I called to confirm if a part was in stock and the young lady that answered was very helpful and said yes . So I told her great I will be down later to get it . My name must have appeared on the caller ID because she thanked me by my 1st name . That already felt like good service. I show up and was greeted with all smiles and was helped right away. Donna had already had the part set aside and ready for me . The other 2 gentlemen there were prompt and very friendly to get me all checked out . They verified my part was correct and that it was actually covered under there warranty. Also made sure I had taken the proper steps to correcting my concern and making sure I did also replace additional items that could go wrong with my blower motor . Just the time and effort taken to take care of me and show that they care was amazing . I brought my 4 year old daughter with me and they made her feel at home also . On the way home my daughter said "wow daddy those peoples were super nice." Amazing experience look forward to doing business again . Whomever is the manager there please know you have a a amazing team .

TJ went above and beyond. We had a bigger issue with our battery (the connections) than we realized. Amazing customer service and just what an amazing guy. I don't know what you pay this man Auto Zone but I think he deserves a raise.

Fantastic experience. I got a scare on the freeway and pulled into see what was up w my vehicle. Both young men went out of their way to help me and made me feel much better. I'm grateful to them both.

My five star review for this Autozone store location for having such dedicated and helping staff. I was helped by a worker named T.J. diagnosing my Mercedes Benz headlight failure. I was explained by him about different options that I had to resolve my problem. He took his time and selflessly fixed my headlights and he got me back on the road as I was desperate at the time for help. A helping hand like him puts Autozone on top of my list to go to first for my next automotive part needs.

Josh at the 1801 autozone was outstanding with his help! I came in not knowing exactly where my order was and definitely helped my day go by easier, he also called all locations around me to see if they had it. Props to the service at this autozone.

Terrible service. Trying to find out why Service Battery Charging System light is on. Starting with the battery. Young man comes out with the tester n proceeds to tell me to take battery apart to test then walks back in to store until Im ready. It's almost 10. Wouldn't things move faster if you helped? Oh I know what to do but don't do it everyday. Well son, I hope we get you out of here b4 10..

From the time that I walked in to the time I walked out I had great customer service experience with Amanda, and he needed a new battery that morning, and she greeted me with a smile on her face from the beginning of the transaction to the end of the transaction.I have a black Q x56 infinity and she went right to work on the computer finding me the right battery. She even took the new battery out to my car, placed it in the car and took the old battery with her back in the store. Thank you Amanda for your great customer service. I greatly appreciate it.

Really helpful and friendly? Stopped in the Conroe store last night (fri 4/6/18) @ about 9:15pm because my turn signals stopped working. The guy came to my car to check fuses, he also checked my battery, alternator and starter-my car was dead 2 days before. The other guy told me a couple of things it could be as well. We didnt find the cause but not for lack of trying. Thanks you guys!

I recently visited this location as I am new to the area and I was very pleased to be helped by Imelda. She was so welcoming and helpful. Her knowledge of helping me with replacing my windshield wipers. I didn t know what size or what to get, she helped me through it all and installed it for me. She s so sweet and so helpful, I appreciate her! Thank you Imelda and I ll be back for any other future car needs.

Bought a car battery here for almost 200$ and I put in myself in the parking lot and no one offered to help install it and they are supposed to offer free installation. Very disappointed but needed the battery immediately

I sometimes don't know what I need for my car. So, when the weather was terribly cold, I pulled in & the folks here helped me put some much needed antifreeze in my car. I really thanked them for this...

Leah, the store manager and Jesse were very helpful. I was checking my fuse box and they assisted me even when they weren't required to. They helped me resolve my issue fast and we're very helpful. I recommend this store

PURE LAZINESS! Don't come here. Called to order a part that an employee told me I could do. Tell me why I call and he's being rude as he'll about ordering the part. Constantly cutting me off, then begins to say how I could do it myself. Truly sad. You got people needing and wanting jobs then you got people like this who don't even want to do their job.

^ that is the tip of 1 star, she doesn't even deserve a full star. A Female Management member sat on her phone while a new hire struggled to find a bulb I needed. With none on the shelf and 44 bulbs on hand, said Management member seemed really displeased that I stopped at her store because I had been pulled over for a taillight bulb being out. She only looked up from her phone once, obviously mad, and said "44 on hand?" "Pshh, who knows

I held the door open as an employee was approaching the entrance with his hands full. He walked past me and into the store not even making eye contact or saying "thank you." The one who waited on me wanted to make sure I got exactly the right product for my equipment and researched it online before selling it to me. I was impressed with how much he "owned" his job. Props!

Just a good all around auto parts store. I have bought quite a bit of parts and fluids from this place. They are always very helpful and usually knowledgeable enough to talk me through my problems. Store is clean and well maintained. Minus 1 star for selling me a returned Optima battery as new, which took me going to another store to fix.

As a commercial business owner AutoZone is the best and I mean the best parts supplier any speed freak or adrenaline junkie could ask for they have everything from header wrap for my performance headers on a new toy.... To some of the most tedious critical parts that are hard to track down I've never had any of the Duralast brand sale on any of my clients in the three years I've been in business they back their warranty as far as that goes and they advice that the customer service specialist or commercial specialists Gabe is usually pretty knowledgeable depending on how long they been at the store or working for AutoZone. I love this freaking store I'll never have an account anywhere else as long as there open for business

I ordered a couple of parts online for pick up on this location, I paid for it already then a guy called saying he don't have the other part so he said he can cancel my order and I will get refunded, I said ok np. 3 weeks later I still didn't get my refund back on my card. I called the store and he said my order is not on their record,, nonsense I think somebody deleted my order and pocketed my money, it shows on my account that i ordered and paid to this store.

Our car wasn t turning over the correct way and we thought it was simply the battery. The associate that checked our car said was the alternator. We made an appointment with our dealership and, turns out, it really WAS JUST the battery. Taking off some stars because it should have been an obvious find, considering that s a huge part of what they do throughout the day.
