Getting my new Della Terra 261RB from Fun Town RV in Conroe was the best decision I have made! The pricing was phenomenal and the trailer has been beautiful with 0 problems at all! My sales pro Rob was super knowledgeable and listened to every thing I needed, and took me straight to the perfect trailer, and got me in it under my budget! Nick and Shawn the sales managers were more than helpful, and cut me a better deal than I could ever hope for! All 3 also made sure I had every accessory I needed for my trailer so I did not have to worry about anything!!!!! Not to mention, the service manager Bob was very patient at answering all my questions, and Monty, the service tech who set up my trailer did an excellent job! As if that wasn't enough the general manager Lila came out to personal ensure I was being taken care of! The GM of the store!!! You just don't see this kind of customer service anymore.... THE GM GUYS!!!!!! Thanks to all of you at Fun Town RV!!!!!!

This was my first time buying anything big and I was still in the process of learning about RV's. I was just stopping by to see prices and look at different RVs in person. Maxwell helped me find one that I really liked but before I purchased it I wanted to make sure this was the best deal I could find. I looked at all the local places and other private sales websites. All the other RVs were at least 8k more unless they were a lot older. I had a thousand questions and all were answered. When we did the walk through a switch wasn't working and a tech came immediately and got it working. I was able to get everything I needed to get set up and I used the delivery service to the RV site so that it would be set up right. The driver was early and just as helpful. Everyone was very nice and they checked to make sure I was comfortable while I was waiting for the delivery driver. Great overall experience!

My Customer Service rep (Sylvania) is great. She was not there after I first bought my RV. Since she's been there, I would characterize service as top drawer. The sales department is great, but I expect that from any company that wants to stay in business. The true test of a dealer is their service department, because these RVs are bound to have a few issues as they roll over the tough highways of our nation.

Variety after variety to look over. Lots of models and price points. Go see Norman!! He was patient and listened to what we wanted. He has a God given talent with RVs and was very personable without pressuring. The whole team at Fun Town RV Conroe was awesome. SM Nick who did not pressure us but listened and super easy to work with. Michael in Finance, very thorough and Rick who assisted with the walk around. Rick had the answers for all our questions and offered tips and tricks. Thank y all for a great experience.

I have been looking at travel trailers, 5th wheels since roughly October. I met Benjamin Williams the first time and he was extremely patient with me. I was very indecisive and extremely picky. I didn't want to settle and ended up choosing a Brinkley. Benjamin was great and worked with me to help me get the exact 5th wheel I wanted. I want to also mention Rick! He was awesome! He showed me everything I need to know about my new 5th wheel and was great with my family! He really left me leaving with a peace of mind that everything will be fine and if not that I would be able to reach out to him. I appreciate everything Rick did and how kind and patient he was with me and my family. Keep in mind I am a first time buyer and had a lot of questions. I look forward to all our adventures and to be a part of the funtown conroe rv family. Thanks again for everything Rick and Ben.

This place was amazing! We gave Norm the things we wanted in a RV and I kid you not he took us to the perfect trailer on the first try! He listens to what you need and makes sure you get it! I highly recommend him. Extremely reasonable prices and excellent customer service. I can t give them enough stars!

Steve, Nick and Mike were excellent in working over the phone and getting everything ready. When we showed up to pick up our new RV, they were all wonderful and had everything ready to go. Great place and great staff to purchase our new unit at! We will definitely return in the future!

Had the pleasure of meeting and getting my living needs fulfilled by Willie, Michael and Rick at Fun Town RV in Conroe Texas. They worked with me from 1600 miles away for about a month in finding the exact Destination Park model and exceeded my request to have it on site and ready to go once I arrived. After meeting Rick and taking my tour of my unit, we began to chit chat and that lead to him showing me another even better fitting RV (discounting too) and I can t thank him enough for his extra effort and friendly nature Thinking now I would have left with something that made me happy without knowing the right one was just around the corner of their giant air conditioned showroom, filled with about 20-25 full sized homes away from home.

We have purchased two Ember RVs from Funtown and both experiences have been great. Both Ryeland and Nick have been amazing to work with and are very punctual and professional in their business. Bobby is always helpful in the back of the house and whether services or parts is needed is always very helpful! Highly recommend this place to you if you re in the market for a bumper pull or a fifth wheel unit.

