Nassar is excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience. Will definitely be back. Prices for oil change vary depending on vehicle, but are not unreasonable. Kar express can also handle other mechanical issues. Highly recommend.

Overcharged me for an oil change. I went to the TJ s an oil change for the same exact vehicle and same exact synthetic oil was $30 cheaper than what I was charged. I would not recommend this place to anyone especially women he will overcharge you because they don t think you know anything. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!

There are parts changers and there are mechanics. Nasser and his brother are mechanics. They have a great service to offer and I can appreciate their sincere honesty. You will not be disappointed.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Incredible customer service. Very Honest people. Only place I go for anything mechanical from oil change to brakes to whatever. Plus They wash your car for free with your oil change. Highly recommend over other places in the area who will rip you off telling you that you need extra stuff. Fair price. Genuine, nice workers.

Unfortunately I have to put one star on this business just to let you know how horrible my visit was. Not only did I get cussed at, they messed up on a simple oil change. What business hires a person & they forget to put proper amount of oil back in my vehicle which caused me to have vehicle issues (engine is now locked up). When I brought it to the management's attention they had the nerve to tell me that they were not responsible and were not going to help me out. I'm now a single mother of two kids and no vehicle. Please make sure who works on your vehicle so this doesn't happen to you in the future.This place is a joke and so are the employees!

Management replied by saying I m lying. Surprise? No! Post pictures of outside of car AFTER YOU HAD TO WASH IT TWICE! Why not post pictures of the damaged screen?!?! Bad business practices continue!GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Zero stars!! Damaged my vehicle!! Took my vehicle in for a oil change and free car wash. They had my vehicle in their care for 30 mins. Damaged forever!! Car wash guy walked away from my vehicle and gave me a wait a minute hand signal. Then came back and said vehicle was ready to go. As I went to the vehicle it was still dripping wet. Immediately I saw it had been damaged! They refused to own their fault and denied responsibility! I told them accidents happen but they needed to take ownership and they completely went rogue. At the end they told me they aren t responsible and to get a lawyer. Good advise! If you don t need a lawyer to get a oil change, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent service. Nasser has saved me money and frustration. Other mechanics were telling my daughter she needed a new ac compressor for her Toyota and Nasser fixed it with an ac service. Saved me $1800.00

They had me in and out very quickly. The service was beyond excellent. I wish I had came with more cash to tip these guys, I will definitely come back here and recommend.

We were working on our Jeep in the parking lot near the shop. Didn't bring all the tools we needed. Went and asked the manager, Hani Elalee, if we could borrow a tool. He kindly came over and assisted us (even though we were not a customer of his). Very friendly and helpful!

Stopped to vacuum front seat (had a hand full of quarters) and an EXTREMELY rude man came up and flipped switch off!! Loudly & hatefullly exclaiming "ITS A FULL SERVICE AUTO WASH"I even tried to give him my handful of quarters because he was hard to understand!!I never indicated I wasnt going to run my vehicle thru his stupid ancient car wash & told him it would have been a full service wash f you hadnt been so rude!FYI, TJ'S IS LESS THAN A MILE TOWARD ANGLETON & THEY ARE TOP OF THE LINE.

Very honest , good customer service, I took my car to this shop and I m glad I did , because my old mechanic told me my car need a lot of work to be done and gave me a estimate of $2,500 so I decided to have a second openion and came to Kar Express the guys checked my car And told me what needed to be fix and I gave them my car to fix it , only cost me $900 , saved a lot of money :) My car is running good and I m very happy..I m glad I came to them for a second opinion..Thank you allDefinitely I recommend this place

Shop under new management and ownership good people fair with pricing and great service. Didn't try to up sell on services and parts I didn't need will recommend to anyone.
