I bought a new bike here and Casey made the process really smooth and enjoyable. Steve in the parts department has gone the extra mile for me since with his aftermarket parts recommendations and research. Pretty happy with this place, and their selection rotates constantly, so there's always something new to look at.

Jacob was absolutely amazing throughout the whole experience. He explained everything really well and made sure I understood the information I was given. He kept me informed the entire process and Colby was quick with the signing process too. I would definitely recommend this place!

I've been twice for service. I've had a tire put on my bike and am exhaust swap. On both occasions, they had my bike in and out of their shop in less than 3 hours. Extremely fast in comparison to surrounding shops and reasonable on their labor price.

This place is awesome. My salesman Casey was very helpful from the time I called to driving 3hrs to purchase the bike. It was well worth it. No mark up everything was very straightforward. Top notch service!

Every time I've been to Cycle Shack North the staff have been friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of street and dirt bike apparel, helmets, gloves, tools, fluids, stickers, you name it I'm sure they have it. If they don't have it they do their best to locate what you need and get it to you. They have a great selection of motorcycles, ATVS, side by sides. Makes me wish I was a millionaire so I could buy them all. Lol. Sales guys aren't pushy and they live talking about bikes. Evan over in the parts department is extremely helpful and makes sure you leave happy. I highly recommend going to Cycle Shack for all your motorcycle needs. Especially Honda, Yamaha, and KTM.

Not a good review today, we drive up there, about 40 minutes, then I go to the service desk to ask what need to do for dropping off a dirt bike to get fixed, they tell me to drive around the side and talk to the guys near the lift. So we do that, then once they off-load the bike the guy asked me where my paper work is and the bike info, to which I tell him the guy inside just told me to drive around. So then we drive back around, go back in and when he asks what kind of bike it is, I tell him a Kawasaki 110, to which he tells me they don't work on bikes they don't sell... to which I mention, "that would have been useful info 15 minutes ago"... on top of all that, I had two kids with me, both looking for new helmets, and when i asked a floor guy if anyone could help us find the correct size helmets, he said no, even though there was 3 guys standing behind the counter and only one customer being checked out. all in all, not a good experience at cycle shack today

Travis handled our experience with professionalism from the first call to ultimately purchasing our jet ski. Very knowledgeable about Pwc's. We are going back today to purchase a second one. Nice to experience the passion this young man has for his job. YAMAHA is definitely the best of the best. This supercharged model is a beast to say the least and one heck of an adrenaline rush. Get yours today at the Cycle Shack. Travis is AWESOME!

Had a really great experience here. Travis was my salesman. Came in looking to add another ski to my collection and felt right at home. Closed the deal and ran into a small issue with the impeller. They took care of it and delivered it back to me in days. The crew even adjusted my trailer for me. Communication along the way was stellar. I ve been in the realm of motor sports a while and have never had service like this let alone in Houston. They earned this and my future business.

My motorcycle got into trouble and I went to this place and met Mr. Chandler Theriot. He is professional, friendly and very helpful. He did the best to get my warranty approved and the day, the parts got delivered they fixed the bike in a short time. As I was completely broke to give a Tip to the employees, but I hope leaving a feedback would make mr. Chandler theriot smile. Hey owner of this place, this guy deserves a rise in pay please please appreciate good guys like him.Thank you very much

My fianc� and I came into buy some jet skis. They sold the machines at MSRP with no markups and were really easy to work with. Taylor the salesman was super friendly and knowledgeable. Colby made the finances really easy to understand and kept it straightforward. Overall, I couldn t recommend Cycle Shack North enough for any power sports plans!

Went into Cycle Shack on Saturday 9/3 to buy my 1st bike. Jacob R was such a great help. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I was super nervous since I am doing all of this by myself, this is my 1st bike after all. But he gave me some good pointers and was very helpful. Excited!!!

Just dropped 800 to get valves adjusted and no oil in my bike. Not only did they say I had a major oil leak when they tore it all apart there was no oil leak and the chains about to fall off lol won't be coming back. Thanks for all the hard work

Service department will RIP you off. I took my bikes in to get maintenance done and was told they would contact me with an estimate for further recommendation. Upon their recommendation I asked for just a couple of items to be addressed. They advised me that If I do not get all the work suggested done they do not want the work. Upon pick up and paying the $300 dollar diagnosis fee they gave me my bike back taken apart. When I asked why the bike was not put back together, the response was I told them I dont want them to do the work, but he will put it back together for an extra charge. However, they did leave me a box with all the screws in it. Bad business!

