Quick and efficient on tire change.However really tries to upsell you on unnecessary maintenance items for double the price of the big box stores.They were trying to sell me a new air filter for $50 when the premium ones only cost $25 at a parts store and when the filter is still clean

Was able to make an appointment on the same day. The weight takes a little bit to check in. Because everybody sees to be busy working. The more I think about it it is a plus. Staff is knowledgeable and communicative. Work was done efficiently and ahead of Estimated time of completion. All of this on a weekend!

I will always score Firestone a 10/10 because their service is amazing. All of their technicians and client advisors are communicative and helpful, I have never felt like they are selling me something I don t need. They take time to explain everything to me, I ask questions, I get answers. I feel supported by their team every time I take my car in to get serviced. I started using Firestone back in 2016 and have stayed with them since! Great company! Josh at this store is awesome, the whole team really. Easy to make an appointment with them!

Came in for a Oil Filter housing unit crack inspection, turns out the previous mechanics at a different location lied and attempted to get false work done on my vehicle.Knowing my better initiative I got a second opinion at this location and spoke with DaltonTurns out Nothing was wrong aside from a crack in filter and not the entire housing. Dalton informed and ended saving me a lot of moneyI personally respect this type of integrity and will certainly be back for ANY type of maintenance!10/10 recommend this location.

Just went to this store to get 4 tires told the guy that's all I want is tires no courtesy checks just tires. He said ok .I look and tires are done car just sitting. What waiting for . Oh alignment check. Don't want . I also told him have bent rim please put in the back did they ? No cause apparently this guy sucks at his job. If you suck at your job find another job !!!!! Update I thought they put the bent rim on the front but found out after rotating the tires the vibration is worse and that tells me the guy that balanced the tires sucks at his job too. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else.

Called back and addressed my complaint. Very thorough job of following up on customer service.I did not receive a call when the work was completed. I walked back over and had to check to find out that it had been. I felt at the price increase for the oil change was excessive. Firestone no longer apparently offers expensive oil exchange, only synthetic.The staff was courteous, the waiting room was clean, the work was promptly done.A week has passed. Firestone reached out to understand and address my concerns.I am grateful and think a company that tries that hard to address complaints is a solid place to work with.

An issue arose after having service done at Firestone the week prior. I took it back to Firestone and left it for almost 24 hours and was told it was an electrical issue that they couldn't take care of due to "aftermarket headlights". Took it to a stereo shop who diagnosed the issue as a "bad hazard lights relay" and fixed it within an hour for $100. Something I believe any mechanic could have done if any had been available at 242 Firestone during the 20 so hours they had my vehicle. I may give them a try again later for other car care issues considering I opened an credit account w/ FS and now have a balance but if I can avoid it, I may.

Purchased a tire on a Sunday when our dealership was closed because we were told our tire was defective. Dealership discovered the tire had a nail in the tire and it wasn t defective. The managers at Firestone let us return the tire we purchased without hesitation. This is not something most stores would do. The customer service was greatly appreciated it!

I cannot say enough about the service I received from the Firestone Team on 242. When I was getting checked in, my wife started to go into labor a month early.The team prioritized my service, helped calm me down when 1,000 emotions were hitting me all at once, and gave an over and above service. Thank you to the Firestone 242 Team for your service and concern. My family and I, especially my newborn daughter, greatly appreciate it.

I was really dissatisfied by the service on HWY 242 -16802 interstate 45 s ,Woodlands TX 77384 .I took my car in for AC issues,and it was diagnosed and I was called with findings and I approved the recommended work.The recommended work costed $734.25 ,and the fix was only felt for a day or 2 and when taking it back now they tell us that the condenser is leaking and we have to pay extra $1300 .I asked them why was that missed on the initial diagnosis and they could not give an answer but try to make it my fault.I took it to another establishment.I am done with firestone and if you still trust them I encourage you to always get a second opinion on firestone recommendations. Do not just say yes when they call you for approval

We had an issue with our steering wheel locking up and we were unable to get it to unlock. We called Firestone and they actually came out to our house to check it out to save us the towing fee and fixed it quickly. Thank you so much for great service!

The customer service was excellent and very accommodating. The labor was fast and immaculate I am very satisfied. The manager Dalton Hatfield was Exceptional in his communication and his leadership qualities and people skills are outstanding. Definitely above and beyond for customer satisfaction. I will certainly be using this location in the future five stars all around

I always receive great customer service. I never have an appointment, yet they always fit me in without a long wait. Friendly and kind every time. My car has always gone for regular maintenance, and I've never had any issues.

