I had a horrendous experience at this auto body collision center. The staff were incredibly unprofessional and rude, showing zero regard for customer service. The quality of their work was abysmal; my truck drove worse after their supposed repairs. It took ages to get my vehicle back, and even then, it wasn't properly fixed. Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy wasting time and money on shoddy service.

If you get into an accident Don't bring your car here.... they took 5 days just to look at your car. When you call to check on your car their rude. NEVER again will I go there. The repairs were substandard, I have USAA and reported them. I had damage to my windshield, they said they submitted it and it was denied. It turns out they sent a bad picture....I sent a picture myself and got it done somewhere else.

Called and said my truck was repaired. It was not. Did not return my call to let me know when they would correct it. This collision center is terrible. I choose them because it is part of Gullo, and I have had good experiences with purchasing vehicles and the service center; unfortunately that does not translate to the collision centerFirst, I had trouble getting them to even accept the vehicle. Once accepted, it was essentially forgotten when one of their personal quite the job. Communication has been terrible the entire process.After possession of vehicle for ~2 months, I was notified it was finally complete; however there was still damage to the vehicle and I did not accept the vehicle in that condition.A couple weeks later, again notified vehicle was complete, though still damage to one wheel, AND the shop chipped paint on the hood of the vehicle. Instead of taking ownership of the error, they tried to claim the damage with my insurance company (fraud alert).The shop still has my vehicle at this point, an ongoing issue, and still no communication regarding its status.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Picked Gullo Collision because my husband wanted a ford dealership to repair my mustang after I hit a deer. Took a month to repair my car and didn t notice until 9-10 months later that my fog light was not a fog light(don t use that often). I contacted them and spoke with Ben end of October/beginning of November, he said he would order a new light. January 2023 called again to check status, said he had the light but is waiting on a loaner car. Calls back in February says his tech might be able to replace light without removing entire front bumper should only take about an hour but would call the next day to let me know. 3 weeks later calls and says he never got a straight answer from tech but has a loaner car coming in for me, I missed that day, my fault, personal issues, no call from Ben. I called the next week, Ben is going out of town but receptionist said chris would call me back, now a month later and no call from anyone.

I called to try to fix my recalls on my car and they lied to me saying my recall was expired and it would cost me $500. I asked if I had other recalls on there and once again he lied to me saying he didn t see any but I have more than one recall listed on my account.

They did a good job on my car. It took 4 months to get my car repaired. They never called me with updates the only way I got updated is if I called and asked for them. They did have to wait on parts. I get that. I called one day and was told all the parts were there and it could be ready on May 19th. I call on May 19th and was told they're still waiting on parts. Car wasn't ready till July.

The person I spoke to has no idea what they re talking about. The side clips holding the bumper in place ever so slightly popped out because the tiny plastic piece broke off. Easy fix. I halfway remove the bumper in attempt to make it line up better but ends up being more complicated than I can handle myself. The tech says obviously a major repair was done recently and done incorrectly we won t touch it . Me removing a bumper and attempting to reattach it is nowhere near a major repair done incorrectly . Clearly incompetence, laziness, or both. I then took it to Lakeside collision, they fixed it in two minutes and didn t even charge me while showing me what the very simple problem was. So it was not complicated after all. The dealership guys are supposed to be top of the line. My experience proved quite the opposite.

From the moment I dropped off my car until I picked it up, I was greeted and treated as if I were their only customer. Everyone from the front desk to the repair personnel were very professional and listened attentively to all my concerns. The personnel caused me to feel peaceful about the entire situation after my accident and I could tell they truly cared. They were very meticulous in their repairing the damage. Everything worked like clockwork. When I returned to get my car, it looked just like it did driving off the showroom floor!Gullo Ford Collision is the place to go when you want the BEST service and repair! For me they are the only Collision Repair facility on the planet!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I would like to say that the Collision Team ( Keith) made a trying time easy, the car repair was above expectations. I wouldnt change my experience for anything. Keep what you guys are doing the same becuase its working. I am a please customer( not by choice) but now becuase of my experience my next new auto purchase will be from Gullo. Gullo sold us a new truck knowing there was a windshield recall, but did not tell us that. When we scheduled to bring it in to collision center to replace there was a very small ding in windshield (that had been repaired). We were told windshield cracked when removed so it would not be covered under recall I asked for photos or proof and they said they threw the windshield away. I believe they are a bunch of crooks just out to make a buck. We will NEVER buy another truck there or use their collision center again.

This is in regards to the collision center specifically. My experience has been great. Car was ready before the date that was given and was received in immaculate condition, ready to go. Amber was wonderful in answering all questions I had. Awesome work guys, thanks very much!! Would highly recommend to any and everyone.

To me first impressions represent the company. This afternoon I swung by for a quote, this place referred by my insurance company. When I inquired if there was time for a quote the man who approached us was so rude I had already decided I would not use this collision center for my body work. In his rudeness he informed me I had to have an appt. I explained my insurance company had already sent them the needed paperwork. There was no one waiting. He was pretty adamant about not looking at my vehicle. I explained I didn t realize one had to have an appt just for a quote. The receptionist meanwhile found our paperwork and he agreed to have someone look at it. There are too many fantastic collision centers with great customer service that I can choose. This is definitely not one that will get my business

Absolutely the worst paint job ever! Had to return three times and it is still wrong. I took possession of my vehicle out of frustration and will now have to take it to professionals that know what they are doing.

I took my car into the body shop there and it took 2 months to get my car back and when I did, they had to keep it another week to finish fixing it after telling me it was ready. Will never take them my work again

Had a piece of trim come loose after road debris hit it. Fixed it with a new clip in 10 min, no charge!
