Very nice people to do business with. They made the buying process easy and were very fair on the trade in value on the vehicle we had. We bought a used Tahoe and were in and out of the dealership in 2 hrs. or less. Thank you Rachelle for your great help. Thank you to Allen for getting us started on the whole deal. Down to earth folks. Will Recommend.

Drove four hours to see a truck. They were great about sending extra photos of the truck before we got there and very informative on the phone. Truck was exactly as advertised and process to buy was efficient and smooth. Rachelle and the rest of the staff were very friendly and down to earth. We had a much better experience than at previous, larger dealerships.

Drove almost 2 hours to see a Dodge Ram 3500 that supposedly only had a problem with the door control panel and tailgate. Come to find out when I get there, go to start up the truck and there is a check engine light. Started driving it and felt like it was slipping. I take it back to get the code read and more than likely the transmission will need replaced. One star for their honesty on the code. -4 stars for wasting my time.

Fast and friendly service.I have always thought that going to a bigger car lot you could get a better deal on a vehicle. Boy was I wrong. With a small town business they care about you and the service they give. I will never go anywhere else but J. P. Moters in Clarksville Tx.

The work was done well. I have no complaints about that. I was upset when I arrived home and started looking at the receipt. I had gone in for an oil change only. The receipt showed that they rotated and balanced the tires and charged me for it. I did not need anything done to my tires. I get that done where I bought my tires. Lesson learned, read the receipt before you leave the facility.

Best car buying experience by far! Heath was willing to meet my wife and I at the dealership on a Saturday morning since we were coming from out of town. As soon as we got there he was nothing but friendly and honest, and he kept our best interest in mind. We were amazed with the amount of customer service received and were even more impressed with the deal we got!! I will definitely use JP Harvey in the future and would recommend to anyone looking for a new car. 5 out of 5 stars.Avoid the chaos, enjoy the deal! Shop JP Harvey!

We drove from Central AR, basically did the deal over the phone...the price for the HC Diesel Z71 was about $4K less than what we found in AR. Heath opened up on Saturday for us, waited on us, had everything ready for us to sign...the truck was everything and more than he said. We are totally pleased with everything. He has always helped when we have had questions since the purchase in Nov. we don't just consider him our "car man", he is our friend now. We will definitely always use JP Harvey.
