I had been a customer here for close to 20 years and I will NEVER return. This shop used to treat you like a valued customer, but this is not the case anymore. I took my SUV for a chrome deletion. My car was returned late, damaged and dirty. My total bill ended up being over $400 more than quoted because requested work was not in the quote even though it was a part of what we discussed when i went for the quote and I never got a call approving the difference. My tires were severely over inflated. And there is a new scratch in the door. I reached out to the owner with pictures concerning my issues and received no response. Will be taking my auto body needs elsewhere from now on.

I can't recommend Kustom Werx enough. My insurance agency recently put me and Kustom Werx through the runner, but the guys at KW handled it with exceptional patience, persistence and knowledge. They took great care of the car and of me, and I'm super grateful! I also got some good time in with everyone's favorite employee, Hank, and nothing beats that :)

The BEST body shop I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They really do stand behind their quality. I recently had an issue fixed by another large dealership body shop which then resulted in a new issue. The quote I got from the dealership to fix the secondary issue was much more than expected. I took my car to Kustom Werx for a 2nd opinion. Their quote was SIGNIFICANTLY better for the same fix. Thank you guys so much for everything!!! I took my Zimmer Golden Spirit to Kustom Werx for repair of the entire passenger side of the vehicle which had been completely grazed by another vehicle. This is a vehicle that isn't driven in the rain and is very rarely parked anywhere other then MY garage.! The Gentlemen were extremely professional, courtesy and particularly took time to explain the process of the repairs. I received the vehicle back much sooner than I expected and Kustom Werx did a most excellent repair. They are Artist, perfectionist and their work is impeccable. No one could have done a better job and I am completely satisfied with their workmanship and the outcome of my automobile. I couldn't be more pleased!If you want to have your special vehicle repaired or have an excellent perfect paint job.... Kustom Werks is the best place for a custom paint job. When I purchased my Camaro at Buckalew Chevrolet they referred me to KW. See for yourself what an amazing job they did! Will tell everybody about these amazing guys!

Jeff and the guys at Kustom Werx are absolutely the best. You can rest assured that your car will not leave their shop until they are satisfied they have done the best job possible. Their rates are reasonable, and they are just the nicest guys you could ever want to work with. When they worked on my car, they had a real challenge. Because of her age, GM doesn t carry the parts anymore, but they did a fantastic job of getting the repairs done in a timely way. Their work and their service can t be beat!

First of all; worth every single penny that i spent in this place.-Pricing Before i go this place i had some price check with another body shops and this place gave me Best Price offer around of all body shops in this area, they charge regular pricing for custom work!-Fine Work This guys know what they are doing, finest work ever. It was totally junk bumper, directly from form and needed many many many works like sanding, painting and installing(especially fitting on car). I have done many custom modifies on my cars and this place is my number one body shop so far.-Time They give my car back 2 days earlier than they promised with perfect painting, perfect fitting on body and perfect color match.-Honest This guys are honest, friendly, smiling face and overall nice ambiance. Whenever i go there, feel was im at my friends place.Highly Recommended!!!!!!!!

I called, got in the same day for a quote. They found the part for my car for a great price and had it shipped. It came in the following day. I brought it in and they had it fixed the same day with a very reasonable price!!! I was VERY happy! And they are super nice, friendly people!! Not to mention, they did a good job on my car.

I pass this place all the time and decided to stop one day, Cory came right out and looked at the damage on my car. His price was the best and they had my car finished and ready to pick up in less than a week. They did a great job. Thanks to Jeff, Cory and the guys who made my car look pretty again.

I have used Kustom Werx a few times now and they do amazing work. They have honest staff that are personable and friendly. I thought the pricing was fair and they had a quick turn around time. Definitely recommend this place.

These guys are just really, really good at what they do!!! Cory knows how to run a great business with a great group of guys that keep the customer and their interests first. Cory spent all the time I needed explaining everything to me so that I would understand what would be involved in completing my repair work. He spent extra time (that wasn t billed) with my car to make sure everything was fixed perfectly. Huge attention to detail and didn t call the job done until it was all right.

Ask for Jeff! Great customer service and very professional. I took my 2020 Sierra in, to get the chrome bumbers and door handles color matched, along with the front grill blacked out. Man am I glad I went there. Jeff was always answering the 100 questions I had, and always listening. Towards the end of the job we spoke and he pointed out that he wasn't happy with some of the paint on the grill, and wanted to redo it, but would push back the ready day. I was like sure no problem. The upfront honesty was great to hear, rather than getting it back and noticing it at a later time. I will be back again, with out a doubtThank you very much Kustom Werx and Jeff for making my truck, MINE!!

I can't imagine better service or quality work than I have repeatedly received from Kustom Werx. We have a large family with teenagers so I have needed their service multiple times and each time they have exceeded expectations with professional service and excellent body work. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Cory the owner is great!

I am a teacher and got stuck in the mud at my school. The school police called a wrecker for me and i trusted they would be honest and give me a good deal. The guy who helped me appeared nice enough but I feel like I was taken advantage of. My car was stuck in the mud and he charged me $100 for a 15 minute pull out! I have been towed for half that! Way to take advantage of a single income teacher when you KNOW I don't have another option.

Had my car fixed here after a lady side swiped me. The sublet shop that they use couldn't fix my rims properly after 3 times then agreed on changing the color of my rims to black. Job quality needs some work but I am giving the 3 stars because the owner actually cared about fixing what was messed up even though it took 4 months to actually get the rims back.
