Was not pleased with this company at all. The insurance company listed this place as a shop to get an estimate from, took our car to get an estimate and was treated like I was a burden from the start. Finally got them to look at my car, but they weren t very interested in my issues that I had concerns about. Told the insurance company about the issues with them and was able to take my car to another shop in town that did a wonderful job and were much nicer all around. Since then I have asked locals about different shops and Cooks was usually towards the bottom tier. Lesson learned there.

How refreshing to find a local business that goes above and beyond for their customers. While picking up my vehicle due to an accident, that was not my fault, a diminished value claim was mentioned by employees. I'd never heard of it before. Shawn offered to help me with the paperwork in order to file this claim. They didn't have to help, but I am sure happy they did. Thanks for offering superior customer service!

I absolutely love this shop. They were affordable and professional. When I took my vehicle in after hitting a deer I was so shocked. I had no idea what to do or how to go about the repairs. They helped walk me through what steps to take. The workers here were friendly and kind. They kept me updated on the repairs and got my vehicle back quickly. I truly appreciate the care I received here. I highly recommend this collision shop. Thank you cooks for taking great care of me.

I highly recommend Cooks Collision. My BMW came out beautiful. Lauri is so cool and honest. Extremely helpful and kept me up to date through the crazy "dealing with the insurance" process. Thank you!

The women are amazing so friendly and inviting. The workers are great and helpful. No one looks forward to getting their car fixed but, if you have to why not go to someone that cares about you.

The absolute best to me and my husband took care of every detail for me- made sure I had transportation while my vehicle was in shop and treated me like family the whole time!!! Will never go anywhere else if anything happens again!!!

Highly recommend Laurie and her team. We live out of state and it made it difficult to get repairs done after our accident, we were referred to Cooks' Collision and we couldn't be happier. Had some PDR done, he removed 9 hail dents on hood and 3 dings on my driver's door. Can't tell there was ever any dents. So yea, I recommend them, they are friendly too.

This is one of those times that I will not be able to say enough about the great service and work done. Car repairs are hard, stressful. My car's damage was not covered by insurance and it was VERY stressful. The reassurance, kindness, service, and the actual quality of the finished product-- I'm very happy. While I don't wish you any damage to your car, I absolutely do recommend Cooks Collision.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Honest people! The prices are great and the service is even better. As a woman who s first language is not English I always struggle finding places who take me seriously and not take advantage of me. At cooks collision I felt taken care of, listened and they solved all of my trucks issues.

Hands down best body shop I've ever been to. Very professional, friendly, and they actually make an effort to keep you updated which is very important. I brought these guys my hellcat to get fixed and theyhad it looking better than when I bought it. They also had it fixed in alot less time than I figured it would take. 100 percent would recommend and would give more than five stars if possible.

Cooks Collision was incredible for us. Outstanding communication! Made handling our wreck and insurance claim extremely smooth. She will not find a better body shop anywhere else in Texas! Nicest people you could ever meet and will do as much as they can to help you. If you need auto body work, do yourself a favor and go to Cooks.
