Have used before and been "ok", but today he was dishonest. TLDR version, the work is what it should be, price and honesty lacking.Called to ask about get some tires balanced or mounted/balanced. Was told on phone after he confirmed size it was $20 per mount and balance or $10 balance (reasonable enough). I can mount but was ok with paying reasonable amount for full service. Went there same day, did the 2 we brought and he asked if we were paying cash (not sure why that matters) but we were and he said $60. I reminded him he said on phone $20 each so he said he hadn't talked to me. Once I showed him on my phone where I had indeed called suddenly he remembered oh yeah, I had called about balance or mount and balance. Then claimed it depends on tire size (nope-unless it's something really strange, industry standard is charge same for passenger/truck tires and this was on mid size SUV) and that I hadn't told him size on phone (yes, yes I did). Then went on to say it depends on how much weight it takes to balance (ok man, really I'm not stupid). Then was told I have to confirm price before service (that's what I did when I called). How about how you're dressed or where you're from (made the mistake of mentioning my son was from out of town), that seems closer to how you set prices. Here's an idea, put that $20 you lied to get toward a sign to post your prices and stop making them up based on factors that have nothing to do with the actual service.If $20 is worth your integrity enjoy your quick buck because ultimately you cost yourself my business (have 2 vehicles right now need balance and some other work) and anybody that will heed the warning take note. An HONEST mistake is something that can be worked out, but when a business starts lying just for a fast buck they don't get my business again. $20 ain't gonna make or break me.Except for a bucks worth of wheel weights his 20 minutes effort was at a $120/hr clip as quoted and $180/hr as charged. Good businesses know to make it right with the customer. Bad ones don't and lose in the end. I gave him the opportunity to make it right and was polite about it and thanked him leaving. But I won't be back and I'll be sure other folks know about my experience there. Don't confuse being polite with being unaware of what's up.I expect if any response is given it will be same old "wasn't me" or whatever. This was TIRE BOSS over by the SUBWAY in Tarkington. I now consider them untrustworthy.

Switched out a bad tire with wrong size. Was told a matching size would be put on.3- 215/60r16 and 1- 205/60r16 now reside on my car.Charged $45 for the used tire of the wrong size.This tire shop sucks. Only use in an emergency.

The customer service is absolutely incredible, the two men working at the time I went are absolute sweethearts. My tires are bald as hell and when I called ahead I told them the wrong size, but they were so understanding and helped me figure it all out. They also helped me tell what was wrong with some other things, free of charge! They were speedy with changing my tires and extremely professional! I will be coming here again and again!!!

Got a flat in the delivery van east of cleveland, boss said limp to the nearest shop so I did. This guy was FAST, FRIENDLY, and CHEAP. Brand new tire and I was back delivering within 20 minutes for $64. I tipped him and finished my day. Can't thank him enough!

Pulled in on Saturday afternoon they were able to replace the valve stem on our 4 wheeler with it buried under our luggage and it never left the back of the pickup!! Took them 15 minutes total, well worth the $15!!!

I needed someone to come to my daughter's camping spot and evaluate the bearings after Harvey flooding and put new tires on. They were very helpful, charged a reasonable amount, and I was pleasantly pleased with their service. They are nice people!

These guys are great. They're my go to place for tire repair. They're fair and fast. I needed new tires on my car, they had me in and out in about 30 minutes. I highly recommend them.

I got a tire patched there. The owner charged me $42.its $10 most places. Wont recommend. Dont get me wro g he did a good job but because I was in my work truck is no reason to charge so much. Since then i have used other tire shops in the area and have been charged normal price. Also they know the airmachine next door doesnt work and instead of helping people out he charges $4 for air. I wouldnt be surprised if he didnt break the machine to make money.

I recently went there to get used tire he over heard my daughter say something about a new tire and some how thought that's what we wanted . Since the tire was allready mounted I was going to go ahead and get it but then it was the wrong size after that he tried to tell me that the numbers didnt mean much and it would be ok I got him to take it off and put my old tire back on. While doing so he came out with a used tire that was the right size and mounted it . I noticed a yellow chalk mark which usually indicates a hole in the tire he said it was patched no holes just fine I ended up giving the man 10 dollars got my old tire then got the hell out of there would not recommend no women going there by themselves u never know .

Quick fast and prices were very reasonable guys who came out were very nice and the change the tire in less than 20 mins thanks if I ever need a tire fixed while on the side of the road I will definitely give yall a call

I had them put in a inner tube in my 4 wheeler tire and they charged me $10.75 which is ridiculous for less than 5 mins work. I would definitely not recommend them and will not be coming back here.

They let me back in an 18wheeler and did an outside tire patch for $35. Theres a Subway rite next to them and a Cheveron that has 2 fuel bays.

Charges $25 for a flat repair when its $10 other places. Then $3.50 for air checks when its free most places. Wont be coming back.
