Very helpful. From East Texas, stuck till car gets fixed.Part had to be special ordered. Told me to call Chevy house. Got it ordered. He could have NOT told me about Chevy house and it would have taken longer and cost more.Thank you for being so considerate.

The general manager Jesse is a terrible business man. I mowed the 1 acre lot that the store sits on for almost a year until he decided to hire another company to do it without telling me because I did not mow it every two weeks. I only mowed it whenever it needed mowed because that s how I do business, I do not take money from people if this services are not needed. It took me over a month to get a hold of him because he was magically never there, or was too busy to speak. You would be lucky to get an employee to answer the phone during the week. When I finally did get a hold of Jesse, he explain to me that it had to be done every two weeks, which he did not tell me when I started doing the lawn care. I had to find out that he had somebody else, because I noticed the lawn had been mowed whenever I showed up, but only the front line the back was not touched, so I continue to mow the back. So all in all, Jesse ended up paying two different guys to mow the lawn at the same time instead of one And did not even know it, because he decided to not communicate to me that he hired somebody else. DO BETTER JESSE

I needed a manual for my vehicle I called in advance they said they had one, and they did. I called another place first and they said they had one, I went to buy it but they didn't have one, nor could get me one. No names but the place is on the other side of the street. They always seem to have my parts in stock.Mo other places had lug studs and nuts for my car but they did.

Steven is amazing! Pride, wonderful attitude, knowledgeable, great service! He went above and beyond taking care of what my husband and I needed. Please recognize this wonderful worker. Everywhere needs more staff like him.

Poor customer service. I arrived at 7:30, when they're supposed to open. I watched as the employees all went to the backroom and never came back out. I waited until 7:40, but they never opened the front door. I guess I'll come back into town later and go to Advance Auto Parts.

I have been using O'Reilly's for over 30 years now. Because I am in the vehicle upkeep and repair business I use them several times a week. Good people, good prices, and excellent customer service.

I called up there and got them to hold my part for me because I was coming up there right then. I got there and this poor guy helping me didn't know where it was. But, he was helping me, answering the non stop ringing phones, answering questions, etc. The whole while the woman who was there looked like she was off in lala land. Anyhow, he did. A great job. I got my parts and left. The prices were great.

I always use O'Reilly Auto Parts they seem to be a little better than some of them and I get a good price on things friendly service and most of the people really knowledgeable so I got to get the five star because some places I've been in are the pits.

Two visits, three months apart,poor customer service both times. No "thank you", no "can I help you", no "I'll be right with you as you wait". Employees need to be put through a basic customer service class. Those that have good reviews must be relatives.

Not limiting the amount of people inside the store, long lines and terrible service. Profit over safety. Very disappointed with the policy of this store completely ignoring the regulations set forth by state and local officials. Obviously putting peoples health at risk to make a profit. Went to a competitor with very different results. Faster service and actually limiting the amount of people inside the store and had a lot faster friendly service.

Very helpful. Tested my old alternator and confirmed it was D.O.A.! Made sure the new reconditioned one I purchased had all the necessary brackets insatalled! Only way it could have been a better experience was if they would have done the work while I watched and had a cold beer!

My daughter went to pick up a part for me and the staff was quite rude and not helpful. She had all the info, I even visited the web site and gave her the numbers she needed to get the part but the counter people said they couldn't help her. She ended up visiting the competition, who helped her and was friendlier.

I was in O'Reilly's this afternoon and there were probably 4 or 5 employee's working.Not one of them said anything to me.They were joking around and cussing too much to help anyone. I heard the F word several times.I was there probably 15 minutes and gave up and left. Once outside 1 employee was actually helping a customer and he told me to have a good day. Worst environment ever.

Today I went to this Oreillys in Cleburne and I m from out of town and I needed a headlight replaced and the large white guy working the register came out to assist. We determined I did need a new headlight but when it looked like it would be a difficult extraction of the headlight he just said that he couldn t help me and just stared at me. Now I know that the people of Oreillys aren t mechanics and they probably aren t required to help but that guy was ZERO help and I will remember that next time I need something is to just try another store, I know this no help guy doesn t reflect all of Oreillys but when something like that happens to a person and the guy doesn t even want to try then that stays with a person! And FYI I got it out myself and he left me out there and I got it replaced!

Called and the phone rings 20 times and hangs up on you, No customer service by phone. Called 3 times before I got an answer. Bought a bad battery in Cleburne, went bad in less than a year. Took the bad one to FW store near work. He exchanged it but no documentation in the system. Less than 2 years later, it fails again. Manager says well I can t fix this, the other store screwed you.... So he gives me a disconnected number for his boss. I call back and get a number to another store the ghost DM works at and they have no idea when he will call back. Corporate sends you in circles by phone if you call them. 20 year customer will NEVER EVER spend my money there again. I will walk home if need be before I shop here again. Want a bad battery, this is the place to be...