We went in today to get an idea of the direction we want to head with our upcoming RV purchase. We worked with Eric and he was absolutely wonderful. He answered all of our questions, showed us exactly what we wanted to see, and every had a little bracelet toy to give to our daughter. Very nice facility with a huge inventory, and a nice big play room for the kids to stay occupied. Wonderful experience all around and we will definitely be back to purchase purchase from here.

Everybody did a great job. Injured help me pick out a Perfect camper. Michaelmade the financing easy, he cleared up confusing I had with the insurance. Rick gave me a great rundown of the rv and how to get started. Willie was a great help to get out get me out of there by given us a brake control which we did not have. The whole team did a wonderful job, highly Recommend.

This place is absolutely amazing! Ryeland Broussard was by far the best salesmen I ve ever worked with. They did a full walk through of our rv with us, we even had issues hooking up and the whole team came to help us out made sure we were safe..picking out an rv was super easy and not stressful at all!! Definitely come to this place to get an rv it is so amazing

As first time RV owners, our experience from sales point to the finance and walk through was exceptional. Our salesman Nick is attentive, answered all of our questions. Presenting RV choices and placed us in an RV fit for us, The Surveyor 19RBLE. Dawn in finance is detailed and provided open communication thru the process. Rick provided detailed walkthrough. Presented scenarios and answered our questions. Overall great customer service, professional and courteous. Thank you Fun Town RV!

After leaving Camping World extremely overwhelmed and not exactly satisfied, we decided to take a look at Fun town RV in Conroe! Ryeland is hands down the best representative there. We are moving to Wyoming and decided we should take advantage of opportunity and purchase our first ever camper. We needed everything; a hitch on our jeep, weight distribution hitch, back-up camera, etc. He made sure that everything was taken care of and did so while keeping our excitement high and stress low. We narrowed it to down to two campers and he gave us his honest opinion, salesman aside, to make sure we were making the best choice for US! He was extremely knowledgeable and patient and was there for every single question. Didn t matter what time it was, we shoot him a text and he responds. We appreciated his energy and honesty. During the walk-through, Rick was awesome!! Extremely funny and made sure we really knew what was happening. He made sure we recorded important parts and was adamant that there were no dumb questions . He wanted us to be as comfortable as we could be while driving off of the lot. We appreciate these two and Fun Town RV so much for making our new journey such a memorable experience. We can t wait to make so many memories!! Thanks, guys!!

My Fianc� and I went to funtown rv looking to purchase our first RV. We was helped by the salesman named Wille. Wille was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He gave us all straightforward answers if you looking to purchase your or any RV at all, we recommend funtown rv.

The sales department is dishonest. They sell junk trailers and then blame you for buying it when you have problems.The service department is worse. They call and say your trailer is ready after having it for 3 months. Drive an hour to pick it up and it s not been fixed or washed per the paperwork. Don t waste your time or money at this place. Go somewhere else.

Absolutely the best buying experience!Our sales person, Justin, was very thorough and did so much ground work for us before we even stepped foot into the dealership. He truly listened to what was important to me in a new travel trailer, and gave me options in line with what I wanted, without trying to push me into anything.Our finance person, Larry, was extremely helpful and put in work to get us the absolute best deal. He was also very accommodating of our bored/cranky toddler who was very "over" the experience by the time we sat down for paperwork. We appreciated Larry's honesty during the whole process, as he did not try to sell us anything he did not think we needed.We appreciated the friendliness of the whole team, and fully anticipate using Fun Town RV for our future RV needs.

We had a great experience with the folks at Fun Town RV for being new to buying one and taking one on the road for fun memories. Thank you to many people who made it stress-free! Special thanks to Mark for having our RV on time and overall checked, Anthony for making signing fast and easy, Ray for showing us the ins/outs of the RV, Lila for assisting us on our inquiries and the whole team who helped and taught us how to hitch the RV, how to drive it, how to use the equipment in the RV. We highly recommend the place and the team at Fun Town RV, they are all professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Nick was so patient with us for our RV purchase, and we found the perfect RV for us. We had a million questions and he never failed to make sure we felt confident during the process. It was nice to be in the air conditioning too. Everything went smoothly! We will be returning to Nick and Fun Town RV in the future and would definitely recommend him and Fun Town to anyone!