Cycle Shack North has always been the best local power sports business since I've been living north of Houston. They have affordable bikes and quads SxS, great customer service and the technicians do a proper job working on my vehicles. Honestly just the friendly people would keep me coming back if nothing else.

I had looked all over Houston for a Yamaha RMAX4 1000 UTV. I happened to look at Conroe and they just got one in. Taylor was great on the sell and Brian was awesome on finance and paperwork. Excellent experience.Also, this place is awesome. One of the nicest I've seen. Accessory area had tons of stuff. I'll definitely go back for any add ons. One of the few places in Texas to get the gold service certification.If you're looking for ATV, SUV, Bikes, or waverunners then make sure you give them a chance.

Financed my first dirt bike here with Colby. He communicated everything clearly and got me a great rate! Shop also had A great selection of gear to choose from plus they were able to get me a sticker to ride in state forest! One stop shop!

This was the smoothest experience I have ever had at a dealership! I purchased a brand new 2021 CRF250R and Cycle Shack North was awesome. I worked with Colby Gardner in finance and he took great care of me. Made sure I was satisfied, had everything I needed, and got my bike loaded with the awesome hydraulic lift! Zack was there to meet me at the front desk when I came in and made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. I had to get some passes to the National Forest and some stuff for the new bike. Evan took great care of me and made sure I had my passes and the accessories I needed. I would have been in and out in 30 minutes but I got pulled into all the awesome gear and merchandise. If you're a rider, these guys all ride, and understand what its all about for us weekend warriors. This was the first bike I have purchased from Cycle Shack North but I will be buying all of my families toys here in the future. Thanks Y'all!

This place is a dealership. They don't have qualified technicians on hand. A simple front tire change and rim lock would have took them 3 times. Wheel weights are all unseated and not sitting on rim. Tech put the rim lock on wrong to begin with and messed up the anodized coating. I count 6 big weights on a brand new bike that just needed one opposite from the additional rim lock. They must have used my brake disc as a pivot point for tire change because they drag the pads while on a bike stand spinning free and squek like a crooked disc when I do a slow brake. This place is a dealership.Work on your own bike . Go to this place to buy the bike or if you're looking for cheap clothing.

I called and got a quote on putting on a motorcycle tire. It was $30. Once I got there, the guy said he didn't use balance beads. But if I wanted I buy them in the service department. Ok, at about $32 a kit. Then I found out about the disposal free. So the quote went from $30 to $67.00. Then the guy says we don't work on Harleys. Like Harley was a dirty word.I have 3 large Harleys.So now I go to Faith Cycle. They are Harley guy's.

They had the 2022 Honda CRF450RL in stock. I spoke to Keith and he sent me a link for the financing application. We were close on my trade in value and they got me in and out within a couple of hours! I'm very happy with the bike and service!

I couldn t find the motorcycle that I wanted shopping online . No motorcycle dealership had one in stock. I went to a Honda dealer near me, though they said that they could put me on a waiting list .the salesman did not make me feel comfortable and couldn t run out of there fast enough.I drove another half hour north to Conroe, Texas to the Cycle Shack. I felt at home in there. I browsed the inventory and when I was through, the salesman Alirio Amado asked me if he could help me. I wanted a CRF 300L. He explained that this this particular model was in such high demand that people were buying them before the even arrived at the dealership.Alirio asked if I wanted to fill out a buyers order and reserve an incoming 300L. We filled out the Buyers Order and he promised to call me when my motorcycle arrived. I felt like I was home with family and I browsed around the store before I departed.Less than two weeks later Alirio calls me to inform me that my motorcycle has arrived. I was speechless as I thought it was going to be months rather than weeks.The next day at the dealership they filled out all the needed paperwork to complete buying the motorcycle but before we completed that they offered a warranty to me. I have been an amateur mechanic for years and I didn t think that I needed it. Thankfully I listened to the salesman as these new motorcycles are fuel injected and controlled by computers similar to new automobiles. I wisely purchased the warranty .and I am thankful for the peace of mind it provides. As soon as I was done with the purchase agreements Alirio had my motorcycle prepared for riding. Unfortunately it was too cold outside for riding and Alirio loaded it onto my trailer and helped me secure it in the trailer for my trip home.Again .This dealership makes it personal and I felt like a big family there comfortable browsing the merchandise or just talking about motorcycle riding. Great dealership .great people working there. It s further away than my local dealership .but it s worth the drive.
