Again one of the less expensive gas stations in the area. They have air, water, diesel, and also wheelchair accessible

After moving from out of state and being blessed by working at store 39 Denton I m honored to say that store #1 meets the expectations of the Buc-ees reputation!Way to go guys maintaining friendliness, cleanliness and in stock!

Why do you allow the blonde middle aged manager to always be eating at the register she also allows her employees to carry on conversations and ignore customers. She's extremely rude and have over heard her talking about customers as they walk out. I hate going when she is working worst run store by far and that's sad coming from a lake Jackson resident... She needs Retrained or terminated

This is one of the smaller stores. However, it is close to my house so I come here often. There are a couple ofOther stores around but Bucees is clean and the only place I will get fountain drinks.

Had a man walk in the bathroom on me while I was using the toilet in the ladies room, manager said well he was painting the doors and was at the other bathroom (men's) then moved over to woman's and didn't know someone was in there. Sooo...no signs, no nothing, and he couldn't have knocked? It's just fine? I go in there multiple times a day and fuel my work vehicle there. No more. I'll stop elsewhere.

My wife and I love Buc-ees more than your average Texan. We sought this location out on our way to the coast because it's the original Buc-ees...#1. That's right, the very first store of one of the great chain establishments in the state. This location is very small compares to most Buc-ees that we've been too, but that wasn't our problem with the store...the problem is that there's no recognition of it's historical status at ALL. No "The Original Buc-ees" commemorative t-shirts, no plaque recognizing Mr. Alpin or Mr. Wasek, no pic of them with their first $. I dunno, I feel like it's an important landmark that's missing a historical marker. It's a decent gas station and convenience store, but it's also more than that and it's to bad that visitors aren't made aware of it.

July 28, 1982, Arch III opened this store at 899 Oyster Creek Drive. This is the First Buc-cee's location every established in the United States. Lake Jackson/Clute should be proud. I remember my dad stopping here and getting donuts for us back in the 80's and 90's. Proud to have this in my home town.

Sold me a car wash at the pump only to find out it s closed. Went inside and they told we don t refund car washes . Well that s kinda like theft as far as I m concerned since I don t live next to a Bucees.

The Cashier did not put all my Merchandise in my bag. I was passing thru on my way from Austin. So when I got home I called them and get a recording that you have to email them they do not answer phones at any location and you cannot find a phone nbr for their Corp office and they will not respond to your emails if you don t have all kinds of problems getting it to work. This is terrible customer service. They Obviously do not want to handle their employees mistakes not give you back your money for their mistakes. I call this Theft although I don t think that was the cashiers intent. I think she was more interested in finding out why I was there for her company then forgot to put the merchandise in my bag. Either way the company should make it easy for their customers to resolve the issue. I want the Merchandise or my money back and I want the company to be held accountable. I travel a lot and do not need to lose money because employees know that they are not accountable for there mistakes. I can image how much money they make for these types of mistakes. This was a $20.00 item and a very busy store so think of the money they make by making it difficult for you to get your money back. Good rackett if you ask me: I m a nice person but when a company doesn t respond and makes it impossible to contact them I have a real problem with them and their Ethics. I spent over $100.00 and my husband also purchased gas. This is notA small amount for just passing thru. This was their Temple store. I will give them another day then I call the Better Business Bureau.

The have the best prices on gas, sodas, milk, chips and there coffee and food is delicious. Not all Buc-ee's have the big variety of food .

It's sad when you can not even go in for coffee without the staff trying to pick you up. The women for bucces should be ladies and keep your personal problems just that personal bc us that come in each morning for a purchase really shouldn't have to hear it. This is not your therapists office. Keep it classy please ugj

Stop being rude to all drivers and vehicles. Doesn't matter what they are driving a paying customer is a paying customer without them you don't get a paycheck

Smaller bucee's but great customer service. No hot foods but all the traditional goods. Very clean store

They're open Good Friday. The staff is nice and friendly. This is a very strict place to work. Hat's off to the employees!!

Only place in the Greater Houston area with Ethanol (alcohol) free gasoline, otherwise you have to buy it by the quart at $9-$10 a pop.No Beaver Nuggets (why only 4 stars)!

Been going to this store for 10yrs .not any more there new people are rude .I should not get rude attitude when I am purchasing goods here and spending my money here .I going somewhere else !