Funtown RV made our 2nd Travel Trailer buying experience a very excellent one! Our salesman Ryeland made sure their model availability and price tag was hands down a way better deal when compared to another bigger name company, and it also included many upgrades. Funtown RV had it covered! Thanks to the many great friendly and very helpful staff throughout, especially Pat and Cathrine at the end. Cathrine was very knowledgeable and answered all our model questions we had. Pat got us set to go with a tongue jack lock clip and even helped with resetting our breaking system appropriately. Highly recommended for your next RV ventures!

I am telling you the customer service at this place far surpasses any expectation we had. From the time we arrived, to the time we drove off with our new RV, it was very pleasant. When we showed up, we were able to browse without being rushed by sales. They allowed us to look through everything we had done research on. We decided to go look on the inside at floor models. We were stopped by the receptionist, who let me tell you was very nice to interact with, and asked what all we were needing. She found a sales rep to help us, and a sales rep then found us!. Eric was our sales rep, very informative, very helpful. Went out of his way to accommodate us. The management and finance department were down to earth, made things happen to help us out and get us into the RV we wanted. Most places you go into with sales people you always have the feeling that they are not telling you something or that they are trying to pull one over on you... Not these guys, not one time did we feel we were being deceived or lied too. Very upfront with everything. We went in to "look" on Sunday and they made it to where we drove our new RV home Monday evening. FunTown Rv in Conroe will forever have my business.Rusty & Amanda

Max Arrowood at the Conroe location was an absolute professional and went out of his way to insure we were buying the perfect RV for our family. He made himself avaible 24/7, sending us status updates and videos of the unit as were were buying from a far. I would highly recommend Max at Fun town RV (Conroe) to anyone in the market for the perfect RV.Thanks Max

The worst experience on every level of customer service. They share that they have the best pricing but totally a bait and switch. We were lied to from the very beginning by Sean and Emma that we would only have a soft check on our credit report to start the process. Well after 10 different hard inquiries I was questioning the legality of why this happen. Everyone was passing the excuse of more training needed to be done. Really????? I shared that we were already approved from another dealer (Camping World with 1 inquiry ) but because we researched online, Fun Town reached out persistently by phone and email that they had better. NO THEY DO NOT!!! Liars and Snakes but we Drove an hour to meet with an appointment to close on our RV (6 inquiries at this point) and no one was available to assist!! We then went out and waited in their showroom and finally meet by Sean. Sean then escorted us to meet with finance. This is where it spiraled downhill even more. We were not closing the deal and excuses were made that he was just thrown in and never explain exactly what was going on. It felt even more shady at this point with this person. We had not even been offered an opportunity to see the RV and everyone was busy but yet in finance we were told we needed to pull more credit. Let me share again that credit scores were already approved at another dealership. Needless to say I shared with the finance individual we were done. He then wanted to share with me by providing a generic (printout) guideline of what to expect in credit procedures in buying a luxury item to basically tell me he was in charge of my credit inquires. Now I have a total count of 10 credit inquiries!!!! We thought we were walking into this establishment and going to be leaving with our new fifth wheel . not the case with Fun Town!!! Tread lightly if you are to do any business with this dealership! Camping World is the place to go and ask for Debra in Katy or Lanye in Spring.

Trash! Made all paper work through phone, told me the total price and the down payment i would ve to give. We were totally fine with it but once we got there they increased our payment and 2k dollars more to our total because of water leaks at the camper we were trading in. Mind you the only water leaking was the kitchen faucet but would go straight to the sink and out the black tank. Staff members were rude whatsoever, no communication at all! Poor management!!

Fun Town RV Conroe is the place to go for a great RV purchasing experience. We finally found a place where we were treated friendly and got all out questions answered. Our sales person, Mark Stuart, took his time explaining all the options and the differences from one RV to another. We are first time RV owners and had many questions which were all answered and explained.After leaving with our new RV we had to call a few times to ask some more questions and Mark was always available or returned our call promptly! Thanks for the great Customer Service Mark!