Always receive excellent car care here. Knowledgeable staff and mechanics have taken car of all our vehicles for the several years. Clean lobby and coffee available for waiting while they service the car.

I had a flat tire that needed replaced. I got to the shop 20 minutes before closing on a Sunday and they got it done. Very friendly and caring staff. I highly recommend this Firestone.

I brought my vehicle in for a flat repair over the weekend. They were able to repair it within an hour. I applied for the firestone card and my flat repair was free. I will definitely be back in the future to this location!

My family gets all of our cars serviced for tires and routine maintenance and an occasional repair at this Firestone location, and they routinely do a great job at a fair price with excellent communication. Car problems are inherently stressful, but the staff at this location will take care of you with fairness and integrity.

Worst management ever. I wanted 4 tires. I had one installed and the other 3 would be installed later, they were being picked up at a different location. I received a call the next day that they no longer wanted to go to another location to get the tires. I explained that I need 4 new matching tires. The person who called me was extremely embarrassed that the manager would treat the customer like this and was apologetic however the manager would not even talk to me, leaving me on hold until I hung up(about 30 minutes). I have been coming here for years always having all four tires replaced, service work, ect. I will never spend another penny here. I will tell everyone I know how I was treated. I think a complaint with the Better Business Bureau is well earned and certainly lots more reviews telling the world what to expect when you visit this place. To the owner of this establishment, I would say remove this incompetent manager before he destroys your business.Update- three weeks later.The manager is still there. Nothing was done to make this right. Spend your money in an establishment that wants to provide a good service to the community.Check out their ratings on other platforms. The Better Business Bureau gives them an F rating.

I have been a Firestone customer since 2015, this past experience that started Saturday, September 16th has made me never want to return. I found a nail in my tire and I took my vehicle at around noon and I waited for two hours inside the store and then left to go get food and then returned and watched how Vanessa prioritized other customers and my car has yet to be serviced. I called Firestone at 5 pm to check on the status of my vehicle since I was told I will have it back within that day and I have yet to hear anything. Vanessa answered and said they were going to work on it right then. I was outside waiting with my child and I saw a worker get my car and drove it into a garage spot. All he did was park it in the garage and Vanessa told him to not work on my vehicle because this new customer (that didn t have a appointment) walked in saying they need to drive 500 miles home. Mind you I ve been waiting since 12 pm on my vehicle with my child. I was with family members and one of them went inside to ask about my car and Vanessa lied to this family member and said that she never received a call from me and she blamed another worker for the delay of not getting my car serviced. We waited and waited and it was close to closing time (6:50 to be exact) and they never even began servicing my vehicle. We walked inside and Vanessa gave us the story that a family came in and needed their vehicle because they were far from home serviced so Vanessa the Tire Manager made the call of putting these people before servicing my vehicle. My tire was checked at 7:10. Vanessa then called me and informed me that the tire can t be patched due to the nail being close to the wall and informed they won t be able to do anything til Monday. This whole issue that had me go nearly the whole weekend without a vehicle could ve been avoided if Vanessa didn t prioritize certain customers and give horrible service to those she didn t prioritize. She never apologized nor cared to help. She is a liar and I will never trust my vehicle at a Firestone due to her horrible customer service and her horrible job of being a manager. Sunday came (they kept my car overnight since it wasn t drivable) and she called me and told me they can put a similar tire that s the same size for the time being and I asked her if I could schedule to receive the new tire and she said sure we will schedule it at the discussed time. When I went in on Sunday to get my vehicle, she ignored me and walked into the garage acting like she was busy. I spoke with Carl ( who is such a great worker and I truly appreciate him ) and he said Vanessa never scheduled me for Monday and when he was trying to ask Vanessa to double check she avoided him by acting like she was busy and ran into the garage trying to avoid us. Due to Carl, I was able to come in today and get a new tire with no problem and I got my vehicle back at a decent time. Vanessa should not be a manager at Firestone, she provides horrible customer service and due to her horrible service I will never return and my family who have always been Firestone customers are also not returning. She is a shady woman who will call her customers liars and she will tell you one thing but never follows through but lies to your face. She deserves to be fired. Carl deserves the praise in this situation and I appreciate him for fixing a problem that wasn t his.Please beware of Vanessa and always ask for confirmation or paperwork to back up what she says. She is great at lying and will not follow through with what she says.
