My family has been coming here for years and they always treat us right. I'm very thankful that they are very helpful with my elderly mom. Nihar is great and we definitely recommend his shop.

I m a female so you just expect that you will be taken advantage of in this industry, but come to Auto Care Center, where I promise you that you will get the best care the lowest prices anywhere. I ve been going there for 10 or more years and have always been satisfied!

I've been coming here for over ten years. Great service, price is always reasonable and very honest people. They don't try and sell filters or other parts that "need" changing.

Called to ask about just swapping springs off an old strut onto a new one. Wanted $62 per strut just to swap springs over (that s more than the price of a strut). When I said that was pretty expensive the guy on the phone sarcastically said we ll you don t have that tool do you? . Pretty rude customer service in my opinion.

Very busy place as they provide many service from repairing cars, oil change, passing, registration and even selling cars. I bought my car from them and so far happy with my decision.Nihad was recommended and he didn t disappoint me at all

I have been using this business for at least 10 years. They have always given me excellent service on all of my automobile repairs. In addition they take the time to explain why the components on several of my vehicles has stopped working. I highly recommend them to anyone. I BELIEVE IN GOING ONLY TO THE BEST OF THE BEST AND THIS PLACE IS EXACTLY THAT.. THERE ARE NO OTHER WORDS TO DESCRIBE HOW AMAZING THIS PLACE REALLY IS.. THE PRICES ARE AWESOME AND THE WORK AND SERVICE THAT THEY PROVIDE IS ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY!! They have worked on my vehicle as well as my wife's and my wife has been coming here longer than I have.. after we got married she introduced me to this place and I have never gone anywhere else.. A friend recommended them about 4 years ago. Have used them for all my auto needs big and small. They have supported and walked me through some tough situations. I would not go anywhere else. I have this place several times. I had to use the Toyota dealer here in Conroe & wasted my money.The service here is old school & exceptional. He is fair in his pricing & will be very honest & give good advice if needed.

My family has been using this place for years and I have to disagree with the woman who said the older gentleman is rude! Maybe since you think he has dementia, you should have compassion! My daughter, mother and I all have used him and yes he is a bit forward but their service is great. Maybe you had an attitude when you went??Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I had a great experience at this shop when I brought my car some two weeks ago. The mechanic went straight to the point about what was wrong with the car and what would need to be replaced. It was taken care of within a few hours and I was able to pick up my car. This was unlike a mechanic shop I took my car to a few months back. Overall, I was pleased with the service. The price was fair too. Will recommend.

Worst experience ever. I arrived at the shop at 7:30am for a car inspection. The man who opened the shop told me that they did not do state inspections until 8am and rudely walked away. I decided to wait until 8 and moved my car out of the bay. At 8am I'm still waiting and a new car shows up. Right away the same man who spoke to me starts helping the new customer. And the customer after that! I had already returned my car to the bay at 8am and he skipped me twice. The guy never acknowledged me or apologized. I would give it zero starts if I could. I ended up bringing my car to another shop down the road.

Excellent, friendly service. I've mostly gone here for the quick vehicle inspections for the past 10+ years, but the minor vehicle work I've had done went well too. Prices were fair and competitive and the turnaround was sooner than I expected.

I have be getting my truck serviced here for over 10 yrs. The Service here has always been fast and reliable. Everyone is personable, patient and friendly. I have always gotten a far price for the services, large or small.

HONEST! FAST! INFORMATIVE!i took my car in at 5:30pm (they close at 6) asked what it would cost to diagnose what was wrong. the guy told me right away what was wrong and said "its a little late today, but we can have the parts ordered and fixed by tomorrow." WOW! i bet if i told him i needed it back that night, he would have made it happen. he was extremely honest and compassionate to the situation. i could tell he cared. got the car back the next day at a fair price. its hard to find such a great auto repair, but i have found mine for life!

These amazing folks saved the day for my children and I on an emergency stop. Boy did I luck upon the right place! Before we barely settled in to the waiting room, they had ot diagnosed, part ordered, and ready to have us out of there in an hour. All at a fair price. This gentleman, along with his staff, are a godsend!

Some people here have said this place is honest, but let me go into depth on this:My fianc� and I came from North Freeway Hyundai after they recommended a full coolant and radiator flush, because at the very least, I knew the price at Auto Care would be better. When I told them what I was looking to get done to the car, they told me they didn't think the flush was necessary because of the low miles (I don't know much about cars). They then proceeded to check the car out with me and show me why this flush was uneccesary. They could have so easily just performed the service I requested, and made a buck off me, but they are more ethical than that, and I am writing this to say thank you. Auto Care will be the only place we bring our vehicles, and I recommend anyone reading this does the same.On a side note, I have been bringing all my cars here for three years off and on (this was not my first time) but I will sometimes go elsewhere if I am not in Conroe (but not anymore!) So I can truly say the service is great, the people are the best, and they will always be honest with you!Edit: 4 years later, still the only place I go. Still the best.Service: Oil change

Went in today for the first time and I Would recommend this shop to anyone. Great people run the shop and I was amazed by their honesty. I went in there thinking I needed major repairs and they assured me that all I needed was a hose. In and out in less than an hour. Just moved to the Conroe area and found my new mechanic shop.

He is a very bad person. He said my wheel bearing replacement would cost around 1300, i went to Leo's automotive and they did it for 440. He is slimy and doesn't care about anything but money. Stay away from this place.Go to Leo's automotive. You don't trust me, go to discount tire, they will recommend you to the same place.

Super nice guys very laid back chill and get things done in a timely manner. Convenient and honest is what I got when I took my car there I definitely have been back since and will be back again and would refer anyone to these nice that work there they know what they're doing and they're on point with getting it done quick and hurry

This place is wonderful! They've always been fair and honest. Never had any further problems with anything they've fixed. Highly recommended!!!
