These folks were recommended by a friend. We had a really great experience having our sedan repaired over the summer after someone backed into it. A minor repair fixed right. These are very friendly people and do great work. This shop is a big step up in service and quality from the fancier shops in the area. These folks are like family. UPDATE: As luck would have it we had a parking lot incident in our other car a few months later. They handled it as well. Lovely work again. A hassle-free experience. Thank you.

Damien s always delivers great work at a price that shows high value. You get more than you pay for. My wife just commented on how clean the entire interior is. Not just where they worked. Thankful for good businesses run be people committed to integrity and excellent workmanship.

I can't even begin to say how much everyone @ Damian Paint & Body go out of their way to serve!My car looks fantastic! When car rental didn't drop car off, one of the ladies drove me there. I sat in waiting area & they offered coffee but I couldn't drink Foldgers so someone brings me a tray of K cups to decide from. They washed my car & tires! Also took all the pictures I needed for ins & sent them. They are truly amazing!! Thank u so much!

This is a very family oriented business, and great people to do business with. I enjoyed Every step of the process from getting the estimate all the way through picking my truck up after the repairs. They did a great job on my truck and you can t even tell where the damage was. I will be using them in the future and will be sending all of my family and friends their way as well. From day one the Damian s treated me like family not just another customer! Their service is outstanding! My SUV looks like nothing ever happened to it brand new and they also cleaned and detailed it when I received it!! 12/20/22. Went in for a quote. I work construction and making it to places before they close can be difficult. These guys let me come in right before closing and had me in and out in 10 minutes. Friendly people.

Wow! Is all I can say! Truly the best place in Texas! A little background: I m 46, female and an experienced vehicle owner and have no problem performing routine mechanical maintenance on my vehicles. I have had my fair share of experience as well with Auto Body and Paint Shops. I never expected to be as impressed with this business as I am today on my first visit. I walked in expecting to be either taken advantage of or ignored. I was greeted immediately by Hector and the two cosmetic issues on my car were fixed in 20 min complimentary! Enterprise rental dropped the ball with a car and the owner himself drove me to work. All staff are gracious, kind and eager to help in any way! You don t find that much these days. I was a self pay (no insurance involved) and brought in a fender for them to paint for me. I was quoted a few days to do. The next day I asked them to go ahead and put it on for me. This was on a Thursday. Monday at 5:00, my truck was ready washed and polished and the paint matched perfectly. Great job and friendly personnel. I will use again and will recommend to my friends and family.

Fantastic customer service. They made my truck look like new quickly and on the day the promised. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for work done right. Friendly customer service and quick to hell you out. Definetly use these guys for your auto needs.

So I may be a little biased, but John and Ellen took care of my 2010 Chevy Avalanche. I was backed into at HEB and having never filed an insurance claim, I was a little overwhelmed with the process. John and Ellen took the ball and ran with it. They kept me up to date on all steps of the process and made sure I had a ride to and from the car rental company. My repair was done in a timely fashion and i have been happy with the results since. I would highly recommend them to any and everyone.

Poor communication, our vehicle was in their shop for a whole month for a door repair. I had to call each and everytime for an update on our vehicle. And then when we recieved our vehicle back a month later the window switch was not even reattached and they made it seem like it was our fault. I have used them before and didnt have a problem but will Likely Not use them again. Communication is Key to good customer service and they have not followed thru. Totally disappointed with the service we have recieved.

I am a repeat customer. They do all the communication with insurance, call car rental, and do great work. They have also done out of pocket work because its a good price and great work. Highly recommend

$1800 for 2 rust spots. Way way overpriced. I have 97 f350 that's worse than the ranger I took and got quoted 1400 for it by another reputable shop. Noome quoted me more than $1000 for the 2 rust spots and a third one.

Do NOT leave any valuables in your vehicle. There employees will take them. I had a $70 bottle of cologne stolen from my car when they had it to replace my fender. They have a sign on there wall that says they are not responsible for items left in your vehicle. So they are basically telling there employees to go ahead and take whatever items are left in the customers vehicle. Absolutely absurd... plus they did a poor job of putting things back together. My father owns a body shop in Michigan. I wish I was closer soon could take my vehicles there.

So I put my car in this shop to have a panel replaced after a friend backed into it. They told me it would be about 2 weeks. I brought it to them on June 7-8th and I STILL haven't gotten it back. For two weeks they told us that it was still being painted but come to find out they had screwed up the placement on the new panel and had to redo it. They told us every week, "oh it'll be ready next tuesday." And every week its the same story. Will NEVER take my vehicle back here again.

Damian charged the insurance company $17000.00 and there was NOT $17000.00 worth of damage FIXED!. I was without my truck for almost 4 months, when I do get my truck back it has to go back in the shop again. He claimed that suspension damage, and the motor mount barely hanging on is HIDDEN damage! Then when my husband tried to show him, he wouldn't even look. He wouldn't shut up to even hear the concerns. Finally when we told him that we are holding him responsible for any liabilities he had sent to a REAL mechanic. I get my truck back again, and I break down. This time I call my insurance company and file a claim, they have it towed to a REPUTABLE body shop. I am told that there is NOT $17000.00 worth of work done, the quality of work is POOR, and projects are INCOMPLETE!!!Damian is liar and thief! He should close his shop down! Do NOT take your vehicle to his shop!Now my insurance is determining on whether or not my vehicle is totaled, because the frame damage is so bad. Since Damian's didn't bother to tell the insurance adjuster that it should have been totaled in the first place. He waited unitl after he charged the insurance $17000.00 then wrote my lawyer a letter saying that my truck will never be fixed right. So now I am calling TDI to file a claim against there business. John Damian is joke just like his ability to repair vehicles!

Poor communication skills. They were supposed to only have my car 4 days returned rental only to find out car wasn't going to be ready till the next wk. When asked to be called for status update the day prior to next scheduled day again no call and when called still didnt know when it would be finished.

This is my second experience at Damien paint and body in Clute Texas The first time was fantastic they did great work and it was quickly finishedBut the second time not only did they do great work again and finished before I had expected it to be done but they worked with the insurance company at length because this time the lady that hit me had crappy insurance and her insurance did not want to payThey got the insurance to take care of all of the repairs when I could not even get her insurance company on the phoneI am very very pleased with the customer service that John and Ellen offer at this business and they have earned my trust and loyalty
