 2 days) he gave me a print out of the cash price of the car and said "you need that to buy it". He very clearly implied I couldn't afford it even though I came in with a pre approval letter from my bank.I left and was pretty ready to not buy it when Brian called me back. He acknowledged that some of the staff there mistreat the customers. He made it clear his only goal was to sell me the car if I wanted it. He asked me to let them run my credit so I could maybe finance with them. I agreed to this. The rate offered was competitive but the finance manager, James was far from transparent. What made me not finance with them was the extended warranty he kept trying to sell me on. First he said he could only offer it to me at a certain price if I financed with them. He told me what it would cover but I wanted to see the full details before agreeing. I asked for the documentation detailing what I would be buying if I did go for it MULTIPLE times. He refused to provide it to me so I said I'll go with my bank. When I went to close he offered it again at the same price he said he could only offer it if I financed with them. Obviously needing to finance with them for this was a lie. I asked for the documentation again. He said he would email it but I had to decide in a day. I waited for this information and never received. Once I signed he told me this was quite the car for a woman. Still don't understand why that comment was necessary. When I went to drive the car home it had a horrible squeak coming from the brakes. Forward and backwards. When I pointed this out their maintenance department the guy said I didn't have to buy the car if I didn't like the sound. I literally just bought the car. They supposedly fixed it but I had to get it the next day. It still makes noise. The service department here is horribly unqualified. I felt better taking it somewhere else due to attitude alone. I truly felt they would tamper with the car. After I bought the car they refused to give me the license plate bracket for the front of the car. They gave me bolts but said they weren't required to give me the bracket even though it's required in the state of Texas. They had no knowledge on how to remove the car top. These guys are predators. I should have asked more questions before signing but never did I think after making this large of a purchase a dealership would act so juvenile and down right dickish.I would never refer anyone here. I would have never come here if they didn't have a corvette at a price I couldnt find anywhere else because it sat on their lot for months. This is staff is ill trained and management is non existent. Disgusting and illegal business practices seem to be the norm here.

Hate to be redundant, but once again excellent customer service by Jessica my service advisor at INI of The Woodlands! Awesome communication, and even tracked down my extended warranty coverage AND went to bat for me to have items almost fully covered! My MINI was ready on time and washed when I picked it up. Cannot say enough about her and the dealership.

I had two mini's I was looking at, one at another dealership and one at Mini in The Woodlands. I had been texting with Jose while at the other dealership asking questions and quickly realized I didn't want to do business with Henson (they are awful). Jose was very helpful with all my questions and really took his time with me, he treated me with respect and honesty. I am in the mist of a awful divorce and there were many stipulations from my soon to be ex's attorney on how and what I could buy. Jose helped me with all of that. When I arrived at Mini in The Woodlands, Kevin, a new car salesman greeted me and was such a delight. Jose was working with another customer at the time and Kevin stepped in to show me cars and help me test drive them. When it was time to talk numbers, Hunter was there to talk me through all my options and worked with me on my stipulations regarding the divorce and finances. I really had the trifecta of a dream team with Jose, Kevin and Hunter. I can not recommend this dealership and these gentlemen enough. Each time I have had to go back for different reasons, they always greet me with such warmth and kindness. I wouldn't go anywhere else, truly the greatest experience! Thank you Jose, Hunter, and Kevin for making this so easy and an enjoyable experience.

When buying a car it's pretty hard to know who to trust, ESPECIALLY when you're a first time buyer and easy to take advantage of. That fear was immediately eliminated when I contacted Aaron at MINI of the Woodlands. Aaron took amazing care of me and walked me through everything; added fees, the carfax, payment plans and how the apr works, even helped me set up my new mini. He went above and beyond and even helped look into the carfax of the other cars I was looking at! GO TO AARON!!

A reasonable car buying experience considering you are parting with a large sum of money. I didn't find dealer markups here which is good. The vehicle pricing was also reasonable. Trade in prices are lower than personally expected.
