Our SUV was serviced by your establishment at a reasonable price, and the necessary repairs were performed well. However, we encountered an issue when the antifreeze residue remained after a pump replacement, resulting in an unpleasant odor. Subsequently, we decided to bring in our truck for service, and unfortunately, we experienced some challenges. Communication was difficult as there was no response initially, and upon arriving, our truck wouldn't start. Your team managed to rectify the issue, but shortly after taking the truck home, it broke down again within 5 minutes of use. While your staff was courteous, we have concerns about the overall quality of the service provided.

These guys are absolutely outstanding! We were traveling from far West New Mexico to far East Texas and the turbo on our truck bit the dust while pulling our 5th Wheel. We didn't know this area at all but coasted in to this town and limped it to the only shop we could find on that side of the highway. They quickly diagnosed the problem, gave us an ETA on parts and a general idea of cost. They had it repaired and out the door on the day they said they would and even kept an eye on the 5th Wheel while it was parked on their lot while they waited for parts. I HIGHLY recommend this shop. I wish all shops I have been to over my lifetime were this good.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

We were driving back from Abilene to Fort Worth and my husband had a "misunderstanding" with a concrete base of a light pole. The concrete won the argument and we had to stop and get some help to get us back home safely. The liner inside the wheel well was rubbing against the tire. We saw Neal's Automotive and thought they might could help us. Mr. Terry Neal, the owner was a true Godsend. He knew what we needed to get us back on our way. We offered him cash for his time, help and trouble, which took only about 10 minutes, and he refused to take our money! What a kind, servant-hearted gentleman! Thank you Terry, we would have given you 10 stars if we could! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!Service: Body & Trim

Absolutely the BEST! Call Stacy and she'll make sure Adam knows what you need and gets it done as quickly as possible!I was driving up from Florida to Abilene Texas and thought my muffler had come off. But the honest people, Stacy and Adam, made sure the right problem was fixed.. which turned out to be a spark plug and were straight up honest with me! I love it when you find a place where the people are trustworthy even when they know you're from way out of town! Thanks again y'all and thank you Ryan for suggesting them then towing my van

Neal's automotive is one of the best car shops in the area of Clyde and beats out every car shop I've been to in Abilene they work with you and your budget and there professional work is top notch I tell all my friends about there great service and experience I've had over the years with Neal's automotive. I give them a 5 star rating quality service and works well with all there customers and the lady's are nice and easy to talk to

I will never forget this place! I was on the road and needed my fuel tank drained, and a new diesel fuel filter because I accidently put some DEF in my fuel tank. They worked me right in quickly, and had the job done right in 2 hours time so I could continue on my trip back to Arizona! They did an excellent job and I highly recommend them!!

Honest professional mechanic are so very hard to find nowadays! They're reasonable very helpful !ladies you can take your vehicle there and don' have to worry about them screwing you over ? Because there's a very experienced intelligent woman that works there! I highly recommend these people ! they will not you screw you around !

Road tripping it and hit something hard on the road which caused a bubble to develop on our tire side wall. Neal s was the closest so we stopped, not wanting a blowout.They took a quick look at it and checked their tire stock to determine if they had our tire. They did not have our tire in stock but they were very helpful. They changed to our spare so we could make the 20 miles to the next tire shop and didn t charge us anything.We were in and out of there in 10 min. Really helpful and even offered my husband a job. :)

They were great! Traveling from Cali to Fl., truck broke down in Clyde after 6 p.m of course! Part store was closed so the office lady gave us a ride to a hotel for the night and even picked us up in the a.m after the truck was fixed. They were priced well and all very nice!! Texas hospitality at it's best!

Best service ever! I broke down about 3 hrs from home. The manager brought a battery to me on the side of the highway. She did this so i could save a tow charge. I drove to their shop for repairs. They fixed my truck in a couple of hours for a great price! Highly recommend them

Great repair shop. They fixed a broken door locking mechanism in 5 minutes and no charge. Saved me hundreds of dollars at the dealer.

I broke down on I-20. Towed to my nearest NAPA repair shop. These guys knocked out my repair overnight and had me back on the road first thing. Super impressed and they were so kind.

Great people and great service. Labor is half the cost of what the dealership in town is. Communication was great absolutely no surprises, never was there a time I didn't know exactly what they were going to be doing to my truck. We found our new mechanic .

Had a blowout on the interstate headed west just outside of Baird, Texas. Called ahead and Neal s Automotive was helpful and friendly from the start.If you re in need of anything auto related in the area I highly recommend them.

Took excellent care of me, and my car. Had my serpentine belt and water pump replaced within an hour and a half, including the time it took them to locate all the parts. Everyone who works there is incredibly nice, especially Lori (she will probably answer the phone if you call). Also, after searching the internet for what I should expect the parts and labor to cost me, I can say that these guys do an incredible job for an incredible price!

I use Neal's for both my diesel truck and my wife's car for over 4 years now. Terry is very knowledgeable and is able to fix my vehicles without a problem and for a way better price than what the dealerships charge.

I'm from our of town and started having engine problems. Pulled in and they checked the car it needed a spark plugs wire. They had a spare that would fit and had me back on the road in 30 minutes. They we're honest day and friendly. Thank you.
