I am brand new to the RV world. Roland helped me pick out the perfect RV for me and Charlie went out of his way to deliver it. These guys go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. I will definitely be referring friends and family to them.

A MUST read! After months of searching for an RV , we found this place! We are Super glad we did! Kevin was a great help, he helped us find what was best for our family and even helped on the price cause of our budget! Kevin didn t try to sell us he was just simply trying to help us even if it meant us not buying here! Also the RV s we saw were all nice and not run down like most places we saw. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a nice on a budget RV! Ohhhhh and ask for KEVIN he s your guy!

After months of searching, and dealing with other dealerships that were less than helpful and salesman who were even less honest, I was finally blessed to find AmericaGoRV in Comfort. I called and spoke to Charles and asked about a particular unit. Charles was willing to come in on his day off to show me this unit because of my work schedule and within an hour, I found my new-to-me fifth wheel! All the frustrations I went through at the other places and with the other salesman were nonexistent with Charles and AmericaGoRV! Absolutely recommend them! You won t be sorry!!!

LOOKED UP THEOWNER ON CARFAX TOGET INFO on the motorhome. AMERICAGORV SAID IT WAS A ONE OWNER. They lied it was owned by 4 previously. The name they told us said they had never owned an Rv. USE CAUTION!!!!!Would not recommend them!!!!.

If you are in the market for a RV of any kind, this is the only company to buy from. I have never met such incredible people. They wholeheartedly go out of their way to provide the very best service and the very best priced product. I flew from AZ to TX and it was so worth it. They are so knowledgeable, helpful and kind. The communication is excellent. Curtis (my amazing salesman and one of the nicest men on Earth) Charlie, Val and Slade....what a team! Honorable mention to the lovely Heather. Val made a difference in my post buying experience....she knows her stuff and is the Chihuahua you want on your team Charlie has put together an awesome, customer based team and is a super guy. Thank you all for being the #1 best company I have ever dealt with! I thank you all sincerely and will tell the world about your wonderful company.

We recently purchased a GD 340RDS from AmericaGoRV in Comfort TX. We are in CO and were worried about buying an RV several hundred miles away but Curtis put us at ease and answered all of our questions. He worked with us on the price and included a great warranty to ensure we could receive quality care in the future. The process of completing the paperwork and arranging payment was a breeze with no concerns. Once we arrived in Comfort, met the team and Cody gave us our walkthrough on the new-to-us rig and was very knowledgeable and patient with our questions. The entire team made us feel welcome and ensured we were aware that we could contact them at any time with questions. We could not have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend AmericaGoRv in Comfort TX to anyone considering an RV purchase.

Please do your research before buying here.If you do buy, please, please get an outside inspection. The salesperson will lie to your face. The general manager is no better. They sold us an RV that was damaged in a recent hail storm, never told us it was damaged. I found out when I was asking the service manager about several issues, he said, " That's from the hail storm. You should have been told that." I was livid. The GM said yes. Several RVs were damaged. However, he inspected all of them himself. The windshield was cracked, we were waiting on a new one to come in, wherever I called my salesperson to see if the front window came in, he stated " that's not my job, you need to check with the service department " really you can't just call him and ask real quick? It's like 20 steps from your office. Very poor work ethics. I spoke to the salesperson another time regarding the hail damaged window, I told him I would be calling corporate regarding being put off, and he stated, " Don't threaten me." We realized upon our first trip we didn't have a paper plate, I called the office and spoke to the GM, and he stated everything was sent to the DMV, and all of the plates get delivered every Tuesday , ha never did get them, I called the DMV, it was never registered and a month had passed, therefore every time I called they said the license plate hadn't come in knowing good and well they never sent in the paperwork to the DMV, another lieThey told me one lie after another.I found the RV on Facebook advertisement, and I showed my friend. She said, " Yes, call this person. We sold our RV on consignment there. " So when I called him the first time, he was told it was a referral from her. Once we bought the RV , he said to tell her to come this week and pick up her check. That was another run around and a bag of lies. First, he told her that no, the check has to come from corporate,after a week he saud no you have to come in and sign tax paperwork. Eventually, she did get it but had to jump through hoops.Yes, they did finally take the RV back. I would not recommend anyone to this business.A big thank you to Slade, the service manager. He's the only good thing this business has.

I had a very positive experience with AmericaGoRV in Comfort, TX. Kevin, Slade, Charlie, and Curtis were all super friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable about every question I had. 5 stars, would recommend.

They don t take care of you after the sale. Wouldn t even make an extra key or come fix some things and I offered to pay.

Seller beware. What started off as a good experience for selling our camper, this business did not deliver what it what it agreed to do. Get everything in writing because their word is no good. No matter what their rebuttal to this review is, just know that they did not deliver on what they told me they would do. Additionally, they promised me one amount and then said that they couldn t move it for that amount. I got $3000 less than they promised. I never found out how much profit they made.

I got a better deal here than anywhere near me and drove from several states away to pick up my travel trailer. Curtis and Charlie have been very helpful and continue to assist me whenever I have questions or concerns as I learn about my trailer. My overall experience was great and I highly recommend this dealership!

Upon leaving the big apple, we hit the road on search for an rv. After an arduous hunt, we finally found ours on the outskirts of Comfort, Texas at AmericaGoRv. With high quality inventory in a relaxed and easy going atmosphere, Charlie and Curtis helped us to find a really good camper. True professionals- they were very patient during the entire process. On the day of pick-up, Slate ensured our camper was road ready, and gave us a thorough walk thru. Big thanks to the team in Comfort. We are diggin our rv. Customers for life. Brian & Georgette
