HIGHLY recommend! They fixed my windshield in like 15 minutes and it turned out looking perfect! I didn t noticed I left my wallet there after I left, 40 minutes later the lady in the admin office showed up at my house with my wallet! The nicest thing someone can do and I m so grateful! If that doesn t tell you about the character of the business and the people working for it I don t know what does. Thank you so very much!

DO NOT!!! I REPEAT... do not use this company. I have tons of photos of their incomplete work to my car where my car has water damage on the inside now due to improperly installing a rear window to one of my vehicles. The owner even made a statement about my car sitting up, which had nothing to do with the windshield not being properly installed.They have given me the runaround on replacing my windshield/remediating the water/mildew damages to my car after they didn't properly seal either sides of the back glass. The owner came out unexpectedly without calling and said he would fix the area which was their fault for not being properly sealed. Now one week later, the other side has popped off as well.They also left glass in the yard, which he advised that I should clean up.....As you can see with the pictures, because of the improper window installation, the vehicle now has damage throughout-- mildew, etc....Update 4/14/23 - the owner still hasn't corrected the issue. Still praying for them all. To a God be the glory forever and ever amen.God is not asleep. Jesus bless you all.

Had the windshield on my truck replaced here a month ago. Very good price and prompt service. Brought my Toyota here after trying twice to glue back the rear view mirror myself. They glued it back on for me at no charge! Great place with super friendly staff! I'll recommend them to anyone!

When I took vehicle in ..guys where very knowledgeable..I thought I needed a windshield..well on top under the gasket was a spot of rust "pinhole size" enough for water to zip in..couldn't see it if gasket was on .. well they are amazing ..not only got a new windshield repaired the pinhole so no further damage would happen..My pleasure doing business and yes absolutely will come back to them and strongly would recommend them. I give them 5 stars

spent more time worrying about if my windshield crack was fixable than they did on fixing it very quick service and that s because the crack was big.they re spanish friendly and can even give you a quote on how much a replacement is if needed.

I first went to HIGH TECH place for windshield and they pretty much turned me away and I found this place. They were able to just fix the less than quarter sized chip on my windshield despite my tinted windshield and staff were all very kind

Pulled up at the shop in my '07 BMW and they immediately took care of two huge rock chips for a very reasonable cost. No other company in the area would even answer the phone. Highly recommend.

Vulture decided to fly into my window on a trip down to Freeport. Called LE Ducros services and they fixed my windshield the next morning. Worked with my warranty company so I didn t have to pay a dime. Louis was very friendly and we were in and out with a new windshield in no time. 10/10 would recommend!

I have had several windshields in different vehicles fixed by Mr. Ducros. He is very Knowledgeable and extremely reasonable and fair in price. I will not use anyone but him to fix my windows. I definitely recommend using his shop.

Terrible experience. We have a brand new vehicle got a crack in the windshield. My wife brought it in to be replaced (I was out of town) and the installer damaged the headliner and fabric covering the pillar. Our brand new vehicle now has cuts and scrape marks along the interior trim due to the installer. Installer also left black smudges and prints all over the interior tan cloth of the vehicle, some of which we can't get out. The windshield creeks and makes a popping sound whenever you turn the wheel or go over a small bump. We contacted the dealership and upon inspected it told us that the windshield was the wrong one for the vehicle. We told the installer that they needed to use the OEM replacement windshield and they claimed it was not necessary. Now the collision warning system does not work, because the windshield they used has a black section covering the sensors. Called the company back to have it replaced with the correct windshield and it's been over two weeks with no call back. Finally we had to get the insurance company involved. Terrible service, sloppy install, incorrect windshield. My recommendation is to NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
